About this house rental

Welcome to Moongate! This fall the house will be completely painted and all new flooring and window treatments installed! (Completed November 2021) Our home is updated and located on the 4th green of the golf course. Please come and enjoy our 2 bedroom, plus a sunroom with a queen bed, 2 bath home at the Lake of the Ozarks on the grounds of Margaritaville Tan Tar A Resort/Estates. The house sleeps 10. Golf, swimming pools (one is just a very short walk away), tennis, indoor water park, restaurants, just to name a few of the family things to do at Tan Tara A! Plus the new Land Shark bar has a swim up bar and a children's pool!

Our home is located on the 4th hole green of the golf course. Load up your cart and come and enjoy some great golfing or enjoy what the lake and the resort has to offer!

We take pride in having a clean home for families to enjoy! Furnished with all the linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Just load up the family and enjoy! Home has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath overlooking the golf course. The sunroom also has a queen bed with a/c and heat.

This is not a party home, so if that is what you are seeking please move on.

We stayed here with the family and our small dogs. The place was clean, hard wood floors, had some of those small things you might have forgotten, ac worked well, laundry, and close to the lake. Thanks!

The owners of this house were friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable for my family member who has physical disabilities. Only a few stairs to enter, the house is on one level and a walk -in shower. We enjoyed having the hot tub on the back deck. This is a very quiet place to sit on the back deck and have coffee. There is plenty to do on the estates and near by area. WE were able to enjoy the pool which was in walking distance or a short drive.

This house was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the relaxing back patio and the cozy vibe that this house brought. Marty was nothing but nice and easy to communicate with! Would definitely recommend staying here!

10/10 absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed. Very clean, and fully stocked. Perfect location, close to town, loved having access to Margaritaville resort and the Landshark. Will definitely book this property again for future visits.

Our stay was great! The property was clean and had everything we needed. One of the double bedrooms was a little stuffy with 4 people - next time we’ll bring a small fan and I think it would be perfect in there.

We had a group of 4 ladies that stayed 5 nights. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location. There was an issue with the hot tub on the 1st day that Marty worked very hard to fix as soon as possible. He was wonderful to work with. I hope to stay again in the future.

This location is in a perfect spot. You are close to many different great spots at the Lake. It is in a nice and quiet location that is perfect for relaxing on vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. Everything was right where you expected. The owner even noticed that there was only coffee for one pot when we arrived and left some at the front door the next morning! There was plenty of space for all of us and even the teens didn't feel like we were crowded together. I would highly recommend!!

Disappointed in the hot tub. Had communication with manager prior to our stay. I asked about the hot tub and was told there was a new hot tub that was going to be installed well before our stay. The purpose of choosing this property was primarily due to the fact there was a hot tub. The hot tub was worn, the interior was flaking off, the controls were illegible, and the temperature would not pass 98 degrees. The towels at the property were very thin. The beds in the two bedrooms were standard or full size as opposed to queens as the property write-up states. There was one hanger available. Very affordable. The property was comfortable; other than bed size. There was a queen bed on the sunroom as mentioned. Very well stocked with utensils and dishes, laundry and dish soaps. Not a bad stay for the money. You get what you pay for.

Rented for a work trip that family joined at the end of the week. Great location for easy access to lake activities. Hot tub was a great amenity for relaxing. Will def. check this out again when back in the area.

Great home, in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course. Very close to area lakefront restaurants. Loved the hot tub! Marty was an excellent host and quick to reply to questions. Look forward to our next stay!

The home was clean and very comfortable. We were down for a conference. The parking right out front was perfect. We were so busy we didn't get to try the hot tub but we hope to next year. We plan to book for next years event. The owners were great to work with and wanted to make everything was perfect and it was!

We really appreciated Marty's communication and attentiveness to our needs and questions throughout our stay, he even stopped by to bring us an extra propane tank! The house was very clean, the hot tub was great, and they had everything well stocked. We enjoyed being able to use the pool on the Estates and we were in close proximity to plenty of shopping, water activities, and grocery stores.
