We are located at the heart of the Granby Ranch Resort with slope-side access to the ski area and bike park just a few yards from the lift. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has a spacious and open floor plan - perfect for entertaining.

For the self-catering holiday enthusiasts, our full kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy relaxing and playing in the large recreational common area on the 1st floor directly below our condo. Ski lockers are provided on the first floor for easy storage and access to your equipment.
Granby Ranch Colorado, a four season retreat just 15 miles northwest of Winter Park & 22 miles south of Rocky Mountain National Park, offers year-round activities for everyone. The Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is comprised of two hills, 33 trails, 5 lifts and more than 25 km of maintained Nordic backcountry trails. This resort is perfect for families and groups looking for a ski vacation that encourages togetherness. During the spring, the snow melts revealing Granby Ranch's green slopes with extensive hiking and biking trails. Granby Ranch is a conservatory area where the elk & deer winter. No unit at Base Camp has an air-conditioner, but high in mountains none is needed. Open the windows when you arrive and enjoy the mountain air. Our property also has several fans for you to use.
In late spring Headwaters Golf Course opens with 18 holes incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. Adjacent to the golf course, Granby Ranch now offers private fly fishing access or you can enjoy Colorado catch and release fishing just a few miles up the Fraser River. Whether you are looking for a vacation packed with activities such as skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking and biking or just a scenic relaxing getaway, Granby Ranch is the perfect vacation destination in any season!

The shuttle is close by for the 20-minute trip to Winter Park as well to ski or snowmobile in Rocky Mountain National Park, which is only a 20-minute drive from our condo. Stop at Grand Lake for live theater and dinner.
Of all Base Camp condos, ours is the shortest distance to the slopes – a true ski-in and ski-out. With the largest deck of any condo, it looks right out onto the base of the mountain.
Additionally, our condo’s proximity to the elevator provides easy access to the heated underground garage (one space), garbage/recycling, and common fire pit.

Perfect location for a family wedding at Granby Resort. The hosts were lovely to work with. The condo had a great floor plan and was spacious. Very nice for a large group. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, but outdated.
We stayed in the Summer. The apartment may not have been stayed in recently. It was dusty, deck was dirty, minor maintenance problem, which the owner made right.
Weather was very hot and we would have appreciated more fans to help with circulation.
We would rent again because of the size, view and the wonderful (once we swept ) deck!

Condo was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Location unbeatable. Parking awesome except for having to park extra vehicle two mile away. Everything worked. Stove door needs repaired. Had a little trouble with cleaning crew not stocking toilet paper and trash bags and no pool towels but owner took care of it. Overall good experience

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and probably the 7th time at Base Camp 1. Beverly (owner) is great and the place is wonderful for our family with 2 kids and 2 parents. Would certainly stay here again!

I can’t say enough great things about this experience! The condo is incredibly clean, comfortable and has a great layout for families. The extended balcony facing the lifts provides stunning views morning and night. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back! Our family skis in Granby each year and this is the BEST place we've stayed! The views are incredible and you're right next to the lifts which is awesome for our parents who decided not to ski but still wanted to watch the grandkids. We absolutely loved how clean and cozy this condo is.... the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Being able to house our ski gear in the provided lockers was awesome-no more hauling our gear up and down the mountain! The heated garage is such a luxury. It was lovely to be able to unload the car in the warmth of the garage instead of running in and out of the cold. As a mom with young kids, I loved being able to run back and forth from the condo if someone needed a snack or forgot sunscreen, etc. The host is excellent and provides a wealth of information upfront so you can make the most of your experience. This is the BEST trip we've had in Granby and this condo is the reason why....we've already booked it again next for next year!

This is the perfect location for a family with younger children at Grandby Ranch. Right off the lifts. We were able to ski and then come in and rest easily. The accommodation were great clean, well appointed, and spacious. We will definitely use condominium again

My Wedding Weekend
We decided to stay here for our wedding weekend. Property was perfect size for our family, everything was clean, host was AMAZING and communicated about everything prior to our visit, and the deck has beautiful views and is HUGE!! Wish I could go beyond 5 stars!

4th of July stay
We stayed at the condo over the 4th of July weekend. The condo was amazing! It was clean, cozy, everyone had their own bed and bath and it had everything we needed! The deck was great, we spent a lot of time out on the deck. Granby Ranch had a fun concert series and events for the 4th right outside the door, it was awesome and the kiddos loved it!
Kelly was Amazing to work with! She answered questions and responded quickly and went above and beyond to let us know about the events! We would stay again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!!

Greatest Ski in/Ski out Location at Granby Ranch
There are not words to summarize this property or the owners. If you are looking to ski Granby you must stay in this spacious condo. I could not draw out a more perfect scenario or layout. You are right above the action on a huge balcony and can see everything. As you sit on the balcony you can either watch skiers or talk to friends just below you at the fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with more than you will need. The table is great for meals and games. Kelly is the ideal representative. She is awesome to work with and responds within seconds for any inquiry. We had zero problems, but I am sure she would have handled them immediately. I am not eloquent enough to put the words to this review. We will plan on staying in this same condo on our next ski trip.

The Condo was perfectly located at the base of granby ranch ski resort. The Condo was large and comfortable, clean, and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The living room was comfortable and large enough to get the group in the same room playing games and cooking dinner. The host was also great.

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. The place is plenty spacious, a bathroom for every bedroom is SO nice! Kitchen has ample cooking supplies and all worked well.
It could not be more ski-in, ski-out. Sometimes we would just ski 3 runs and then come in for a break because it was so easy to!
We really loved having a garage to park our car - no fussing with being snowed in or cold cars.
There are plenty of luggage racks and carts for hauling your things to the condo and an elevator to get you there.
Ski locker room is super handy!
City Market is a great grocery store just 5 min down the mountain. If you want to walk to eat from your condo, there’s really only one option - Bluebird Bistro. All
Other dining out must be done by driving somewhere.
Kelly, the hostess is SUPER prompt to respond to all my questions/concerns and the guide she gave was very helpful! All-in-all, we loved it!

This was a great place to stay with our family! They had incredible amounts of food and such there - lots of guests leave things for the next person and it was nice to have spices, oils, condiments, etc...Only downside is that the property is now charging guests $10 a person per day to use the pool/hot tub/gym. That adds an excruciating expense for a family of four - makes other places much much cheaper. So - just note that new cost with the new owners of the entire property.

Great property owner goes out of her way to accommodate you. Unit is roomy and well equipped in convenient location. Two minor items - need brighter light bulbs in lamps by chairs and some wash cloths and towels need replacing.
