YOU CAN'T GET CLOSER TO A LIFT IN TOWN! This is the only 5 bedroom, 5 bath at the base of a ski lift in the entire town of Telluride. The ski lift (Lift #7) and the lift ticket office are directly downstairs. So is the equipment rental shop.
Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us. Our place feels like a ranch style home at the base of the lift and is walking distance to everything in the town of Telluride.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids. We have 4 King beds and the bunk room has a bunk bed as well as 2 twin beds.
Heading to a summer festival with a group? Our location is perfect for a large group or anyone who wants their own space, and their own bathroom, but also a great room to congregate in.
If you don't want to walk to main street or the gondola, a free bus runs the town loop every 15 minutes. It drops off and picks up directly in front of our place. The free bus can also drop you off at the gondola station.
Access to 2 (NEW as of 2024) outdoor hot tubs and outdoor gas BBQ's (BBQ's weather permitting).

We were so happy with this property - the expansive condo put all nine of us in seperate, private areas and the location can't be beat. We will definitely return! The condo itself looks completely updated and upgraded - the five bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new - the entire place, really, belying the age of the cimmaron property itself. A really short walk to the market and even closer to the lovely san miguel river walk made the location perfect. You never need a car once you get to the property. 5/5 without question.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this Awesome ski house! Plenty of room, beds were comfortable and Ryan was an extremely attentive host. The location could not be beat as a ski in ski out as you rolled right out the door and were a few feet to the lift!
Everything is walking distance so no need for a car once you have arrived. Really great place!

We wanted to be ski in ski out, and we certainly attained that goal. Lift was out our back door. Ryan is a great host. We did have adults in the bunk bed room and those beds are pretty small, but we made it work. Easy walk to town, we didn't drive the entire time we were there. Hot tubs are communal and they were heavy use, so we got shut out a few times. We had a great trip.

This was, by far, our favorite lodging of all our trips. I'll start with the obvious - the location. You are looking directly at lift 7, tickets are downstairs and rentals are literally next door. The view out the bank of windows is amazing. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spaced out nicely, plenty of seating around the TV or kitchen table, hot tubs are around the corner and we walked everywhere in town we needed to go. The town is beautiful and full of great food. Ryan is super communicative and helpful. He gave us a hit list of places to try, a shuttle update(which we really never needed), and checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. If you have a big group, this is just the place for you!

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or family. The condo is at the base of a lift on the Telluride side. The location couldn't be better and the condo is well appointed with everything you need. I've stayed here multiple years and will be back again.

I've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years and I have never had a Host as responsive and helpful as Ryan. His property is in a perfect location; just steps to the ski lift, ticket office, and ski rental shop. It's also just a short walk to downtown Telluride alongside the beautiful San Miguel River. 10/10 would recommend.

The space exceeded our expectations...plenty of space for a group of 9. Beds were comfortable and we were all able to eat at the table and watch a movie after. Communication with the owner was superb. Best of all was location...beautiful views, steps away from ski lift and rentals and an easy walk to town. Will rent again.

Our friends chose this spot for a wedding weekend we had in Telluride. The whole town is so walkable, and Ryan's place was the perfect location. We had an amazing view of the leaves changing colors. Ryan was super attentive and responsive to all our needs. If we are ever back, we will be staying here again!

We have stayed in this complex before but a different unit. We loved this place. Two entry doors, a great kitchen and really nice rooms - each with their own bathroom. If we can fill it, we'll be booking this unit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and all had their own bathroom. Kitchen was great for cooking and nice dining area. Location was nice. Close to the market and east walk to center of town.

Beautiful spot with lovely mountain views
We had a wonderful stay for Telluride Bluegrass festival. The layout is really incredible for groups- all of the rooms are very quiet and private despite being all on one floor. It really was perfect. Thanks!

Can’t beat location. Literally can walk out the door and onto the ski lift. Clean.

Location location location with lots of space.
The pros:
In the Town right at the lift.
Spacious well organized accommodations with separate bathrooms (ensuite for 4/5)
Well stocked with plates cutlery etc.
The host, Ryan, is very good at communicating quickly any concerns and goes the extra mile. None of the cons below did I raise with him as they are mostly nit picks.
Cons (much outweighed by pros):
Building is older, condo hot tub is not well maintained.
Lighting in the unit needs improvement, particularly in the bedrooms.
Homey touches would be nice, it's a little bare bones in that department.
In the kitchen, some better and larger frying pans.
One caution, if you are a beginner skier, the Telluride Trail back to the condo could be daunting, not nearly as steep as what you see from the window to the lifts, but still on the advanced side of beginner. The other option is download on the Gondola with a 5 min walk back to the condo.
All in all I would rate it 4.4 out of 5 and would stay again. Perfect for a group of 5 adults, with children, up to 8.

Such and easy ski on ski off location. The place has 2 pack and plays for small kids/babies. Close to town (2 min walk to There., which I highly recommend). No issues with check in/out. Ryan is the most responsive host I’ve ever interacted with. Place was incredibly clean. Just an all around seamless stay. Also - the place fit 3 couples, 3 singles comfortably.
