Extremely comfortably and well equipped property close to Nice Port and beaches.
Supermarket within walking distance.
Easy to reach Monaco, Menton and Eze on public transport although extremely busy during August.

We had a really lovely stay here! Very clean and well equipped house. Excellent quiet location with frequent cheap 98 bus to town, just 2 min walk to bus stop. Nice bakery, small supermarket and lots of restaurants at the port within walking distance. Easy to communicate with host - thank you so much for a great holiday :)

We stayed at this lovely house, two adults, two teenagers and a dog. We knew the area from before and it’s is such a great location! Near the public beach and an easy walk to the nearest private beach. Port Lympia is just a couple of minutes away and the lovely area of Bonaparte is also close.
The house was very clean and well equipped. Lovely outdoor space as well as the jacuzzi. Three good size beedrooms. Large wardrobes. AC in all rooms which was nice during hot July.

Very clean, very well equipped home surpassed our needs! A 10-15 a minute walk to the port with plenty of restaurant options and close to the tram.

The house was just wonderful. Fabulous location just in a side street from the Port.

The house was just fabulous, many extras that made life so much easier , especially in the kitchen.
We spent many hours outside in the fabulous garden and made good use of the jacuzzi and sun deck.
We used public transport and the trains were wonderfully cheap and frequent.
So easy to get around. The Nice locals we encountered were warm and friendly .
You can drink the tap water and swim in the beautiful sea ( if ur from the UK that’s very much appreciated )
We would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful location with everything close by .

Really great house and host. Nice outside area for meals, and the hot tub is a great option. Nice location as well near the port and great restaurants and a bakery, but far enough away from all the touristy noise so you can relax.Very walkable to Old Town. We would book the house again in an instant. Also, Tamsin is an extremely responsive host and is great.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi. There was a good supply of bath and kitchen towels. Tamsin was always responsive and made the check in process seamless. He was flexible when we arrived early and we were able to check in. The location is perfect for walking to the pier or Boulevard Anglais and Old Town.

What an absolutely fabulous place to stay! In a great location right by the port this property was perfect for our stay in Nice. Tasmin was an excellent host and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The house is beautiful throughout and has everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday.

The six of us loved our stay at Tasmin's place! The house was very clean, well-equipped and homey. We also really enjoyed eating on the deck space outside and the hot tub was a nice plus.
We were able to walk to the center of the old-city area of Nice in just 20 minutes, and it was also well connected by bus. There's also plenty of restaurants to explore closer to the home (Tasmin provided great recommendations) and there was even the beach nearby as well.
Tasmin was also a really helpful host who always responded quickly and thoroughly to any messages.
We definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house , perfect location and very well equipped. You can walk everywhere from here or get buses from the port around the bays. If we needed anything or couldn’t work out the blinds/doors/keys we called the host and she wa so helpful

I can't say enough about this property - we had the best stay here! So close to so many areas of Nice, easy to walk to them all. The house is bright, open, and cozy with lots of room for 5 people. We will definitely be back!!

Great little house, well, home really (there is a difference!). Very comfortable and even with 5 of us, it never felt cramped or tight. All perfectly clean, and whilst most things are well used, everything was ship shape and easy to figure out.
It is worth knowing that the area is probably the most sought after in Nice and the costliest in terms of value per sq mr. Which means that it is very good value indeed in terms of charges etc for the listing.
But where it all comes into its own is thanks to Tamsin the host. Wow! What a lovely person... answered my zillion questions, helped us with bits and pieces and even offered to organise taxis and delivery of food from local supermarket I ordered on line. Nothing ever a problem. Husband Chris was just as helpful. We really could not have asked for better hosts.
The property is very well served by a small bus 38 a few steps away which is a round robin going to Nice where you can catch a tram or other buses. It runs every 15 minutes or so most days and if you buy a ten trip card you can hop on and off for 74 minutes each time for just ONE EURO!.
There is a very good Carrefour supermarket that will deliver to you within a couple of hours and the crew there is incredibly helpful. But in any case Tamsin would always help and suggest if asked.
We go to a lot of locations in Europe and whilst we meet lots of great hosts thse two are another level.

Btw, if you want to show your appreciation Tamsin loves NAIRN oat cakes which are impossible to find in Nice... so now you know!!! Well recommended to anyone who wants to try the true beauty of this gorgeous area.

Absoluter Komfort
Sehr komfortabel, mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage und nur 2 Minuten von der malerischen Hafenpromenade entfernt. Nizza Zentrum gut zu Fuss oder auch per Bahn schnell und einfach erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Behausung!!!
Ps : Dusche mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Orangenbaum und Palmen!

Impromptu trip to Nice
My girlfriends and I flew from 4 diff counties and meet in Nice for a few days of warm weather.
We loved staying at Tamsin’s place.
It was clean and location was close to Port Lympia (last stop of the tram from the airport). We’d end the day in the jacuzzi.
There was a gas shortage in the block one night and we didn’t have hot water but Tamsin was very responsive to my request and the technician was there the next day to fix it.
Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely Lovely!
We loved this spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to Old Town, grocery store, and ocean promenade. Extra nice bed linens and ample towels. Hot tub was delightful at the end of long days full of walking. The kitchen has great cookware. Be mindful of owners instructions to arrive at front of house, as the community is mostly gated and it is a long, steep hike around to the front gate keybox if you've been dropped off behind the house.

Maison bien placée. On peut tout faire à pied . Plage, centre ville, vieux Nice tout prêt. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Une propriétaire très réactive si besoin et très aimable. On a adoré 😊

On a beaucoup aimé la maison, sa terrasse, son jacuzzi. Aussi pouvoir garer la voiture à l’intérieur de la propriété. Le top : son emplacement : au calme, dans un beau quartier, proche de la mer, du port. Contact très amical avec le propriétaire. Je garde l’adresse !

Propriétaire très disponible. Maison très bien située Cap de Nice-mont Boron. Tout est à proximité, courses promenades, vieux Nice, à maximum 30 minutes à pied.

Fijne uitvalsbasis
Mooi huis, goede plek in Nice, voorzien van airco en jacuzzi, perfecte plek om Nice uitgebreid te verkennen. Elke dag was het ook weer fijn om terug te komen in dit huis, waarbij voor de kinderen de jacuzzi en de koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine en koel water elke keer weer fijn was!
Contact met de eigenaar was ook prettig en snel. Wij hebben een week genoten!

Villa très agréable
Vacances très agréable , tout près du port de Nice avec une terrasse panoramique sur le toit vue mer . Dommage qu’il y ait une énorme parabole . Villa splendide , fonctionnelle , très bien équipée et extrêmement propre . Lits faits et linge de bain en quantité . Accueil parfait avec petits savons dans les salles de bain et bouteille de côtes de Provence offerte dans le frigo . La propriétaire Tasmin est extraordinaire !! Jacuzzi très propre et nettoyé chaque semaine . Terrasse en bois pour les repas très agréable . Place de parking petite mais pratique . Voisins un peu bruyant ( profite de fitness ) . Emplacement parfait tout près du vieux Nice en voiture , de Villefranche-sur-Mer et saint jean cap ferrat !!
