Nice and clean. There is a timer on the front door lock so you can't get in even a minute before your check in time. We arrived about 5 minutes early and had to wait in the driveway.

First off, Maria and Arturo were AWESOME. even though we were there over Christmas Day, they were extremely responsive. Quick to help with anything in the house and to make suggestions about the area. I let Maria know this was an impromptu family Christmas away from home and we showed up to a beautiful tree in the living room. The townhome was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was loaded with bats and restaurants. The location is convenient to anything the downtown Houston area. If you need a place in Houston, check this one out. GREAT place and GREAT hosts. Jerod R.
