Summary:
3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in the town of Crested Butte. Quiet location with yard.

The Space:
This is a charming home on the coveted west end of town! It sits on a maturely landscaped lot with fabulously tall trees that shade the home in the summer and provide privacy year round.

The main floor of the house is set up with 2 separate living spaces, a fully equipped and very functional kitchen, a primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath. There is a smart TV in this room that works with apps only. There is a lovely patio off of the primary bedroom to enjoy the warmth of summer. While there you'll enjoy the mature garden beds to add a little color to your day. The cozy den in the rear of the main living floor has a large TV, lots of games and a relaxing feel to it. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for all guests to convene for a meal. The front sitting room has a gas fireplace and natural light making this room appealing for an afternoon with your book. The house has lots of great spaces to allow a quiet bit of time for anyone staying here. There is a full washer/dryer on the main floor.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bath and an open nook with a set of twin bunk beds. The bedrooms have 2 twins in one and a queen in the other.

It is 2 blocks from the 100 block of Elk Ave, just far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity that Crested Butte has to offer and yet close enough to walk to anything.

You are 3 blocks to the bus stop for the free town shuttle. The free Town Shuttle carries you between Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet street that is a deadend so no through traffic.

Getting Around:
Take a right from the parking area of the house and than a right onto First St. When you get to Elk Ave, take a left and within a block you will be in the main business district of Crested Butte. If you then take a right on 2nd you will see the Old Town Hall and that is where the bus to the ski area will pick you up.

Great location if you like in-town Crested Butte. Easy walk to the bus stop and restaurants plus of street parking. The classic, log atmosphere and big stone fireplace made it a great hangout after skiing. It was a great choice!

This was our second year staying at this home in crested butte and we loved it just as much this time as the last. The location is amazing, the accommodations are great, kitchen is great for cooking as a group, the fireplace is cozy (but very hard to turn off) and we look forward to coming back again next year!

We love this property and have enjoyed multiple stays. The only downside this stay I would say was a slight decline in maintenance. Just needs a good deep clean/yard work and attention to detail (maybe some new pillows and a double check on appliance and fireplace function). Still love it and will be back!

This house is in a great location with restaurants, shops and the shuttle bus just a couple of blocks walking distance. House was fully stocked, with lots of extras, so you just need to bring food. Period. Impressive property!

We wished we’d stayed longer and brought the kids. Plenty of room and lots and games and activities. The tv room and the fireplace room would be great to entertain a crowd. The location was an easy 2 block walk to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Really great home. Excellent location and close to downtown Crested Butte. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. Bear repellent if we had wanted to go hiking. Saucers for the kids if they wanted to sled. Even a wagon to pull out 3-year old around so that we could hike. A few Childrens books, hiking maps, local books, and lots of games for all ages. Great place to stay!

This property is all you can hope for in Crested Butte. Thoughtfully updated historic home, classic Colorado interior, lots of room to sleep, and a kitchen that has everything you need. The location is perfect - 2 short blocks from town, 2 short blocks to hiking, at the end of a quiet street. Book this place if you can get it.

The house was great with plenty of space for two families for sleeping, but probably not a place inside to sit all together except for the dinning table. The house is in great condition, seems to have everything you need.

We loved this cabin over spring break! Perfect location for us and our older kids to walk to everything, layout was great with the kids upstairs and we loved both the fireplace sitting area and the tv room! Beds were comfy and we all slept great, highly recommend this property if you want to be in town close to the action! Skiing just a short/easy drive up the main road! Property manager was so sweet to get us in a day early before the big storm and so helpful!

The house was as charming as it looks online. It was super clean, well equipped, cozy with lots of space. The property manager was great from the start when they helped us through some booking issues with VRBO. They were very responsive whenever we had questions and made sure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again and will bring friends!

This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is plenty of room to spread out and the location is fantastic. I have stayed in many properties in CB over the years but this place is my favorite. It is is very comfortable and just a 7 minute walk from town. The neighborhood is beautiful and it is a short walk to access the Lower Loop Trail. We loved it!

This review is for another property in Snowmass Rd Villas. Please read below. Shay is an excellent property manager to work with. On the day of our arrival, she called me to let me know the owner had switched cable providers and unfortunately the change had not taken place yet therefore the property had no internet or TV service. With 4 young kids within our group, this was going to be a challenge. She offered us an upgrade to a villa for no additional cost and she got the property ready in record time for our arrival. Although the other property was not in town (like the original booking), so we did not have the convenience of riding from our front door to the trails for the kids, the amenities and space made up for all of that. Overall we had an excellent time, the property was great and Shay is an excellent manager to work with.

I have been coming to CB for over 35 years and have stayed literally everywhere. But my stay at 10 Gothic is one of my favorites as it is so lovely and so well cared for... I enjoyed that house, how well it is apportioned and its location very much. I always plan on a return to CB and will look to stay at this home again...Mike M
