Newer condo - stay at this premier location with loads of amenities. Fantastic, panoramic views of Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay and Lagoon from this 5th Floor 2 bedroom/2 bath professionally decorated condo.

Granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. This condo has a dining area with table and four chairs that overlook the Gulf of Mexico, bar with stools, laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, semi-private elevator opens into your private elevator lobby. The screened-in lanai with table and chairs also provide an outstanding view of the Gulf and Lagoon while you enjoy your morning coffee or the beautiful sunsets.

Master bath has large walk-in shower with seat and double marble sinks. Master suite with king size tempurpedic bed and a beautiful gulf view. His and hers walk-in closets. Second guest bedroom has two full size beds. Quality linens and towels are provided for both bedrooms and baths.

Large free-form swimming pool, hot tub, social room, work-out room with sauna, tennis courts, walking path, private parking space, BBQ grills and bikes all on the premises of this secure, gated community.

This Waterside community has its own private fishing pier, just a two minute walk from your door. Bring your fishing gear and catch a big one.

Located only 3 1/2 hours from Orlando/Disney, only 2 1/2 hours from Miami, and about 5 hours to Key West.

This property is located at the very southernmost end of Fort Myers Beach and seasonal traffic is not a concern when heading south to enjoy beaches, shopping, restaurants and other activities.

Non-season visitors (May-Dec) will enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of Fort Myers Beach when reservations are not necessary for dinner, beach are sparse with people, and you'll probably have the pool to yourself most days.

Enjoy nearby Naples, Sanibel/Captiva, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers restaurants, shopping, golf, beaches, and activities or just relax and watch the spectacular sunsets, dolphins and manatees from the private, screened lanai.

Walk to the beach, access is less than one mile, or check out one of Florida's top ten beaches - Lover's Key State Park beach nearby, just across the bridge. Some popular activities include: ferry excursions to Useppa Island, Cabbage Key or Key West via the Key West Express; fishing charters and pontoon rentals - all nearby.

This condo tops our list of fabulous stays from VRBO. Mike has this condo full of everything that you will need. We’ve never had that before. Our first grocery store visit was usually $250 - until now it went down to $95. The view is breathtaking. The temperpedic king in the master is great. I will be buying one for home. We could walk to over 10 restaurants, farmers market on Tues snd Thurs, Oh and the beach is a short walk or you can drive to the parking lot and skip over to the beach. Shells abound this year. I came home one day with 25 sand dollars. One day I found a 15” uninhabited conch shell. We have many friends who come stay in condos on Ft Myers Beach and they all raved at this condo. It was so homey. And so well decorated at the same time. The artwork is so my taste. The building security is second to none. Screened in under building secured parking. Just first class from the front door on through. I could go on and on. Mike could not have been better to work with. There were two hiccups and he addressed them immediately. Unfortunately for him one was replacing his AC unit. It could not have gone more smooth. Mike is very professional and knows exactly how to run a condo rental. And he puts hospitality at the forefront. I just left 2 days ago and I am counting the days until I can walk through those doors again in 2020. Mike you are the best owner we have ever met. Thank you for our fabulous 2019 winter home. M

Comfortable condo, lovely pool, great views

That we've stayed in this condo four times since 2011 says it all. Michael is a wonderful owner who goes above and beyond to provide a well-equipped, comfortable condo in the lovely Waterside development. It has arguably one of the nicest pool and deck areas in FMB, and the 5th floor lanai is a perfect perch at sunset. We absolutely recommend this property.

Well furnished and well equipped condo in an unbeatable location. Great views, nice pool and grounds. Great for walking and relaxing, convenient to Santini Plaza for shopping and dining. Easy off the south end of the island if you want to go to Naples area, or take the trolley to Times Square at the north end of Fort Myers Beach.
