About this house rental

Five Star quality private home in the historic Murray Hill neighborhood of Annapolis, around the corner from the town center but in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Two blocks from Waterfront Park. Short walk to over 40 restaurants and 15 minute walk to the Naval Academy and Navy Stadium. Indoor designated parking for two cars makes your stay trouble free. Built in 2008, this custom town home with all modern décor and upgraded appliances is in brand new condition. New designer furnishings and Bose TV entertainment center. Chef's kitchen that will delight your culinary talents with gas cooking, two sinks, bar sink and plentiful counter space with breakfast bar. Dining Room seats (8). Home sleeps (6) with three bedrooms all with en suite baths. (2) king beds and (1) queen with new top of the line mattresses. Outdoor roof top deck with scenic view.

Due to the brand new condition and custom furnishings, renter must be over thirty with no children under 13. No smoking and no pets strictly enforced.

Please note this is a strict non-smoking property which includes inside spaces as well as outdoor spaces including front porch and third floor deck. If you or your guests are smokers other properties would best suit your needs.

Minimum (2) night stay. Premiums apply for holidays and certain weeks such as US Boat Show and Commissioning week. Inquire for quotes. Long term monthly rentals welcomed November - April, $4000/month

House was clean and updated within walking distance to downtown. There was a leak in 3rd floor ceiling. Ceiling was hanging down. Leak was old and not repaired. Neighbors were a pain and rude! They watched our every move through their front door. It was creepy. And immediately reported to the owners things they didn’t like. Nosy neighbor was rude when letting us know there was no vaping on property or on public sidewalk in front of the property. My son in law was barely out our door (and not vaping at the time) when nosy neighbor opened his door to yell out the rules. My son in law said ok and walked down the block. Another time my son in law gently laid a half smoked skinny cigar (that was not lit) towards the back of the flower pot as he entered the house. His intention was to pick it up an hour later on his way out for dinner. He did not want to bring it in the house or leave it on the sidewalk in front of the unit. It was gone when we left. Within an of the cigar being placed in the back of flower pot the nosy neighbor took it from pot. Then they called the owners of the unit, and the owners called me about neighbor saying we were vaping and smoking on property, which we were not, and putting out cigars in flower pot, which we did not. I did not know the whole story at that point but reassured owner that we would not smoke, vape or put out a cigar in the pot. I wanted to write this review so that renters know about the rude nosy neighbor. Uncomfortable being watched!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Townhouse kitchen has everything you need and so nice to find a true 3 BR / 3 bath. Great communication with owners!

Wonderful townhouse with secure underground parking in the perfect in town location. We have lived downtown Annapolis before and different streets have their difficulties getting in and out, and this location is perfect to be in town but have multiple ways in and out incase of blocked streets which often happens during events, (boatshows, dinner under the stars, parades, ets). The home it self is beautifully appointed and very well maintained with each bedroom offering a private bath and a first floor powder room. Would definitely recommend, and would return in a heartbeat.

Property is very clean and newer than most in Annapolis yet history all around. Neighborhood is very convenient to everything in Annapolis Hosts are fantastic, will definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot with tons of room and upgrades. Felt right at home with all the amenities and underground garage parking. In town to visit USNA son and attend the football game. Great location for both!

Our group of 6 had a fabulous time in this luxurious townhome. Three masters provided everyone their own space. Close to Church Circle and West St so walking distance to everything downtown. Very clean, well maintained home with underground off-street parking.

This property does not disappoint...exactly as described and perfect for our weekend visit with our Mid. The location could not have worked out better, we were able to leave the car parked and walked eveeywhere.

The house is located in a very nice residential area and it is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The home was really spotless and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect house. The photos on the website do not do the house justice. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, but walkable to everything we wanted to do. An added bonus was the garage. I can’t say enough abouthow much we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Annapolis, we only wish we could have stayed longer. The townhouse is lovely and walking distance to waterfront and downtown. Parking is a huge plus, but as they've mentioned, bring a small car. We will definitely try to book again!

Property was very clean and the location amazing. We were in Annapolis for a golf weekend and enjoyed the bonus of it being boat show weekend. Everything was close and easy walking distance. We highly recommend this property

Great place! Great location! We were able to walk to everything we needed - Academy Yard, Memorial Stadium and all of downtown Annapolis. Unit is just as it looks and as described in listing. Really comfy beds!

We enjoyed our stay the House was walking distance to everything downtown and very clean. The kitchen has Everything you need the only reason I would not rent again would be the extra insurance they make you purchase on top of a security deposit.

Overall a good stay Garage parking is tight. They state two spots but a neighbor was occupying one of the two spots. Communication was ok. They were very fast in responses leading up to the stay. After the stay they said they would refund the deposit the next business day. After 10 days I had to follow up. At that time they said it was a VRBO issue. Seemed odd to me.

Our group was in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect setup and location. We had 3 couples, which worked out perfectly with 3 bedrooms that each had it's own bathroom.

This 3 master bedroom w/ en suite house provided privacy and comfort throughout! The fist floor kitchen and living/family room was comfortable, incredibly appointed and every detail we could possibly need was there! The dining room was beautiful & spacious, but we never used (or cooked at all) as we were in town for a wedding with several meal events. We walked to downtown which was an easy 10minute walk. Everything was ideal—- perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was very comfortable and was as pictured. As parking is difficult In Annapolis, it was a plus to have undercover parking for 2 cars in a garage attached to the building. There was also a nice sitting area outside we were able to enjoy with the nice weather. The owners are very nice and responsive - we would highly recommend this place!

The owner is thoughtful and responsive to any and all inquiries, the townhouse is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect. Located on a lovely, quiet street but close to all the shops and restaurants and other interesting sights in Annapolis. And, of course, there is the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. This house literally feels like a home away from home. Thank you Martha!
