About this apartment rental
We have the perfect beach condo for you! We just finished remodeling and think you’ll love what we did.
This beautiful 1st floor side unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Walk out the back porch & take the path right to the pool and beach!
Our on-going goal is to provide the best in comfort and beauty for you to enjoy. The positive feedback we receive means we are successful at our goal of turning you into our family.
Inside this condo, you will find new furniture and furnishings, new tile through-out, quarts counter tops, new stainless appliances, full-size washer and dryer, LED TVs and wireless internet.
In the master bath there is a jetted garden tub, separate stand up shower, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. Master bedroom walks out onto the balcony. Oversized second bedroom offers two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has bunk beds (full size with twin) with a TV perfect for young adults.
When you get ready to head to the beach, we have included daily beach service: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella! (March-October)
Amenities at Azure include two large pools with one being heated at all times, two spacious hot tubs, and a splash pad area for kids. Guest can also enjoy a fully equipped workout room located on the same floor as our condo.
Azure is a secure property with covered garage parking and over 500 feet of beach along the Gulf.

This is a great place for a family vacation on the beach. The condo has lots of space and all updated furniture and appliances. It’s right on the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and a seafood market.

Very nice property. One downfall for us was the parking. Too many steps with no elevator from the lower floor. Our unit was very pretty and nicely furnished. There was a very loud noise in the walls of the Master Bedroom/bathroom from the toilets flushing on the floor above us. Loud enough to wake us up.
The pool area and the beach were very nice and clean. Clean pool area bathrooms as well. Over all we had a great time!

We just spent a week at this property and absolutely loved it! The condo is very clean, cozy, and made us all feel right at home. The condo was in a great location to where we felt close to the pool and beach access, but also far enough away that it was private enough to enjoy the outdoor table area. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

Our stay was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and it’s completely updated. You don’t get the “ocean view” from this unit but all it takes is a very short walk up the sidewalk. Very convenient being on the first floor especially if you have little kids. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfy and the patio is an added bonus. By the pics online I thought the condo was right off the pool on the front side of building. It is actually located toward the back on the side. The walk to the beach is still not bad. The condo is fully stocked for cooking. We did all the things. Beach, crab island, deep sea fishing, cooked, played games, The Shack is an excellent restaurant. Would definitely stay here again! The host were great. Easy to find. When you pull into the parking garage turn left and go down to park closest to the condo.

Smaller than expected
The location, building and rooms were nice, but rooms were smaller than impression from online photos. Biggest gripe had to do with extremely loud building plumbing pipes which came down inside the wall between master bedroom & bath. Every sink, shower or toilet in the building when used woke us up starting at 4 AM. Not joking & not happy with room 121.

This was our family’s second time staying at this property. We love everything about this unit. Everything is always very clean and well stocked for our stay. These owners make sure that everything you need you can most likely find it in the unit. This property is a 10 for sure.

Perfect location + perfect host = perfect vacation
Property was exceptionally well suited in location to the pool, the beach, local restaurants, and Allen the amenities you could ask. Jason was a very accessible host and was very accommodating. Thank he property itself was very well maintained and felt very much like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a place where you have all you can want in a vacation and still feels like being at home.

We had a “Framily” vacation for 5 days (4 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids) and this condo was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean and spacious. The owners are super helpful and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience! Highly Recommend!!

Perfectly located
This property was clean, spacious and well decorated. The beds were all super comfy, tons of bath towels. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. Going home with all clean laundry was great. The patio was very large and amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. The location of the room was great because there is no foot traffic so very quiet. Close to the parking garage so packing up was a cinch. The pantry was stocked with a lot of extras. I was surprised at some of the previous reviews being negative because there was nothing to complain about at all. I will definitely come back to this unit in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. So much space for our small family and amazing beds. We had so much fun at the beautiful beach and amazing town that we decided to stay longer. The property manager was great and made it possible for us to stay another night. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Great place to stay. Convenient access to pools/beach, and very nice, updated unit with plenty of room! Only downfall was parking as we had a tall vehicle, so couldn't fit on lower or upper level of parking garage.

Disappointed and would not stay here again!
While the property owner was accommodating, his accommodations did not make up for the fact that this property is very tired and dirty. The pictures are not representative of its current condition. The living room couch is worn, sagging, and uncomfortable, the dining room chairs in the picture have been replaced with uncomfortable metal chairs, and the trim and doors are in need of painting. While the owner indicated that new furniture was being ordered, it was too late to make our stay comfortable.
In addition, the kitchen, appliances, TV's, and floors throughout the condo were not cleaned appropriately between renters. The cleaning service had to be called back a second time and, afterwards, the floors were still filthy and food was found under the beds and behind the couch. The condo is also in need of a deep cleaning throughout (as was also indicated by a previous renter). Doors, interior and exterior kitchen and bathroom cabinets, moldings, and lights were covered in grime and dust. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning just so my family could get through the week in the condo. Overall, we were very disappointed with the accommodations and would not stay here again.

We have filed disputes with VRBO and our credit card company. I have all of the messages to prove all of this, too. Sad ending to a beautiful beach.

The location is the best!
The location of this property is the best! We went on a boat excursion to crab Island and a trampoline park in the water. We played putt putt, go carts, and arcade. We took a walk to the boardwalk and had lunch at the taco place which was really good. Publix grocery store couldn't be any closer. The ocean and sand couldn't be any more beautiful! The parking garage is great and much needed. I have a few complaints. The property is about the 4th one on the side of the building. It does make it easy access with kids and hauling all our gear, but misleading from the pictures. The fridge likes to talk to us every so often, and this place needs a swiffer! Other than that, the pools are sparkling clean. The beach is beautiful, and the condo was a 4 star

Perfect Location!
We traveled for a softball tournament, the condo was perfect for our trip. It was so convenient to be able to go to the beach for a few hours here and there between games. The chairs and umbrella set up made it really nice. Our only issue was the sand..which I know you can’t get away from with the location. The ease of walking out the patio to the beach was awesome.

Experience renting was great. Location was great. Did not like patio overlooking parking lot to public beach access. The unit is not as fresh/new as pictures. A lot of the chair legs were wobbly on dining room tables, bed pillows lumpy and overall unit was not detail clean to my comfort level. The noise from upper units (bath water, toilet flushing, suitcases rolling) was loud through the night.
The beach access was easy, being able to also walk across the street to eat was convenient and nice. The kids had a great time. It was a 3 star overall rating. Could use freshen up and deep cleaning.

This unit was perfect for our family! We loved the location and the easy access to both the pool and beach. It has all of the essentials in the kitchen and we loved the umbrella service included at the beach. We will most definitely return!

Wonderful, peaceful
We returned to this building after loving it last year. This unit is on the side, which we liked better. The quiet, privacy, and large patio area were more important to us than the view. (And we prefer the first floor where you can’t really see the ocean anyway.) At least in the winter, the building is full of friendly and gracious people. We thought they might not like having our kids around, but we made many new friends who were quick to visit with our whole family and were encouraging.
This unit was spotless and equipped with everything we needed.

The unit was super clean and all the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. We had plenty of room to celebrate my father-in -laws 99th birthday. Again, we were impressed with this condo .

Short getaway weekend
The condo was very nice and clean and looked exactly as it appeared online. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We were a group of four people and we had plenty of room. The pools are incredible and look out over the beach. The beach access is perfect and just a short walk down the sidewalk.
Our only complaint is the parking lot next door. This appeared to be a public beach access area. Our balcony looked right at the parking lot so we could see and hear the people coming and going to the beach. This wasn’t an issue during the day but in the evenings the people coming and going appeared to be a little bit shadier crowd. They were loud at times and would gather in the public space almost as if it was their hangout/camp out spot.

First time to Destin
We stayed at Azure for our first trip to Destin. Jason was always prompt to reply to my questions. The unit was perfect and had everything that we needed away from home (just the dryer was a little slow in drying) Loved the ground floor, not a view of the ocean but you could sit and watch the public access parking lot which was always interesting if you like to people watch. We will defiently stay here again the next time we are in Destin-
