VILLA BAHAMA is located at The Foundry in the Truman Annex, Key West's most exclusive gated community. You'll be just around the block from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that the Truman Annex is known for. Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations.
THE LIVING AREA...
VILLA BAHAMA has been furnished to a very high standard, in the lush tropical style inspired by Tommy Bahama. In fact, the Tommy Bahama influence is evident throughout this home. The living area is an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings, and the double French doors provide lots of light. There's plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The sleep sofa will accommodate extra guests. There's convenient powder room on the first floor. The kitchen has a top-of-the-line stove, oven and refrigerator, with granite counter tops and all the small appliances one might need. You'll have your own private courtyard out front, with a gas BBQ.
THE POOL AREA...
The landscaped community pool is just across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

This condo in the Truman Annex is a quiet, adult oriented location. It's a perfect location because it's so close to all of the chaos on Duval St. But when you're done you can slip away to peace and quiet. We stayed here during the Rokisland fest and it was only steps away from that venue as well. I was greeted via text by our concierge just days before arriving and he was in easily in touch throughout our stay. Never more than a few minutes for replies to our questions. Great experience!

Great location and Last Key was amazingly responsive with our problems.
Last Key immediately got us help when our AC broke on a 90 degree humid day. The next night our smoke alarms beeped low battery for part of the night and of course we didn’t have 9 volt batteries on us so we got little sleep. Last Key had someone with us immediately at 0800 to fix it. The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees post repair which was pleasant, but chilly and frustrating to not be changeable. Preventative maintenance may be in order for the house. Dishwasher soap would be nice. Front landscaping sub-par. Otherwise very nice with comfortable beds and excellent location.

Perfect Walking Location in Key West
The perfect location to walk to dinner, bars, beaches, shopping, spas, community pool, and more. Enjoyed having the bikes delivered from We Cycle and see the area beyond Duval and Mallory Square. Wonderful townhouse where everyone had their room and space then met on the porch to enjoy the evening breeze. Lots of great kitchen utensils, pans, appliances, and starter kits for cleaning dishes, toiletries, and laundry soaps. There were beach towels and chairs to use, which was convenient. Great service. We would come back for another visit when in town.

The property is in a great location. You are in walking distance from everything in Key West. It is just far enough from the main strip that you do not hear music in the wee hours of the morning. Perfect location and property!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The unit is close to everything. Just two blocks from duval street so it’s not noisy and still close to the restaurants and things to do. We walked to just about everywhere the whole week we were there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Greg was a friendly and attentive house manager. Highly recommend this place. Also the annex area is so peaceful and beautiful! Will be back!

Comfortable and Convenient
This lovely townhome is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the sights and sounds of Old Town Key West and the beach. Plush beds were most appreciated at the end of days spent seeing the Truman White House and the Hemmingway home. The well-equipped kitchen and use of the gas grill were an added bonus. Greg, our Guest Services Coordinator made our check-in/out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bahama.

Awesome find in a great part of Key West
We knew nothing about Key West before our trip, so to say we stumbled onto this property is an understatement. Turns out this condo is pretty much close to everything. Easy walking distance to Mallory Square, Duval Street, and most of the popular restaurants and bars in Old Town. There's also a new kids' playground and splashpad just a few blocks away, and the best beach in Key West (Fort Zachary Taylor) is about 3/4 of a mile away, which is an easy bike ride or, if you rent a golf cart like we did, literally minutes away. The property was super clean, had a great breezy Key West vibe, a great tree-covered front porch area, and lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay easier (beach chairs, pool noodles, well-stocked kitchen). They even had a key lime pie and a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend, 10/10

Recently stayed for a celebration weekend with family and couldn't be happier with this property! The location was perfect! Central to all activities, yet a private and quiet place to come home to after being out all day. We were able to walk to all of the entertainment and activities we had planned for our week away. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. Beds were extremely comfortable, decor beautiful and island fun. Our contact with property management company, Shannon, was a gem! Very helpful, friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property! We has a wonderful vacation in Key West! The owner of another condo double booked our stay and these nice folks helped us find a new place to stay and even picked us up from the front porch and took us to our new location! This place is very nice, clean and in a great location! Everything you need for a great stay is there for you. Keith was wonderful, greeted us with a big smile and a Key Lime Pie. He was there to get us settled in and show us where everything was stored, even gave is a tour to the pool. He helped us with picking the best places to eat and visit! The concierge service helped us find the best day trips and were there for any and all questions. We will stay again in the future! We were not ready to leave!!
