Situated between IslaMorada an Marathon Key in the famous Florida Keys. 2 spacious bedrooms – 2 full baths and a loft that provides additional sleeping space if needed. A fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, a wrap around terrace and a private outdoor shower add to the comfort and charm. Get ready to relax and enjoy the sunset views and tropical breezes while savoring your complimentary bottle of champagne from the top or bottom deck. Whether you prefer inshore or offshore fishing and diving you are only a 5 minute boat ride away from the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico . No need to pay extra to keep your boat in the water . Property has a 60ft. dock with a permanent 33ft. boat so any boat 25ft. or under can be accommodated. Bring your boat or rent one for the perfect tropical experience.
