The upper gardens area is available as an event specific venue for larger parties that would include outside guests for an additional fee, naturally all the property is open for our guests at all time.
JUNGLE LIFE:
Sayulita is in the jungle, therefore exotic animals walking/flying around the property are not uncommon, remember we are in their habitat. Keep in mind that during Monsoon season, you might encounter some pretty epic thunder storms, that challenge the grid and therefore power outages might happen.
ACCESIBILITY:
The property is located on Nanzal Hill, Nanzal is a steep hill that overlooks the ocean, Villa Piedra blanca is accessed by what many would call a very steep road, gravel, dirt and cobblestones makes a true 4x4 the appropriate vehicle to drive up, additionally, the walk up does require some effort, and is hardly recomendable for elderly guests with severe mobility issues. Once on the property we have steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca.
Let this not be a deterrent as we regularly host weddings with guests from all walks of life, the view and memories are spectacular and the letters of gratitude speak for themselves.
We just want to be clear that guests with mobility issues or disabilities might find the venue challenging.
WATER:
The delivered supply of fresh water on the hill is limited by the town’s modest infrastructure, we supplement our containers by trucking ample quantities of water up the hill, please be mindful and conscious to prevent running out unexpectedly.
PROXIMITY:
By golf cart or car i takes you approximately 3 minutes to get to the nearest beach and a few minutes to find yourself in the heart of town. By foot it’s a 600 meter walk down the hill to the beach.

Yearly family vacation for 12 and this was the perfect property and location for us. Read all previous reviews to help you make the right decision. It was ideal for our needs but it is up a very steep hill with a very steep driveway you have to walk up to gain access to both villas. We rented golf carts and would say that was a must. It is best to take pesos as a lot of the town’s restaurants take cash only and have a higher exchange rate. Yarib and Martin are great to work with and are very helpful to answer any question you may have. The cleaner comes in every other day and she is very thorough and non intrusive. All three pools are great with plenty of seating areas on both patios. The joint villas are very well equipped with plenty of space in main and bedroom areas. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. This definitely was a perfect choice for our needs. Thank you Yarib and Martin.

The property was perfect for our extended family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Welcome Party for 100 people in the event space. Although it was a bit of a steep walk or ride to get to the house and the upper garden, the views were incredible! There was plenty of room for dinner seating for all of our guests and the palapa was perfect for shade and extra seating. Yarib was great to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. If you are looking for a truly special place to spend some time with family or friends or to host a special event, please consider Villas Piedra Blanca. With 3 pools we had a hard time deciding where to play each day. Everything was provided for a wonderful time...just bring food, or hire a chef!

House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.

This place was perfect for our work retreat! it was very spacious and even had a perfect space outdoors for our workshops. Also lots of spaces so the whole group want forced to be with each other all the time. Amazing kitchen and equipped with everything that is needed. Martin the house manager was always responsive and gave me solutions when we needed them. Also the 3 pools are great an have amazing view.
The only small downside is how steep it is to get to the house, from main entrance to the actual door of the house it gets very difficult to get there with bags. And to go to town I would recommend taxis rather that walking down (not recommended for people with mobility issues). One of our group decided to do it and had a hard time getting back in the sun and how steep it is. If you like you can rent a golf car but I would recommend on how steep it gets. Communication in general was ok, we only had a couple of miscommunications but nothing that was not able to be resolved in a timey manner.

This home was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 14 adults and 2 kids. The pools were perfect. The bedrooms were large, comfortable, quiet, and cold. The beds and pillows were comfy. The views were amazing, and the noise from the town was no problem. The property manager was responsive and attentive. The golf cart was cool, and we recommend renting more to get to and from town. It’s a steep, but short walk. I 1000000% recommend staying at this property.

I really can’t speak more highly of the hospitality we experienced during our stay. We were traveling to Sayulita for my wedding and spent 3 days in the house with our bridal party and they made our trip so memorable. It’s a gorgeous property with an amazing view! The property owner and manager were so accommodating and generous! Highly recommend this stay for a large group.

Wonderful Home
The property itself was fantastic. Beautiful views and beautiful home. The only problem was the home came with a golf cart that we had to pay a deposit for. A day b4 we left the back tire started rubbing on the fender. It got blamed on us saying we must have hit something. I was the only driver the entire weekend. Lost my deposit. Other than that, fantastic weekend!

Perfection
Everything about this property was amazing! From the communication prior to arriving, to Martin - the house manager, who helped us with absolutely anything that we needed.
The pride that the entire house staff take is very evident when you arrive and through the duration of your stay.
We hosted 12 guests here and there was never a time any of us felt that we were living on top of one another, there is so much indoor and out door space at the property and town is about 5 min away by ATV/ golf cart.
If you are going to rent additional carts get use the recommendations provided by the host to ensure they have the ability to make it up the hill to the property.
We look forward to coming back again next year with our group

Family Vacation
To make this review short and sweet ~ our family vacation at this property was amazing. The host Martine was very helpful, the chefs he recommended were amazing and the views from this property were breathtaking. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation or a couples vacation. The pools are great ~ nice to have at the house, great areas to hang out. The property is not to far from town, definitely recommend the golf cart for traveling back and fourth. The road to town is steep. Hope you enjoy this property as much as we did.

Spectacular villa with incredible views
I stayed here in August with a group of girls to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were blown away by how beautiful these villas were in person!! The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking of the gorgeous bay of Sayulita and you can easily watch the surf from the villa. I also highly recommended surfing during your time in Sayulita (even if you are a beginner) - it’s one of the top surf spots around and a great place to learn for beginners. The villas were extremely clean, safe, and we loved the decor. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive from the villas - we recommended driving the golf cart due to the steep hills coming back up - but we did walk sometimes and it wasn't too bad - about a 15 min walk. Yarib was wonderful in answering all our questions ahead of time and providing us with helpful recommendations for our time in Sayulita. Martin our house host warmly greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive if we had any needs during our time there (food items, alcohol, taxis, etc). We used Chef Francisco Díaz, recommended by Yarib, for part of our stay and he was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend him - his dishes were incredible and he puts a lot of thought into the presentation of each dish. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning the kitchen during our stay. Overall it was such a wonderful birthday and my friends and I will have life long special memories thanks to Villas Pierda Blanca!

Absolute Paradise!
I stayed here for a long weekend with 9 women to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. There are two gorgeous houses on the property with nearly every amenity you could need (A/C, fans, 3 pools, refrigerators by the pool, 2 kitchens and more! We went during the off season, so there are tropical thunder storms nearly every night (but they only last an hour or so). The rest of the time it is hot and humid, so the pools are a great relief. We honestly could have spent the entire time at the property, as it was a paradise, and would not have been bored at all. If you go during rainy season it is a little tricky to get into town because there are no ubers and for a large group it is difficult to get a taxi in a timely manner. That said, the property managers are incredibly helpful and will provide many taxi numbers for you. Also, if you do not want to leave the villa, they can have food, groceries, and more brought up to the house.
I cannot wait to come back- it was absolutely incredible! Martin was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He was extremely quick to respond to us via Whatsapp and help with anything we needed. Also, the driving service they set us up with from the airport was wonderful, we loved Hugo!

Outstanding!
We had the most delightful stay! The house was everything that was promised. I had worried about there being enough bathrooms (I saw that in a few reviews) but there were plenty! Check in was seamless, the golf cart was so convenient, the kitchens had everything you could ever need for group cooking (we had 14 adults) and the beds were so comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Also what a treat to have daily housekeeping. The ladies stopped in to tidy up, take out trash and even make our beds daily. They were quick and so nice.
I didn’t even realize that there was an upper 3rd pool until we arrived. That space was awesome for hanging out in the evenings and grilling.
We heard zero construction noise, or even noise from other houses. It felt so secluded, yet just a short walk into town.
I would 100% stay here again!

Three families?
This place can handle that no problem. We had total of 15 people ranging from 7 years old to 46. Took full advantage of the 3 pools with the large pool up at the palapa as our favorite. Filtered water and ice on site. Plenty of convenient bathrooms for use (was a concern with so many people.) The beds were amazing, the views, everything. Highly recommend.

Great stay, great service, great views
Great property. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space for our group. It is a little bit of a climb to get to the location but worth it for the views. Choice of 3 different pools and the larger one is a great area to escape too and relax and see whales. Staff was great and took very good care of us. Would highly recomend

This property is really nice for large family or friends get-together. The ocean and sunset views are the highlight and worth the trip. The town is great, food was spectacular, and ocean very warm. The steep hill to get to the house is the lowlight, but the golf cart works really well, and once you get the hang of it, we had no problem. Martin took care of everything for us, and Marlene was a great recommendation for a friendly chef for a great dinner. Highly recommend for all except those who would struggle with the hills and stairs. Also, bring lots of cash as there is almost no ability to use cc in Sayulita.

Exactly as advertised
This property was everything it claimed. I read a bunch of reviews that made me feel confident with all the amenities and Martin’a service but I was still blown away. The views were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed all 10 days/nights we were there. Even with a full house there was plenty of space.
Having a seperate space for our wedding and Martin being so attentive and available. He even did a Costco run for us the day before the wedding! Also, the house cleaners came every other day and were so friendly and respectful.
I would absolutely recommend this property for large groups and celebrations or even just a family getaway.

couldn’t give a better review about this villa! best views in town and gorgeous place. Martin was very accessible and responded to any questions we had very quickly. it is 100% worth the hike up the hill and taxis are very cheap if you can’t fit everyone in the golf cart 10/10 recommend staying here and enjoying the sun, pools, views and most importantly the palapa!!

Villa Piedra Blanca is stunning!
We had the most incredible time at Villa Piedra Blanca. We organised our wedding there and it was perfect, the property is gorgeous and the views are stunning! It's one of the highest properties in the town. Martin, the property manager, was amazing, he is so friendly and easy to communicate with. He made our stay very easy and took care of all of our needs. We highly recommend Villa Piedra Blanca for your next trip to Sayulita. We can't wait to come back!

Views to die for
Just got back August 10 from a week stay. Five adult couples and one infant. Bedrooms are spacious well appointed. Pools are fabulous, but takes some work keeping the bugs from diving in too. The golf cart is handy, but the brakes are sketchy going downhill with a loaded group. I recommend renting the six seater Polaris, which is an absolute beast getting around town. Martin, the caretaker, Will offer that to you for an additional 75 per day. Totally worth it. Martin and the maids were attentive to our needs. One night The power went out in Sayulita following a rainstorm, and we had no AC But not the fault of the property owners We got by just fine. The views from this property are unmatched anywhere in Sayulita. The sunsets from the pool are a nightly must do. Do not miss the churro truck by the river every evening from six till eight. We loved Mary’s restaurant, Terravita, and the Al Pastore taco stand every night Water in the ocean and in the pool presently is quite warm, but still refreshing. Beach is crowded, I recommend paying $10 and sitting in the Don Pedro section. They offer a drink service and lunch service And you get two chairs and an umbrella. If you have surfboards, put them directly in front of your chairs so you are not hassled by the thousands of beach vendors Relax, have fun, it’s a wonderful place Would definitely rent here again

Perfect Wedding Location
We stayed a week at the beautiful villas and enjoyed the scenery and pools, we didn’t want to leave the villas because it was so comfortable and beautiful! The staff and Martin were so helpful throughout our stay and wedding day events, we can’t thank them enough for all they did. The house and location exceeded all my expectations! We will definitely be coming back to visit!

Fantastic , beautiful and relaxing !
13 of us rented this property and had an amazing time . The view is breathtaking , there are 2 pools and a gorgeous common area. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchens have everything you need . Came with the use of a small vehicle to cruise town . Martin the property manager is very helpful and responsive . Highly recommend , Sayulita is a beautiful town with lovely people .

Wonderful!
Our group of 14 had an amazing stay at this home and could not have asked for more. The home was very private and secluded, and the views were absolutely world class. We were all stunned when we first walked onto the patio. It's important to note that while the home is very close to downtown or the beach, it's still a serious hike (or golf cart ride) to get there due to the steep incline, so going back and forth often isn't realistic. However, what you get in stellar views and privacy is more than worth it! Also, Martin was an amazing house host, and he was available to us whenever we needed him!

Casa roca and Cass Piedra blanca are amazing. The house and pools are amazing. The house keepers and the manager of the house are the best of the best. Hands down. You are not going to get better service. SAYULITA is a magical place to visit. People are friendly and restaurants are amazing. You are not going to find a better place to relax, enjoy the sun and have a better vacation. I would recommend Sayulita and the house to a million friends if I had them. Stunning Property with Great Service From The Host
The Host Yarib was a pleasure to work with and gave us great advice on restaurants and things to do in the area. A- plus to her and to the property: when you arrive you want to put your things in the bedroom and relax in the pool. The Views are Stunning and the house is real comfortable and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking supplies we could ever use and they had lots of extras like local coffee and olive oil and all the spices you need. Better than we imagined
Our stay at this property was amazing. The houses exceeded our expectations and made it hard for our group of 12 to ever want to leave to explore town. Martin was the best VRBO host I have ever had. He went out of his way to make sure we were extra comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a great long weekend. I stayed in the 3 bedroom house, it is super equipped (laundry, kitchen, bedrooms) you can do your own food if you wish. It is super clean and the best is the AMAIZING VIEW to admire the sunset from the pools!

We traveled with our whole family , 16 people there was plenty of room in the houses , well kept up the pools were great and the views and the sunsets can’t be beat. We enjoyed our stay
The golf carts came and handy and we travels down to the beach and downtown which was nice as well . Highly recommend this villa for anyone

We had an amazing time here. The views are unbelievable. The pictures don't really do them justice. We'll definitely be coming back. This place is really hard to leave.
