The best floor plan on Panama City Beach. Spectacular views from any room in the unit. This second floor condo at Long Beach Resort is located in tower 4, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach! With the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, and jet ski rental on site (seasonal) as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray or DVD. There is a King-size bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New linens/towels in this condo, all beds have high count cotton sheets! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.

we had a great time the condo was wonderful i was able to get much needed rest. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful, which is one of the reasons i chose Long Beach. It was a good location and room was nice just had a smell in one bedroom and the washer had a mildew smell! It was clean but not the clean I like so I had to end up doing a little bit of cleaning when we got in. But otherwise our stay was great!

The condo is exactly as pictured. In fact, I think it’s even more gorgeous in person. It also has everything you need! From a baby play pen to pots and pans and plenty of kitchen items. Towels galore and so much more. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are the best I’ve slept on. I’m pretty picky when it comes to mattresses but these were definitely good. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

The resort itself it beautiful and would definitely stay there again. However, do NOT rent from this owner. We arrived around midnight to the unit. All three beds had sand in the sheets. I had to wash the bedding. The floor was also sandy upon arrival and the vacuum barely works. The washer door is broken and hard to get it closed. There are water stains on the ceiling tiles. The televisions are all completely outdated!! I was hoping for Smart TVs, but brought my Roku in case. However, the TV didn't have an USB port so we couldn't use it. Don't count on catching up on Netflix! The day of our departure, I got a very rude text stating they were keeping our deposit because we left the place a mess. I informed her that we were already billed a cleaning fee. She continued to be extremely rude to me. Yes, the place was left messy, but not horrible and nothing was ruined. Before checking in, she sent me a text stating that the last guest left a stain on the couch. She then tried to send me a picture of the couch blaming us for it. I can't stress enough how rude this lady was! If you rent from them be warned that they will try to scam you out of your deposit. This resort is amazing, but there are many other units to choose from in this resort. I did report them to Vrbo for trying to keep the deposit. I was informed they couldn't do that as I was already charged the cleaning fee. The customer service from Vrbo was amazing when dealing with this nonsense!

I'd give this property a 10. Easy, secure parking. Never had to wait for the elevator. Every room had a beach view. The deck was perfect for dinners and sunset views. The unit was clean and comfortable. We didn't want for anything. Hope to return yearly.

The owner was great to work with. She answered all of our questions very quickly. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our room and there was plenty of room. I loved that both of the bedrooms had views of the Gulf! The condo was nicely decorated. Both bathrooms were a little outdated but the owner said they are planning a master bath remodel so that will be nice. We really enjoyed the large pool in between buildings 2 and 3. The only downfalls which isn’t the condo owners fault is the condominiums themselves could use some updating like new paint. They were also having issues with one of the elevators while we were there. Luckily with being on the second floor we were able to take the stairs a lot. The only other issue we had was with the guys on the beach that set up the umbrella and chairs. They were not helpful at all when trying to get chairs set up for a total of 6 people (our family had 2 other condos rented). Overall we had a great trip! Thanks to the owners for the recommendations.

Superb communication with the owners. I foolishly forgot my paperwork, yet Jennifer helped smooth out my error in judgement. The condo is beautiful and contains everything needed to have a wonderful experience . If ever in Panama again we would definitely stay here again!

I’ll be honest…I don’t want anyone else to know about this condo because it was that wonderful and I want it all to myself! It had beautiful gulf views and was clean and decorated so cute! It had everything we needed for our stay and was close by to everything we wanted to do. We really could not gush more about our accommodations! We didn’t have to contact Jennifer even once because we had no issues. Thank you so much for a lovely Christmas haven!
