Villa Andaluza is situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. This beautiful villa encompasses over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The villa is built on a bluff with significant panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean which sits just a very short distance away.
Villa Andaluza is the sister property of Villa Veranza vrbo no. 579780.
The kitchen, pantry, living, dining, and entertainment rooms are located on the main level, and feature a 14 foot-high ceiling, 70 inch plasma TV with surround sound and an indoor/outdoor waterfall.
Four of the six bedrooms are built to master suite standards, with private marbled baths. The feature master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi and fire-pit on its covered terrace. The two Master rooms also feature a Bose Surround Sound Home Theater System. The entire house has marble floors both indoors and out. Every bedroom has HDTV with satellite reception, a CD player, air-conditioning and its own uniquely decorated theme. The Villa comes with a staff of four, a chef and his assistant, concierge and housekeeper. A private 30' sport fishing boat is located in the Marina exclusively for guests of Villa Andaluza. Our family had a lot to celebrate this year, and choosing Villa Andaluza for our vacation was the best decision. From the minute we booked, to saying goodbye to Casandra, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond for us. The meals they prepared were amazing and Casandra helped us with finding the perfect dinner reservations on the nights we wanted to go out. She also helped with booking massages at the house, booking a fishing trip and all the transportation we needed each day. We appreciated not having to make any grocery runs, and being so pampered. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. We loved being in the pool and watching all the boats. The waterfall in the family room is a lovely touch. We felt very safe and loved the walk to the beach for our morning exercise. We will definitely be back!

Where do I begin?? The villa was beautiful…something straight out of a magazine! Photos do not do it justice!! Casandra was a doll to deal with! My husband and I were entertaining guests and she helped me plan every detail! Couldn’t have done it without her! She and her staff are 5 star!!! We opted to have Alex play for us on the night of our guests arrival and it was just the touch we needed. Definitely worth it!!! Chef was on top of our every need! He and his team were there to make sure our dining experiences were top notch. I would definitely give Villa Anda Luza and its staff 10 STARS!!!
We can’t wait to go back and bring our adult kids and family!

This property is beautiful, the staff attentive, super communicative and the food cooked by the chefs outstanding. Hands down best experience. If we return to Cabo, we will be returning to this property or it’s larger sister property.

This property was perfect in every way. The views were beautiful, and the property was immaculate. The chefs prepared the best meals and service was top notch.
All of the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. We are already taking about our next trip back to this amazing place.

We had an amazing, stress free time at this villa. Casandra and the team were super helpful start to finish. I can't recommend this place enough.

Two families (4) adults and (5) kids, really enjoyed this home for our spring break trip. The home was really beautiful and clean as advertised and you could tell the staff took great pride in providing a wonderful experience. The team of Casandra, Juan, and Memo took care of all our asks and they were on the spot to help with any request. They even went above and beyond on our first night when we had a late ask of them to make our stay more comfortable.
We had the staff cook every day and there wasn't a meal we didn’t really enjoy. They even provided a fish dinner with our catch from a fishing excursion during the day.
The house views of the fishing boats and whales all day made our visit one to remember.
Only thing I would call out for families with young kids is that 3 of the bedrooms are in “main house” and 3 of the bedrooms are part of the “first terrace” of a multi level estate.
Cassandra and team did a wonderful job and we would without a doubt rent the home again.

My husband and I chose Villa Andaluza to host our small wedding. It was very casual out by the pool. Casandra was amazing. She was able to accommodate our every request! Juan and his wife and Mamo made the best meals we could have hoped for. In fact, family and friends staying at another villa said our food was better than theirs! Casandra suggested Alex Murillo to provide music and when (not if) we return, we will hire him again. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to begin our new life together. All of us staying in the villa have already starting planning to return next year and hope to make it an annual trip.

The house was very nice and the staff was very helpful. Although they didn’t want to help with our luggage the day we arrived and upon leaving. This is a big deal because if all the stairs inside the house. Make sure you tell the staff the when you first get there that you want to sleep in late otherwise the housekeepers and chefs will show up early and wake you. Beware that the property has a lot of steps so if you’re traveling with anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs this might not be the property for you. Three rooms are located inside the main house and there other rooms are located downstairs in an open air type situation - where you walk into your room from outside. The kitchen needs to be updated and stocked with new cookware. All of the pots and pans need to be trashed and they need to stock it with new cookware. The few times I cooked for the family I really didn’t want to use what was available. Do your own grocery shopping when you arrive. I spent money on groceries that we didn’t want or would not have picked.

6 couples celebrating 7 60th birthdays. Fantastic home with amazing views. The service, from concierge to chefs to housekeeping were fantastic. We hired the Alex Murillo band….what an absolutely amazing experience!!!! There are a lot of stairs so good to know if you have small kids or are elderly. We all said we can’t wait to come back!!

Fabulous staff and home. They took care of all ours needs, arranging transportation, shopping, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Casandra, Juan, Memo were great! Incredible views and saw literally hundreds of whales breaching over 5 days.

Our family stayed at the property over Christmas. We all enjoyed the house and the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. Cassandra was awesome and very helpful setting up adventures for the family. The chief cooked wonderful meals and was super friendly.
Great time and we will be back again!

We had my 50th birthday party here with close friends and family. It was the most amazing weekend for everyone. The place is luxurious. The views are awe inspiring. The staff is on point. The on-site chef and concierge made the vacation absolutely perfect. Everyone was saying that I need to turn 50 every year. Needless to say we will be doing this again.

My group of 8 traveled to Cabo and stayed here for my 40th birthday! The house is just as advertised. The views are breathtaking, Casandra is a gem, the chef’s food was amazing, and Louie the bartender was excellent (and great company)!!! We couldn’t get enough of the pool!! The master suite and balcony- to die for! We reserved the band at Casandra’s request - they were phenomenal and really set the vibe during our first night’s dinner! It’s a must that you book them! We also booked massages at the house which was HEAVEN. Casandra was very responsive and took care of ALL of our arrangements weeks before we arrived and throughout our stay! Caution - there are lots of stairs at the entrance which may be a bit much for elderly guests. I definitely recommend this villa!! We’ll be back!

We booked Villa Andaluza for a special family trip. There were eleven of us, ages 16-82. The property and staff exceeded our expectations. WOW! The experience began with our seamless shuttle from the airport (with a cooler full of beers) and a wonderful warm welcome from the staff. They made us feel so special. The views from the home are spectacular! There really is no reason to need to leave the property with such yummy meals being made for us daily.
Cassandra took such good care of us…checking in on our menu and drink preferences for the next day, and making catamaran and shuttle reservations. Cassandra organized a birthday celebration with a delicious birthday cake, and a fantastic band who played all of our favorites. She was also able to book a photographer for us so we could take family photos on the beach at sunset. Juan and Guillermo made delicious meals. Our favorite were their Fajitas, Ceviche, and pastas. The guacamole was the best we’ve ever eaten! The housekeeper made the place look like new everyday.
There are a lot of stairs, but we had known that going into the trip, and planned the bedroom assignments accordingly, and assisted when needed. The property is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The view from the infinity pool to the ocean is spectacular. Be sure to look for the floats in the carved chest. They got hours of use. We highly recommend the property, and can’t wait until we are able to return to make some more special memories.

The Villa Andaluza was the perfect home for our group of 10. Cassandra and her team were super responsive to all of our needs which included cooking incredible meals, bartending (Leo was great), grocery requests and even a visit from a doctor on our last night to give a lucky member of our group stiches!

We booked Villa Andaluza for my 30th birthday weekend and it was the best decision ever. We travelled with my parents, in-laws, and 3 other couples and we all had our own suites and space. The check-in and check-out process and everything in between was seamless thanks to the concierge, Casandra. She was so helpful and planned transportation for us as a whole group of 12 to go anywhere, brought essential groceries we asked for each day, and planned any meals we requested with the chef. We had the chef plan a taco bar, fish tacos, and fajitas for separate meals and they were all a hit! There was cleaning staff every morning to make sure our rooms were cleaned and we had fresh towels for both showering and the pool all day. The staff was so helpful and made this experience so special. Everyone on the trip loved Villa Andaluza and we hope we can make it back again some day soon!

Sandra and her entire staff made our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We were a group of 12 down to celebrate my 40th bday. The house, patio and views were all amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sandra and Marty!

We had 10 in our group, mixture of adults and kids, and it was awesome. The house is amazing; clean and spacious. We had chef included and definitely recommend. Their expertise and warm demeanor made the trip even better. The view is beautiful and the pool a perfect setting for any time of day (or all day). We hardly left the house because we felt we had everything we needed. Cassandra was our concierge and she was amazing, checking in with us, making sure we had everything/anything we needed. We did a tequila tasting there at the house and then also went deep sea fishing, both of which I highly recommend. I would definitely recommend and would stay again given the chance.

The property is great - wonderful views. Our folks enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Cassandra was very responsive and helpful. Food was excellent - nice flexibility in creating the menu. The housekeeper was great.
Only suggestion - make sure people understand that there are a lot of steps. This would not be a good choice for people with mobility issues.
We would love to come back.

We were a group of 11. We arrived a couple of hours early on day 1 and Casandra made sure we had a spot to drop our bags while the staff finished cleaning. The house looks just as it does online. Yes, There are quite a few steps to climb to get to the main level but it is Pedregal. Most homes are like this. Once the house was cleaned we checked in. Drinks & delicious apps were prepared for all of our guests. The staff (Casandra, Leo, Guillermo and Juan) all went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Casandra took care of our daily requests from the store first thing every morning, booked transportation, excursions, etc. Her response time is unbeatable when you need ANYTHING. Juan and Guillermo prepared delicious meals for us throughout our stay and Leo was absolutely incredible as our daily bartender. Housekeepers made sure the home was spotless every day. A++
The house itself is beautiful and the views are spectacular. There is plenty of room for 12-14 guests. The view of the Pacific from the pool deck is great. We watched whales breach daily while Leo bartended and the chefs prepared lunch and dinner. Bedrooms are all large and have everything you need. Everyone said how comfy the beds were too :) We had a minor issue with the sound system one evening that was handled immediately by Casandra/Leo. Again this stay was near perfection and we can’t say enough GREAT things about the entire staff. Already rebooked for next year and CANT WAIT!!

Best overall adult trip to date. First the staff are all top notch! Between communication and willingness to go above and beyond was delightful. The house was as advertised. With a group of 12 we all had plenty of room to spread out or gather as needed. The infinity pool was perfect for whale watching during the month of January. All the meals were better and more cost effective than many of the restaurants by the marina. Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!!

Villa Andaluza sits on a cliff above the Waldorf-Astoria beach and is a beautiful, higher-end villa with a stunning view of the southern Pacific. Travelers should be aware that there are LOTS of levels and LOTS of stairs. The main living level is two levels from the street with additional steps to the main level restroom. Three of the bedrooms, including the master suite, are further up stairs and on their own levels. There is a one step transition from the dining/family room to the pool table area and is a real trip hazard. While we found this Villa to be very comfortable over all, we would caution people with accessibility needs or small children, given the stairs and lack of safety railing. The rooms are well appointed and most have patios with views to the ocean (our group experienced daily whale watching!).
Casandra (concierge) is nearly always available to help navigate whatever plans you may have: fishing, transportation, reservations, food pick-up, meals, etc... Rufina (housekeeper) and Juan & Guillermo (chefs) were also really great! The chefs did an amazing job preparing the Mahi Mahi from our fishing trip!
This house has been well used and (as a multi-million dollar home commanding top dollar rates) is in need of a little TLC… we were uninformed of the dishwasher not working properly/being clogged and it poured water out onto the kitchen floor creating a slip hazard. Casandra was notified ASAP but a repair did not occur during our stay. The entry and main level water features didn’t work and stagnant water seemed to be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The pool and spa are in need of attention with multitudes of tiles missing or loose and the hot tub on the master suite patio did not work. We had two night visits into the house by a raccoon(s). We were warned to close the sliding doors at bedtime, but unfortunately the latches no longer work and these clever visitors were capable of opening the doors and helping themselves to the garbage can and food left on the counter. There were other minor issues like loose faucets/dripping shower heads in the bedrooms. Although we never had a need for the garage, curiosity got the best of us…it is a menagerie of construction debris, garbage, house supplies, paint, decorations and very dirty.
At the end of the day, we were with people we love and wanted to be with, making our Christmas holiday memorable and our overall experience positive.

I have stayed at Villa Andaluza before and it continues to amaze me. We had 5 couples on this trip.
The owner is in the process of updating the entire property with a modern feel. It is a very nice blend of rustic colonial and contemporary designs. Overall it’s a very warm atmosphere.
On our second night, we took the host, Casandra’s advice, to hire Leo the bartender for a small extra fee along with the Alex Murillo 2 man band for a 2 hour performance by the pool. Chef Juan and his assistant Memo prepared a taco bar for us to complete the evening. It was an amazing way to enjoy the sunset. Oh and don’t forget the custard filled churros!!!
Rufina and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean and orderly throughout our stay. You can leave your dirty laundry outside your door every morning and it’s washed and folded for you by the afternoon.
I highly recommend this property. The property and the staff that comes with it is a great value that’s hard to beat!!!

We stayed at Andaluza in Pedregal for my Husband's 50th Birthday. We were a party of 12 and the house was perfect for space and privacy. All bedrooms are ensuites. The house comes with a Chef (Juan), Daily Cleaning (Rufina) and a Concierge Service (Cassandra) Cassandra was amazing... she went above and beyond to make sure it was an amazing experience for everyone. She scheduled all of our transportation, meals, and events. Cassandra and staff arranged for a Birthday Fiesta at the house. Chef Juan cooked up an amazing spread of tacos, fajitas, and fresh salsa. Cassandra arranged for a bartender (Leo) to serve drinks all day. She even was able to get a custom cake prepared in less than 24 hours... The entire experience was amazing. Everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back to Villa Andaluza.

Our party consisted of 12 adults (6 couples). The home had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and the best part is the outdoor living and view of the beautiful ocean. Casandra the concierge was responsive and always willing to aid in any requests we had. Chefs Juan and Guillermo were happy to make anything we wanted and made fantastic Mexican food. For parties at the home, I recommend you have Casandra hire Leo as the bartender. Leo was fantastic and he felt like he was a part of our group instead of kindly serving our group. Marty has a well run property due to the hard work of individuals identified above and others we did have the chance to get to know that daily cleaned the home. I recommend renting from Marty and hope to enjoy one of his homes again in the future. Gracias Villa Andaluza staff!!!

Our family (10 adults) had a wonderful celebration here. We can't say enough about the area, place, people and food. Casandra and all the staff at Villa Andaluza were friendly, responsive and just simply AMAZING!! Casandra had EXCELLENT restaurant recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed (please ask her!). The Alex Murillo Duo (Casandra's recommendation) played for us at the villa and they, too, were absolutely incredible. I highly recommend them. Rufina (housekeeping) came in daily and did an excellent job keeping everything clean. Chef Juan and his staff cooked two amazing dinners for us and daily breakfasts. He even cooked the Maui Maui fish (to perfection) for dinner that the guys caught while fishing. Casandra and the cooks were incredibly flexible with our food requests and our needs bringing us whatever we wanted/needed with short notice. The outdoor living space is where we spent most of our time. Great infinity pool with fantastic views of Pedregal and the Pacific Ocean. All the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and well kept. We did not use their boat as we had too many guys (6) that wanted to fish. I highly recommend Villa Andaluza to anyone and am certain our family will be back!! Thank you, Marty, for the great memories!!

We had a group of 12 that recently stayed at the villa. First off, the staff was wonderful. Casandra was very helpful during our stay and our chef' Guillermo was amazing, as was our housekeeper, Rufina. The beds in most rooms were super comfortable, as were the pillows. One room had a bed that had a horrible squeak however. There were quite a few things that were advertised as available to us, ie: AC in the entire house, an ice maker, Spa access, a fishing boat, a dishwasher and a ping pong table to name a few. None of those things were available. The biggest problem was not having AC in the main area of the house. It wasn't until the day before we left that the AC was repaired. The main areas of the house averaged a temp of over 85+ degrees. We had to order ice daily as there was none available at the villa. The fishing boat is not at the local marina and would have cost quite a bit to have it moved and to use. We ended up booking an outside company for far less cost. There were quite a few areas, ie in cabinets/drawers that were dirty, some general cleanliness issues and some wear and tear issues. The supplies in the kitchen were not what you would expect in a multi-million dollar home, ie, pots/pans had peeling teflon, dishes and glasses were chipped and worn, and the adjoining laundry room was a huge mess. The dishwasher was old, stained and broken. It was supposedly repaired a couple of days before we left, but it continued to leak. Again, not something that you would expect in this type of home. There were other issues that we addressed with Marty that hopefully have been resolved. The villa is in a beautiful location with a beautiful view and has the potential to be a 5 star home with a little TLC. Marty (the owner) gave us a credit for the lack of AC and ice. We didn't feel the credit amount was fair, but appreciated him addressing our concerns. He felt that we should have addressed all of our concerns each day with Casandra and we felt that there really shouldn't have been these types of issues at all. We enjoyed our time outside, as it was much too hot to sit inside. A week or two of deep cleaning and some minor repairs would bring this villa up to the standards it should be for a villa of this cost. I believe the things that were advertised as available, but weren't, have been removed from the listing. A good time was had, but I wish we had been made aware of the issues we encountered prior to our arrival.
1.5
The house is very pretty but we did have a few problems. The first problem is the ac does not work in the kitchen or living room so it was 85 degrees the entire time inside. We asked about it multiple times and it was brushed aside and not addressed at all. Second the master ac went out and I was not able to sleep in the master bedroom the last night because it was again 85 degrees. The 3rd issue was a literal rat running across the living room which is just very unsanitary. There was also cockroaches in one of my friends room on his folded towels. I have stayed in many pedregal homes and never experienced cockroaches and rats running through the house. The cook was amazing but a multimillion dollar house should have ac. I have stayed in the sister house villa veranza and it was amazing no complaints but this house needs some serious tlc. I am very upset with how this experience went.

Great property
The property is beautiful along with the views. Two small glitches (no hot water - two days - quickly rectified and bartender liquor charges) didn’t take anything away from our visit. We will use the property again! It is awesome and they are easy to work with…

Alan, Cassandra & the team EXCEEDED expectations! The house was clean, food was amazing.
Our party of 12 travel together often and hands down this was the best travel experience to date! The staff was always prompt, helpful and so professional. The house is beautiful. The meals were so amazibg! We can’t wait to return in July!

Even Better Than The Pictures
Villa Andaluza surpassed our expectations in so many areas and there wasn't one area where it didn't meet our expectations. The property is stunning. The rooms are fantastic and while you can tell it is actively rented and has some normal wear from that, it is well appointed. The views give you a bird's eye view of the Pacific. From observing the countless whales and boats go by to just staring at the Pacific, the views are unreal. Bedrooms are large, private, have nice amenities and the beds are very comfortable.
The villa is in a very safe area and I would say the entire group felt at least as safe there as we would in very nice neighborhoods in the US.
The staff is solid. They didn't spend too much time with us so we still maintained privacy. The chef prepared amazing meals and could not have been more accommodating or friendlier.
Alan helped us through a few issues (not with the property itself) and everything worked out great. He also lined up a birthday cake for one of our guests, a great round of golf at Cabo Real, several dinners, transportation, COVID tests, etc.
I would think anyone who stays at Villa Andaluza will be thoroughly impressed and happy with their decision!

Amazing Family Vacation
We just returned from a week stay to celebrate a family member's 50th birthday. The stay was incredible! The communication before arrival (for booking some excursions, airport transfers, and grocery lists for arrival) were top notch and every detail was attended to. The house was immaculate at all times!
We were met by the concierge and house manager upon arrival and every detail for the trip was handled. They were wonderful to deal with. They were always available and ensured any time we needed a taxi to town or a reservation tweaked that it was handled immediately. Alan was a delight and Cassandra was so sweet and amazing to work with daily.
The food was incredible!!! Juan and Guillermo were amazing in the kitchen. They were open to any suggestions of items we might want and were great at offering options as well. Every meal was delicious!
All in all the stay at the Villa Andaluzza was top notch for everyone in the family. The house and view are gorgeous - the service impeccable - and the food amazing! We can't wait to return!

In a nutshell- absolutely perfect
From first communication to the last moment Marty and his staff made this one of the best vacations ever. We arrived the day after a Cat 2 hurricane and yet the staff and house were fully ready. The pictures do justice to how beautiful it is but don't speak to how much all of the individuals strive to make it an easy, fun, and memorable experience. Cassandra and Alan are an awesome team, responding to text requests immediately before and during the trip to make sure anything you need will be there, whether it be groceries, baby gear, reservations... anything. They even arranged our COVID tests in-house and had a yoga instructor come one morning. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable and all bathroom amenities were there. It was like having our own private resort. Can't say enough other than we will definitely be coming back. We also got to see Marty's other property that has a similar design but is bigger and was beyond amazing with outdoor showers and gorgeous terraces. Thanks again, everybody!

Fun Cabo 50th Escape
Excellent staff and service. Location and views are amazing.
Great place to celebrate 50th birthday with friends. Nice welcome nachos and margaritas. House was ready to go with our grocery list on arrival. Meals made by house cook and staff were excellent and allowed us more pool time and relaxation.

Amazing Villa!
This villa was BEAUTIFUL! Our group of 12 had a wonderful time during our stay in Pedregal. The house was better than pictured, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the chef was perfect (our favorite meals were surf and turf, shrimp tacos, and Alfredo pasta with fish). Each room was spacious and had its own private bathroom, and all but 1 room had a private patio area with a bed. We loved watching the sunrise on our private patio, and even slept on the patio bed a couple of nights because it was so nice and relaxing!
Another cool perk was that the pool faces the ocean, where we were able to do some free whale watching.
The only thing I could see being an issue for some parties is that the house has ALOT of stairs.... our group was very active so this was not a problem at all, but this home would sadly not be an option for a family trip if my parents or grandparents were to attend. So be mindful if your group includes someone that can’t handle a lot of stairs. Other than that, 10/10 recommend!!!!

25th Birthday Getaway
The villa was beyond amazing. The pictures do not do it justice at all!! The views are exceptional, from the ocean to Mountain Views. Everything exceeded my expectations from check in till check out. We were a group of 12 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We were greeted with margaritas, chips and salsa, and quesadillas on arrival. Alan and Cassandra made the process so easy with checking in, helping to organize transportation each day and also helping to plan our meals. Chef Juan was incredible in all the meals he prepared!! Everything tasted amazing each day! The house cleaner was also very exceptional! They all made this trip the best trip I’ve ever been on and they also made it very memorable.
I highly recommended booking this property if you’re visiting Cabo. You definitely will not be disappointed!

Best Birthday Ever
We were a group of 6 couples traveling to Cabo to celebrate my birthday. All communications were very timely and the property was just perfect. Our group traveled when the US imposed the negative covid test to return to the states. Some people were hesitant and the owner was very willing to work with us. In the end, everyone ended up going on the trip and arrangements were made in advance to have someone come to the house to do the tests for everyone. We all got our results back in plenty of time and everything was very organized. My birthday trip went off without even a snag thanks to the staff at Andaluza. I am a travel agent and I am always cautious about rentals but this is so professionally run I wouldn't hesitant to send clients here.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Andaluza celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. From the booking process all the way through the check out process. The owner and staff were so accommodating and helpful. Our Concierge Cassandra was always available to answer any questions and the chefs made the most amazing meals for us. This was by far one of the best experiences and vacations we have ever had. The property is beautiful and the views are spectacular. We highly recommend this property and we can't wait to get back there.
