Cherry Tree Cottage is a wonderful, detached country home in Norwich, Norfolk. It has five bedrooms: one master with king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, one double, one single and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room in a separate annexe. There is a bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. There is an additional sitting room in the annex, and a utility room. Off-road parking is available. Outside has a private lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided. Cherry Tree Cottage will create many happy holiday memories for you and leave you not wanting to leave.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, a selection of books, games and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private rear lawned garden with patio area and furniture and built in BBQ ( owner provides first bag of charcoal). 11x Travel cot and 1x highchair provided at the property and additional child bed (available on request). Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry no smoking. Pub 2 miles, Shop 3 miles. Note; Access to bunk bed room is via the master bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note; Childs bunk only suitable for upto 12 years. Please note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £250. Holiday bookings only, no worker bookings. This property is on the same road as property 971107 (Greenacres) and can be booked in conjunction with this property to sleep an additional 11 guests. This property does not have any EV charging facilities and for insurance purposes, vehicles are not to be charged at the property.
