Criterioso.

Tudo bem tranquilo um atendimento muito bom e um jantar muito bem elaborado com excelente tempero.

Falta apoio de um barmem na piscina para anotar e trazer os pedidos.

Gostei muito da acomodação. Quase desisti de realizar a reserva por causa de comentários negativos aqui no booking, porém persisti e tive uma ótima experiência. Quarto amplo, limpo, vista bonita. Único ponto negativo: academia com poucos aparelhos. Porém, no geral, gostei bastante. Pretendo ficar acomodada neste mesmo hotel em um eventual retorno para Palmas.

Hotel limpo e com bom custo beneficio, mas equipe pouco cordial e prestativa.

Um dos unicos hoteis em Palmas com suites que acomodam uma familia pequena. Pedimos um quarto de casal e solicitamos uma cama extra que era de viuvo. Ao juntar as duas camas conseguimos dormir os 4 (casal com dois filhos pequenos)

Equipe pouco atenciosa, por vezes mal humorada. Café da manhã bom. Chegamos a 01h da manha e solicitamos 2 mantas para as crianças. O rapaz levou ao quarto dois protetores de colchao! Durante o café da manha a equipe de limpeza resolveu limpar (lavar com agua, balde e sabao) o chao da recepcao, o que impossibilitou nossa passagem. Tivemos que pisar na agua com sabao, o que pode gerar quedas e acidentes. Acredito que o hotel tem potencial mas falta treinamento da equipe toda.

Ótimo hotel, quarto grande. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização boa para mim, tinha uma lavandeira próxima, que facilitou muito.

Travesseiro poderia ser melhor, muito baixo, tive que pegar o meu no carro rs

we could check in late , 3 am

9 in the morning they start to clean and moving the beds , a hell of noise , can’t sleep anymore! coffee was machine made , not good ! horrible start of the day !

super recommend this hotel despite the aforementioned (minor) issues.

The facilities were amazing and very comfortable overall

At night (probably for security reasons) the main door to the hotel was locked, so when I came back late I had to wait the staff open it to enter. Also, at the time I stayed in the card key to enter the rooms was not working and I had to request the staff to open my room every time i left it.

nothing really - it was really bad quality

there were puddles everywhere - the roof was leaking in several places in the lobby. The hotel was impersonal and cold, basically poor maintenance all around and no personality…

Very clean and very nice restaurant.

The air conditioner blows right on top of the bad no matter where the flow direction is facing and it bother a lot.
