Hannah's River Haus, a perfect waterfront house outside the city limits of Leavenworth, just walking distance from downtown, yet tucked into a surprisingly secluded, peaceful setting on the rushing Wenatchee River, surrounded by beautiful woods and trees.
The house features a bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, bathrooms on each floor and and an awesome family room/living space ~ Great for a small family or a couples retreat.
Our base rate is for 4 guests, each additional guest is $25 per person/night.

We had a great time with son and grand-daughters. They were so excited when we arrived and they saw the house! two teenage granddaughters and one pre-teen are not easily impressed ;)

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved having the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and the nice deck space overlooking the river. We took full advantage of everything this property had to offer! You can walk into town in about 15-20 mins. The home was really clean and nicely done, I thought the bathrooms were especially pretty. The two bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom and the downstairs room shares the bathroom with the main living space. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. My only wish is that there was a closet or some way to hang clothes in the upstairs bedrooms but not a huge deal. We had a great time here and would definitely stay at this home again!

Amazing Memorial Day weekend at Hannah's River Haus!!! Such an idyllic location next to the river just outside of Leavenworth. The house is well-equipped, clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. It's a little bit of a hike to walk into town if you choose, but not bad. There is a Safeway really close for all your grocery needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend if you are coming to Leavenworth. Loved opening the windows and listening to the river rushing by just outside. The only negative is that it's a little tricky getting in and out of the hot tub, be careful. We didn't use the sauna, so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Leavenworth in the future.

This was a really nice space that’s walking distance to town. It was perfect for a nice weekend with friends. The spot by the river was very enjoyable. I would recommend this place.

We took the family to Leavenworth for hiking, sausages and generally getting away from normal life.
The cabin was lovely and clean. Great light! Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well designed for the cook to still be part of the group.
The decks had a nice view and my kids enjoyed climbing the rocks down by the river (carefully!).
Only small complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was too soft. Wife and I both had sore backs in the morning.

Nice property you're able to walk into town. Not a bunch of extras, the bare necessities are there for you. No propane for the outdoor fireplace, called them the next day, they were responsive & fixed the problem. Hot tub was only partially working they said it needed a part. No wood stacked up for wood use in the house, had to cart it back yourself. They need to make an easier way to get in and out of the hot tub quite difficult. Being able to listen to the river from anywhere in the house so relaxing. Maybe some portable camping chairs to take down to the sandy pit by the river?

Home was as described. Beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped with necessary living essentials. The sound on the flowing river was amazing. Great walking distant to downtown Leavenworth. Host was responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay in Leavenworth!

Hannah’s house is spacious, clean, updated with enough room for families to stay and gather. Very close to town (morning drive to Starbucks was 3 minutes) yet divine at the river’s edge. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this property! We would 100% stay here again. It was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, luxurious bathrooms, and it was walking distance into town and to the Safeway, but had a view of the river and was nestled in the trees. Very happy we found this place! Also the hot tub and sauna were a special bonus! Thank you for letting us stay at your fabulous property! It is a hidden gem!

A super clean and cozy location. The sauna and hot tub were amazing to have, and they even cleared the driveway/patio of snow during our visit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans we needed. And they even put up Christmas decorations, which was a pleasant surprise for our family that was staying during Christmas. Overall a great stay, and we'd 100% stay again.

We came for New Years. The house was well decorated, we took off great pictures inside and outside. Open concept, everything we needed in the house was provided. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The location is great - walking distance to the stores and downtown. Highly recommended!

We take a trip to Leavenworth every Christmas season, and this was by far our favorite stay because of this cabin. It was clean, cozy, accommodating with a super convenient location and beautiful scenery. The driveway was clear of snow when we arrived, and the instructions for check in/out were easy to understand. The small details are important for a peaceful getaway, and the cabin owners really nailed it. The cabin was lovely and perfectly situated close to town but also isolated with a beautiful view of the woods and Wenatchee river. 100% recommend!

This was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bussle of town over a Holiday weekend. They had lots of large pots and pans and we were able to make a complete Thanksgiving meal in their well stocked kitchen. The double ovens were amazing too. We loved the holiday decorations and nights by the fire were cozy. We miss it already!

This property was amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat. We came for a kickoff to Christmas. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Close to town (but due to all the snow we ended up having to drive and pay to park downtown). But in warmer months, easy walk to town. We LOVED the area. The owner/property management was super helpful and responded very quickly even on the weekends.

We had an awesome stay. Hannah’s house was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean. It was an easy 10 minute or less walk to the edge of town. Close to the grocery store. It was great in the fall, but would be even better in the warmer months because it is literally right on the river. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location was very convenient for a quick drive into Leavenworth downtown area, which was also within walking distance as well. The private area next to the river provided the perfect fall backdrop for family photos. We would certainly stay here again.

A terrific place to relax and enjoy nature with the river access and surrounding trees. Within walking distance of Leavenworth, so very handy for festivals, shopping, etc. The house is comfortable and clean and very usable. The best part of this property is the host. Easy to reach and very nice and responsive. Recommend!!! :)

Lovely cabin just outside of downtown Leavenworth. Warm because it was the summer time and the vaulted ceiling trapped the heat for the upstairs bedrooms, but the standing fans helped a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with some family and everything was perfect. Walking distance from the heart of town and the grocery. Neat interior. The little 'beach' near the river was great for a happy hour. Property manager was responsive and very accommodating. Great location in terms of hiking and fishing within a short drive. A big thanks to you guys!

We enjoyed four nights at Hannah’s Haus with five family members while visiting our daughter who lives in Leavenworth. We found the house in great condition and very well equipped. We used the grill once and enjoyed the hot tub every day. Perfect location for exploring the region.

We had a wonderful time at Hannah’s Haus celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary! Leavenworth is one of our absolute favorite places to visit in Washington. This home is perfectly located to town and on the Wenatchee river. The home is equipped with everything you need, just bring food and something for the bbq too! In the evening and early morning hours we had the windows open so that we could hear the river. The neighborhood is very quiet and about 1/2 mile from town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone that is thinking about renting it. It’s large enough for a family to spread out inside or out and has a nice beach down near the river - not a swimmable spot on the river but close enough to enjoy the sites and sounds. The hot tub was great after a round of golf too. I would have liked one of the beds to be a king and more options for hanging clothes and towels but that is just my preference. There’s only one clothes closet and it’s in the downstairs bedroom which is the room we stayed in and one that we would consider the master suite. The bathrooms are beautiful and all of the wood features and woodland decor are spectacular. We will be back!

The peaceful, quiet natural setting of the location can't be overstated. We slept with the windows open and the sound of the Wenatchee River put us right to sleep each night. Sitting and reading on the back deck was so restful.

Property has a great location walking distance to most activities. It was clean and provided room for multiple guests. Had all the amenities you need to cook meals of all sorts! We had a great time here and would come back.

The kitchen appliances and cookware were high quality. The water filter in the fridge does a good job of making tasty water. The beds are all comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The sand by the river is so soft! Nice to listen to the river and great views.
Extra tv room gives some room for space, as does the back deck and riverside.

This was the perfect location to see our daughter off to her Summer job in Washington. What a beautiful home in a picturesque setting!

Perfect getaway loved the cabin and the river. Would definitely recommend. Outdoor fireplace wasn’t working but we didn’t need it it symtayed warm enough.
