This was an amazing condo with plenty of room and we had a blast. View of the pool and the beach and just a stroll away from FloraBama, Waffle House, Restaurants, and gas/liquor store.

The pier going from the condo to the beach had a mail sticking out of it. Unfortunately this mail went through my foot and I ended up in urgent care. Luxury coastal was called Friday to let them know of the mail and the issue. They hazard was still not taken care of this morning when we left. I have pictures if needed.

Great location in Perdido Key. Perfect for 2 families. Upstairs loft is great for teenagers so they have their own hangout space and bedroom. Large shaded patio with high rocking chairs for great beach views. Loved our stay!

Overall experience was good the place is beautiful.1st day upstairs bedroom had no air conditioner & maintenance was able to repair the next day. Our last day at this condo the microwave quit working & maintenance was unable to repair.

Loved the property. There was supposed to be construction going on next door, so they offered a discount. We decided to take the discount and chance it. The weather wasn't great, so they didn't end up having construction. Other than the weather, we were able to really enjoy our trip. I tried to message the property manager a couple of times and never heard back. But I ended up calling Luxury Coastal, and they were friendly and answered all of my questions.

Friends/us finals beach trip
We travels to perdido keys for my daughter US finals cheer competition in Pensacola.
The property was about 35 mins from the Pensacola Bay center, so it wasn’t a hard drive there.
The property is beach front and we loved that! The house had a ton of space and had everything we needed for the beach. It also had an outdoor closet with beach toys/chairs.
It had a pool/fitness center, it’s advertised with a hot tub but that’s actually across the street and wasn’t working when we went…which was disappointing because we actually tried to go to hot tub one day when it was a little windy outside. Beside that’s everything was great with condo/location. I would stay here again for sure!

With regard to the complex, I hope they will consider recycling. There was no where to place recycled items.

July at the Beach
The condo had been recently renovated and was airy and open. The only drawback was the stairs for the elderly members of our group - no elevator. Both Keurig and regular coffee pots was a nice touch. Short walk to the beach. Being able to keep beach items in the bin on the beach was a plus. Can't stay there again because of the stairs but enjoyed the condo.

Family of 7 st Shipwatch c301
The location of the property is great! The beach is easily accessible by boardwalks and the pool is right down the stairs. Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler had plenty of space. The condo was very clean! Some updates could be made such as improved patio furniture that doesn't hold water after a rain and is high enough to see over the railing.
This definitely obstructs the view which is part of the reason for a beachfront property.. The kitchen was very well stocked for our group of 7, though no hot pads to take dishes out of the oven. Be aware that, as stated, there is no elevator. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything went smoothly considering all of the changes everyone has had to endure this year with Covid. We had a very nice vacation.

Would definitely stay here again
This was the perfect location with a bunch of kids that just wanted to play on the beach and swim in the ocean and pool. Could see the ocean from my bed, loved it. Check in and out was a breeze.

Has a wonderful time. Lots of room. Only suggestion would be to invest in some high top chairs and a table for the porch. The thick railing obstructed the view of the beach.

We love Shipwatch
We have loved staying at Shipwatch over the last 12 years. The property is starting to show its age. This unit is right on the beach and unit overlooks the pool so location is wonderfully. Unit is on 3rd floor with no elevator and master bedroom shower has very high sides (I am 5’2 and had a hard time getting in and out) so please be aware of these if you have anyone in your party with any physical limitations. Teenagers with us loved the 2nd floor loft area!

Nice condo but some updates needed
We loved the size of the condo. With COVID 19, the management company sent several updates before our arrival to ensure us of the cleanliness and precautions they were taking due to the virus. However the condo was not as clean as I expected. There was dead toaches in one of the bedrooms, furniture that needed dusting, dust on the tile floor in the living room. I pulled the nightstand out a little to plug in my phone charger and found the bottom of a woman's bathing suit. In the loft area lounge, the ceiling fan didn't work at all. In the loft bedroom, the ceiling fan only ran at low speed. This caused this area to be hit. I called and a serviceman was sent out that afternoon. The next morning two men came out and replaced the loft fan which was great. The switch was replaced in the loft bedroom but, the fan still only ran at low speed. We loved the size of the condo, proximity to the beach, enjoyed having our boats at the marina, but there were some issues.

Amazing beach vacation
This is a beautiful property with direct beach access and views. My family enjoyed having the loft as a separate living area, great for the older kids to get away. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect for visiting both Pensacola and Orange Beach. We will consider this property for our next vacation.

Best of Everything
We have stayed in the Gulf area several times and this property is by far my favorite. It feels like a house, plenty of room and the vaulted ceilings add to the open feel. The view is of course amazing, ocean/beach views from the balcony. This unit also looks over the pool to one side, which was perfect for us to keep an eye on the older kids. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen gadgets. Bathrooms were stocked well with towels. If I had to offer advice for any room for improvement it would be to have higher deck furniture, as the railing blocked the view of sitting. Such a small thing and easy to upgrade. We will stay in this unit again without a doubt.

Great Family Getaway.
We had a very enjoyable, relaxing and fun time in this condo and on this beach with our family! The condo is nice, clean, comfortable and was spacious enough for 12 of us! The only suggestion I can make is possibly offering a couple beach chairs, a pail or beach toys would also be nice. We traveled over 9 hours away and purchased these items for use of 4 days and never to be used again. A bit of a hassle dragging them back home. The last condo we stayed at provided these items, so I don’t think it is uncommon and it’s very low cost for you all. I think you’re guest would feel that you’ve gone the extra step for them!
The location was great and the beach pretty private and not jammed packed with hundreds from larger condos. I would recommend this condo to others and possibly return (if I decide to head back to Florida). Thank you!

Great vacay house and beach front spot
Our family had an amazing time and the beach home was perfect for us! We had 5 girls between ages 9-16 and they loved the loft area and upstairs room. It was perfect fit! The pool was very clean and right below our house which was on 3rd floor. The ocean view was fantastic and the boardwalk to the beach was sooo helpful as we had some in our group that needed a little help getting to the beach. :)
The only item we would like to recommend is to invest in a high top table and chairs for the balcony area. It was hard to see through the railing if you sat in the beach loungers. How we don’t get rid of those they were nice to stretch out on too. :)
This place was a slice of heaven and can’t wait to return! If I could I would have stayed two weeks or more!

Beautiful place
We enjoyed our stay at ship wreck. The condo was spacious, the view was beautifulthere were just a few minor reason I couldn't give all 5 stars. Master bedroom- light switch wasn't working properly. It was difficult to turn light off. The master bathroom faucet in shower didnt work well. It was hard to adjust water it was stripped out. The upstairs bathroom toilet lid was just sitting on top of the toliet
We were disappointed that the pool was not heated. There wasn't water tolerable for even the kids to swim. Also disappointed that the fitness center, sauna and hot tub were across a very busy road. We didnt utilize those amenities because we had 6 kids to try and cross the main road.
We also appreciated the toliet paper. Paper towels, soap and 2 trash bags that were left for us to use but didnt feel with the amount we paid to rent the condo we should have been responsible for replacing those items, even though we left 4 rolls of toliet paper and 2 rolls of paper towel and a large bottle of dish soap. Other than those few minor things, The pool not being heated the biggest issue we e enjoyed our stay. Just be prepared for no swimming if the temps are in mid 70's and seop to 50's at night the pool was freezing. And bring extra items to replace those used as mentioned above.
We would definately return if pool is heated.

Beautiful stay to watch Bama wear out LSU
The condo is beautiful and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. Only problem was upstairs shower, we couldn’t get it regulated. Also there were no garbage bags.

Very clean, well stocked, great location, beautiful beach
This is an older facility but in very good condition and very well stocked right down to the ice maker in the kitchen which was a welcomed surprise. Also, the linens and towels provided were in excellent condition. The beach area was ideal. There is only one pool (unless you want to cross the road to the building on lagoon side) but it was only crowded one afternoon. The parking is a problem if you have more than 2 cars. There are only four units with 4 bedrooms. These units should be given 3 parking spaces. We were able to get a third pass but told that during busy season this may not be possible and we could not get the third pass until Monday because on site office is closed on weekends. Our third vehicle was ticketed Saturday night but I called the security company and they advised what to do until Monday. There was no elevator but we managed. I would have preferred having a 4th bathroom but we managed with 3. There is a skylight in the loft bedroom which is nice for bringing in sunlight during the day but it needs to have a shade over it so that those sleeping in the room are not awakened at 6:00 am when the sun comes up. Overall we had a great week and I would go back. It was a great unit for size, location and price and we loved the area and especially the beach. The sand is beautiful and does not absorb heat from the sun so is ok to walk on and the water is clear and clean, much better than beaches on the Atlantic.

Once again, only giving two parking passes is not acceptable for a 4 bed unit.
The property was nicely furnished and supplied! Pool And beach access are good.
We couldn’t get into workout facility because the Key didn’t work.
