Casa Blanca is uniquely positioned at the opening of our beach trail allowing for white water views, and easy beach and trail access. Itâs not uncommon to see dolphins swimming by from your deck. We are located in a tranquil neighborhood just north of the pier, where youâll easily blend in with the locals, and are close enough to walk to the heart of downtown in 15 minutes. San Clemente is also uniquely positioned exactly between San Diego and Los Angeles, and each is approximately a one hourâs drive from here. And of course, Disneyland is 30 minutes up the road. Visit these locales for the day, then come home to the beach!
The free flowing, indoor-outdoor design is spacious and bright. View your flat screen TVs while lounging in the family room, or from your king-sized bed with the Westin Hotelâs âHeavenly Pillowâ mattress. Custom closets offer plenty of storage, plus there are 2 ceiling fans and a real, gas fireplace.
The custom kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and various spices, and includes a dishwasher and restaurant-grade Bertazzoni range. The bath is Jack & Jill style, allowing access from both the bedroom and family room. And, there are two bath sinks, perfect for multiple guests.
THE BEACH
Directly in front is Mariposa Point Beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, body boarding and fishing. The wave breaks over a small reef in front, and is typically best for surfing at a medium tide rising high. There are many other surf breaks within a very short walking distance, including T-Street Beach. World-class surfing at Trestles and San-O is just a 10-minute drive south. At low tide, the reef in front reveals starfish, sea anemones, sea urchins, muscles, snails, etc.

We fell in love with the photos and description and then the actual place exceeded our expectations in every way. Ocean view and beach access was awesome, and we loved that it was just the tiniest bit past the crowded part of the beach. Pristine interior with an incredibly comfortable large bed. The owner made everything so easy to check in and we felt like we'd found a home away from home the moment we arrived. It was a bit sad to leave, actually! Definitely the best place we've ever stayed on our visits to San Clemente and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!!!

Love this Rental! Perfect location, we walked the beach every day and enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. Loved hearing the ocean. Very clean. We loved the coastal modern decor. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a washer and dryer on a beach trip. Great to have a single car garage to park, for a compact car. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is immaculate and tastefully decorated (the pictures donât even do it justice), and was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony, walking the beach trail every morning, and trying some of the amazing restaurants that were all within walking distance. We really didnât even need a car. We had a truck that would not fit in the garage but never had any problem finding street parking close by. The condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, so it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We hope to return soon!

The place is in a residential neighbourhood in a house with other apartments. From the balcony you can see the ocean, and it's a two minute walk down to the shore. Once you walk to the pier and into town, it begins to feel like home. A really great spot to have a peaceful getaway.

This was such a glorious place to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary. So comfortable, beautiful and with the most wonderful outdoor space. Also loved the beautiful, cozy fireplace on the cool evenings. Directly across the street from beach access. Restaurants within walking distance at the San Clemente pier. Great coffee shop and crepe shop there!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here when we flew in for a San Clemente wedding. This condo was lovely - very cleverly & tastefully decorated & on a quiet street with quiet neighbors all around. Other than for driving to the wedding venue and grabbing a few groceries, we didnât really need our rental car as plenty of restaurants, shops and 2 pharmacies are within walking distance. Absolutely want to stay here again! :)
