We are Abilene's original and adored Eleven09. Guests call us the gold standard in vacation rentals and we would love to show you why!! The entire Eleven09 property can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The main house is all on the ground floor and sleeps up to 8 in a comfortable master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath featuring a large walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom both of which share a full hall bathroom. Upstairs, over the detached 2 car garage, you will find a self-contained king bed suite with lovely, equipped kitchenette and full bath with stand-up shower. Two more guests can be accommodated back in the main house on the living room queen size sofa bed with uber-comfortable memory foam topper. Eleven09 also has a fully equipped kitchen in the main house, a dining room with seating for 6 plus an extra table available for seating an additional 6 guests, a washer/dryer, crisp, clean bed linens, plush towels and robes, WIFI, and Smart TVs with live local and cable channels in all bedrooms, living room and back patio. Our back garden is a highlight of the property. It is everyone's favorite spot to relax with family and friends. It's so lovely that it has even been host to a small wedding and frequently guests use it to entertain their friends for a wedding shower, baby shower, ladies' luncheon or family college graduation celebration.
