Tucked into the beautiful great smoky mountains, this 2 bedroom 2 bath luxurious yet rustic cabin features a romantic master suite with jacuzzi tub, seperate guest suite with queen over queen bunk beds and loft game area with pool table. Enjoy the outdoors year round in your private gazebo hot tub. Cabin includes free wireless internet, xbox with guitar controller, 3 TV's, 3 DVD players and luxury furniture through out. It was a wonderful experience for us and its very near to Gatlinburg. We captured lot of good memories, and my kids enjoyed the Hot tub and Billiards table upstairs. Property management company was in touch right from the beginning and addressed the issue we had very promptly.

This was one of the best experiences my Husband and I had and we're glad it was with Elk Springs. This was our first time using this company and the communication was great and helpful in answering questions and concerns. The lock on the door was a task to conquer but we got it (smile).The location was less than 5-7 minutes from ("downtown") entertainment and restaurants. If you're looking for a mountain veiw while sitting on the porch this cabin doesn't offer that view but the location everything else about the cabin made it a great stay. We'll be back next year!!

Called maintenance four times in a weeks stay. Maintenance personnel was not friendly and had no personality. We were under the understanding the cabin had a Mountain View and was secluded and it was neither..

Overall our cabin was very comfortable and totally suited our needs. The sofa bed was not really usable as springs were coming through but otherwise the cabin was nice. It could use a good spring cleaning though as the blinds and some corners were quite dirty but for the amount of time we were actually in the cabin it totally suited our needs! We will be back!

This cabin was far from clean. It served the purpose of a quiet get away. The inside of the refrigerator had a spill in it, so it was dirty. Front of kitchen cabinets were dirty. The spa tub jets were so full of visible mold that it was not useable. The dust on the furniture and some of the doors and baseboards was heavy. Top of lamps were so dusty. I hate to stay somewhere that’s not as clean or cleaner than my home.

The check in process was slightly difficult due to not have door code prior to arrival or being notified that you would need cell service or internet to access link for door code. Had to leave property and get service. I would recommend notifying guest to access code prior to arrival on site.The cabin was not that clean. I saw dust on out of normal trafficked areas such as wood etc. the tub in the master bedroom had red algae stains around jets. I did not want to get into it. Also around the exterior of the cabin, general trash was present. I saw a granola bar wrapper present in grass by parking area and plastic water bottle off back deck area. I could also see trash in woods around the exterior of the cabin. I would recommend cleaning trash out of area around cabin. I also noticed this around other cabins which could be viewed from my cabin exterior. At this price point, I would recommend improving these features and consider updating the property furnishings. We stayed in this cabin in 2008 and everything(bed, tub, etc) was all the same and starting to be in need of replacing.

Overall it was a very nice cabin and was very quiet. Did not like the musty smell from the hot tub cover. Also a carpet needs to be put down under the pool table due to pool balls falling out of the pockets. When staying for a week, more towels should be available as well as more “starter” materials ie. toilet paper and paper towels. Also, there was a lot of dust (especially under the beds and shelf in upstairs bedrooms) and light bulbs burned out. The bunk beds were also unstable with a huge crack in the middle. The pillows also need to be replaced. They were disgusting...yellow sweat stains and drool stains from previous boarders. They are well beyond flat and uncomfortable.

Great place to stay! The only reasons for not getting a 5 star was that there were no pots to cook with and the gas grill doesn't work properly. It only has a small yellow flame that heats the front of the grill. I'm sure the element inside can be replaced and it function to cook normally. Everything else was on point.

My stay was very pleasant my favorite was the heart hot tub it was everything I expected if I can change anything I would put curtains in the living room or blinds only because I am not use to not having blinds in a open space and have the trash pick up more often because even when you give it up it still atrack the animals because after 2 or 3 days all trash will smell other that it still was nice me and my family enjoyed ourselves the view was amazing Dan was awsome to work with 5 stars Elks Springs

My family & I were visiting the area & really wanted the cabin in the woods experience. Our cabin did not disappoint. It was easy to find & nestled in the woods. The rocking chairs & hot tub on the back porch made relaxing easy. The pool table was a hit for the kids. The beds were comfy & Cody as well.

I was one of several related families renting Elk Springs cabins, so I visited several cabins. Each was unique with a common rustic flair. Each lot was rather narrow and parking was a little congested - with most cabins offering only a small asphault apron to park on.

All in all it was a good visit. Wasn't too thrilled about hearing the lawn maintenance service for half a day and a building repair man as well...but the property was fantastic!! I would rent again but knowing in advance to avoid the lawn people. 😜

Check in was easy. management was responsive to some minor issues with sink leaking and microwave malfunctioning and they answered our texts immediately- all these minor things were fixed lickety split! Loved having a washer-dryer in unit for our hiking clothes and hot tub and fireplace were perfect for the below expected temps!

The cabin was perfect for a long, relaxing weekend! Easily accommodated 4 people with plenty of space. It was clean and easy to find. We had a little trouble with the internet and it was resolved in no time. Ten minutes to Pigeon Forge on backroads and ten minutes to Gatlinburg. I would definitely recommend this cabin and plan on a return visit!

The location of the rental was fantastic! It was easy to locate. We had three cars so parking was tricky, but once we figured it out, it was no problem! The cabin was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub! The only issue we had was the neighbors, however, when we called the office, the problem was resolved! I would highly recommend this cabin to my friends and family!

This cabin was booked for our honeymoon and the main reason was the jacuzzi bathtub. The jets had black mold in them and it was clearly visible. Complained several times housekeeping came in and the black mold was still there. We gave up on using the tub all together due to the health risk of black mold. The washer and dryer in this until had issues ( wouldn’t shut off and the dryer did not spin) and maintenance had to order parts so a portion of the honeymoon was spent at the local laundry mat. Dust a mile thick on the curtains. We would not stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed the cabin and it had good privacy from others. Cabin didn't have a can opener (I don't expect them to have everything, but it seems like a basic item) and asking mgmt for one proved annoying. Finally got one, but it wouldn't cut worth a darn.

Overall, we loved this cabin! The cabins were spaced far enough for privacy and I am sure it would look beautiful in the fall. It was perfect for just us two, but would have ample room had our two children gone with us and we loved that it wasn't far from all the fun that Gatlinburg has to offer, but far enough that it wasn't a busy area and was a quiet place to relax if needed. A couple of things: the master bathroom shower is small and the shower curtain didn't stay put, so the whole time you are trying to push it back out of your way during your shower and had mildew on the bottom. The drape above the bed either needs to be cleaned more regularly, or just taken down. It was very dusty! Our bed skirt was ripped and as I pulled the covers out, a penny was on the floor. I would also suggest a small table on the other side of the bed; a place to charge your phone, etc. I still feel overall that the room was clean, but a few oversights. I would also suggest bringing your own kleenex, they do not provide any and trying to use the toilet paper didn't work well. I would still absolutely suggest Elk Springs to anyone, those few things would never deter me from going back!

We loved our stay at Tucked Inn. The bedrooms were fantastic for giving our family space (the bunk beds were awesome for our girls to have their own space). We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and grilling our dinners while overlooking the woods. The resort was peaceful and we did request maintenance for a small issue and the response was so fast and our issue resolved in less than 3 hours (while we were out enjoying the mountains.) thanks for an amazing stay, Elk Springs! We highly recommend and will be back.
