Welcome to Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach. This remodeled 6th floor WATERFRONT residence is in the second of two 12 story buildings. It has sweeping views of Vanderbilt bay from the great room, dining areas, private lanai, and master bedroom. The location of this spacious condo also offers the most privacy of all The Regatta Resort as it faces the Vanderbilt Bay and local waterways. It is entered through a large double door. Your vacation residence consists of the largest floor plan of all the Regatta with 10 ft. ceilings and a total of 2545 sq. feet of living space. It has been recently remodeled and professionally decorated. This residence has a unique floor plan that is set up for total privacy. There are three bedrooms each with a private bath and television set. A hall powder room ensures that your guests will not disturb anyone's privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for fine dining. A separate laundry room consists of a full size washer and dryer as well as a separate laundry tub and ironing needs. In addition to a formal dining room there is also a breakfast bar. The spacious great room includes a wet bar for cocktail entertaining. The lanai encompasses a table for outdoor dining as well as a separate table work (should you feel like doing any) as well as lounge chairs that set the stage for relaxing with a book or newspaper, internet surfing, or taking in the "water show" of boats, fish, and an occasional manatee. The lanai is accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat tv, walk in closet, private bath with separate sinks and vanities as well as a walk-in seated shower and a separate "soak" tub. The lanai is accessed from this master bedroom affording beautiful water views. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, walk in closet, tv, and private bath with large glass shower. The third bedroom contains two twin size beds, double closet, a tv, and private bath with a glass enclosed shower.

This floor plan is set up to maximize privacy. Each bedroom and private bath is a separate entity with the master bedroom completely set apart from the rest. Since privacy abounds it is perfect for a family as well as couples renting one unit together.

This luxury gated resort community is located in an upscale section of North Naples across from the 5 Star Naples Ritz Carlton Resort and a mere 35 minute drive from the Fort Meyers International Airport. Regatta offers two pool complexes. The main pool area encompasses a tropical pool with a waterfall, a spa/hot tub, a Tiki Hut with complete outside kitchen, icemaker, and two gas grills. The second (lap) pool also has a grilling area. There are two exercise rooms, a private 'dock walk' (along Regatta's on site marina), and an ecological area complimented by a gazebo for reading or relaxing. A private clubhouse is available for large parties. This resort is a very short, two block, walk from the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Vanderbilt Beach is one of only four beaches in all Naples that features a beach chair/umbrella vendor as well as private cabanas. There is also a beach store for all of your 'sunny day' needs or refreshments (including adult beverages) for watching the famous 'Gulf Sunsets.' Parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, boating, fishing, beach bars/restaurants (the famous Turtle Club, La Playa Resort, and Ritz Carlton among them) are all within this short walk. So, you can leave the car at your Regatta home and truly relax! A mile up Vanderbilt Beach Road in the opposite direction brings you bicycle rentals and the new Mercato shopping area. The Mercato now includes famous restaurants like The Capitol Grill, luxury shops, a Whole Foods Market, and clubs (Blue Martini one of the favorites!) Mercato is also the home of Silverspot, a boutique movie-going experience that is equipped with 11 theaters, leather seats, reserved seating, and a bar/restaurant. Silverspot is also home to the Naples Film Festival. And then there is golf. The options range from Greg Norman's tournament courses at the Tiburon/Ritz Carlton to numerous semi-private courses all around town. Beautiful and romantic Old Naples is only minutes away by car or taxi as are art galleries and Naples Philharmonic. Also, Regatta is ideally located for easy day trips to Marco Island, Sanibel, Miami, South Beach and Fort Lauderdale. The Key West Express is available for a quick trip down to the famous Florida Keys. All of this creates the scene for a perfect and exciting vacation

This is a beautiful condo with spacious rooms, an updated kitchen, great bathrooms and a wonderful outdoor patio with views of the harbor and gulf. Within walking distance of the public beach, it is centrally located and a great location. The property manager was exceptionally nice, responsive and committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The condo is two blocks from the beach in a gated community with a pool and fitness center. Very spacious (plenty of room for 6) with three full baths and a well equipped kitchen. Owner is communicative and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay. This unit was spacious and beautifully decorated. The floor plan afforded privacy for all. The view was spectacular. It is owner operated so there were many "special" touches involved. The location is great. Wish I could give it more stars. Definitely a great place to stay while on vacation and or business in Naples.

The condo was everything we expected. Great location and well supplied. Beautiful bay views with short walk to the beach. The owner Louise was great to work with. I would definitely consider staying in this unit on a return trip to the area.
