About this house rental
Spend your next trip with friends and family in this almost 4000 square foot home. Some of the details of this beautiful home include: 1/2 acre lot, newly built, salt pool and spa inside of screen enclosure, lake side property, large stand alone soaking tub in master, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The extra long driveway has tons of space to park your vehicles**Maximum amount of cars parked at the home is 6**. 25-30 minute drive to USSSA Sports Complex, 1 hour drive to Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 drive to Disney parks and 20 minute drive to several beaches. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are within an hours drive. Business travelers are welcome for long term stay as well!
Although I want you to enjoy your stay to the utmost level, you must also be respectful of this peacefully quiet community. This is not a party house, so excessively loud outdoor noises, guests parking down the street, large events or unapproved gatherings/parties will not be tolerated and may result in your stay being cancelled without a refund. If you'd like to fish(catch and release) in the lake, you must do so only on my property directly behind the home. There are no motorized water activities allowed on the lake in this community. Please use caution when around or in the lake and do not let small children or pets venture near the edge of the lake.
Please use extreme caution when using the pool. Children should be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and hot tub.

We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68
and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked.

I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. There was plenty of room for me and my family and everything is just as it's shown on the pictures. I will definitely recommend and look to book again myself!

This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)

Friday while using the outside patio around a green pool Painters arrived asking if we could go inside for them to paint the poolside section of the house. We asked the owner if they could come on Monday as we were leaving a day early due to such poor accommodations and they insisted we allow the painters access. Pool lights are controlled by the owner and they are aware they do not work properly. So many issues with how we were treated. Suggestion by owner was that we cancel and book elsewhere. Ages 18 to 85, arriving from 4 states via car and plane and that was the solution offered. We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

We were a group of 9 girls celebrating our best friends' bachelorette party. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pantry items. One thing to note, the house doesn't have cable. The TV's are all set up for Netflix, Disney+, etc, but you need to have your own login. Otherwise, everything either met, or exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Cindy!

We had an excellent time. The only negative for us would probably be that the fishing was catch and release. The kitchen was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet. I would suggest adding shower mats to the tubs and showers as we found them to be a bit slippery. Also the fee for the hot tub is not clearly explained in the writeup. Gorgeous home and the huge grill was a plus.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home is very pretty and extremely comfortable. We had a group of ladies stay for 2 nights from our church. It was a fun and restful time. I would highly recommend this home.

Relaxing
This house had enough space for four families to share and we all had our own privacy. It is not only a beautiful, well maintained home, but the surroundings are very relaxing. We had four cranes that would come visit us every evening. This was the perfect house for our group of 14.

Great Location
We were a large group of 15 people, ranging in all ages from pre-teen to 80 something. The house was comfortable enough for all of us and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. The house is located in a beautifully kept, quiet neighborhood. The house is well kept and sufficiently stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen accessories, etc. Having access to the lake for fishing or to just chill was great. The pool area was clean and provided a variety of pool accessories that we were able to use. The kids thoroughly enjoyed that! The BBQ was a nice size for grilling almost all of our food at one time! A major PLUS!
Our family travels like this all the time and by far the greatest asset this house has is Cindy! Cindy was beyond phenomenal! She is the best we have ever dealt with. She is excellent with responding to questions, comments, or concerns in a timely manner. She really knows how to cater to her clientele.
Our family really enjoyed ourselves and will someday return. We will most definitely recommend this location to others.
