Très bien

L'hôte prête une attention très particulière aux moindre détails. Dès que je suis arrivée, mon nom était déjà noté sur la porte de la chambre qui m'était attribué, en signe de bienvenues. L'hôte m'a fait une visite des lieux dès mon arrivée et m'a offert un cocktail de bienvenue. Les lieux sont bien entretenus, propres, bien décoré et chaleureux. Ma chambre ressemblait exactement aux photos que j'avais vu. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Si tu n'es pas en voiture et que tu veux juste faire une petite promenade à pied dans le quartier, il n'y a rien à faire. Le logement est entouré par d'autres maisons et l'autoroute. En Martinique, il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour se déplacer.

Sur une échelle de 0 à 10 : je mets au moins 12 !

C'est effectivement un havre de paix que Fabrice, l'hôte, a installé près de Fort de France. C'est bien une chambre d'hôte, c'est à dire que Fabrice nous accueille dans son logement que nous partageons avec lui et éventuellement 2 autres hôtes. Les sanitaires et le reste des espaces autres que les chambres sont communs. Nous y avons passé 10 jours parfaits, en demi-pension ! Les petits-déjeuners sont bien complets (œuf, bacon, fromage, pains, beurre, confitures locales, yaourt fruits frais, jus et boisson chaude) Nous avons également opté pour les dîners chaque soir : quelle bonne idée ! Cependant, il est possible d'utiliser la cuisine pour préparer ses propres repas. Les repas sont pris sur la grande terrasse, près de la piscine, très agréable. Cela a été chaque fois un délicieux moment de convivialité, en compagnie de Fabrice qui a minutieusement préparé des repas complets différents chaque soir que nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à partager avec lui dès l'apéritif en dégustant de délicieux cocktail. Fabrice est bienveillant, prévenant, attentif aux souhaits et habitudes des clients avec une philosophie de vie qui inspire le calme, le confort et humour. Nous avons pu faire une lessive pendant notre séjour. Ce havre de paix est très bien situé pour visiter toute La Martinique. Le parking est au pied de la maison. La chambre très bien équipée : climatisation, moustiquaire, placard, literie confortable. Chaque soir, c'était un plaisir de rentrer pour échanger à Fabrice et les autres hôtes. Nous avons adoré !

Fabrice ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich gut um einen. Er macht fabelhaftes Essen und ist immer für einen Witz zu haben.

Der Bus aus der Nähe fährt manchmal. Es ist immer ein Glücksspiel. Man braucht am besten ein Auto

Convivialité en restant professionnel

C'était impressionnant de garder autant de convivialité avec tant de professionnalisme. On se sent chez soi, j'ai senti que j'étais attendue et tout était préparé pour me mettre a l'aise. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'hôte est sympa et hyper organisé . Le fait qu'il puisse venir chercher à l'aéroport et faire des navettes, ça facilite le séjour

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre confortable, propre, joliment décorée . Espace extérieur verdoyant avec piscine. Le dîner et petit déjeuner étaient très bons et conviviaux. Localisation proche du centre ville de Fort de France .

Genau richtig!

Mit unserem Mietauto haben wir unsere Unterkunft aufgrund der genauen Beschreibung des Vermieters Fabrice gut gefunden. Der Ausgangspunkt ist für das Bereisen der Insel ideal. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet. Das eine etwas größer. Das Bad wird mit dem zweiten Zimmer geteilt. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Auf der grossen Terrasse wo man obwohl stadtnah mitten im Regenwald wähnt, haben wir jeweils gegessen. Fabrice ist ein ausgezeichneter Koch und ein herzlicher, humorvoller Mensch. Wir fühlten uns schnell wie zuhause. Nach den Ausflügen, konnten wir jeweils auf der Terrasse duschen und im Swimmingpool baden. Danach gab's täglich einen wunderbaren Drink zum Apéro. Fabrice vermietet selber ein tolles Auto, das günstiger zu haben ist, als bei anderen Anbietern. Leider wussten wir das im voraus nicht. Fabrice brachte uns auch überall hin, wenn wir das Auto nicht nehmen wollten. Nach einem Tag in einer Unterkunft am Meer, sind wir wieder hierher zurückgekommen, weils einfach toll ist. Danke an Fabrice und seiner Freundin Britta

Cet établissement porte bien son nom. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons cette belle adresse tant pour la qualité de son logement que de sa table d'hôte. Un petit paradis où il fait bon séjourner.

Encore mieux que chez vos amis

Un accueil très chaleureux de Fabrice qui est venu nous prendre à l’aéroport avant de partager un bon repas en toute simplicité sur la terrasse. Nous avons ensuite passé une bonne nuit dans un lit douillet. Le lendemain matin, après un petit déjeuner plus que correct et le ventre plein, nous avons été conduits dans le centre ville afin de faire un peu de shopping. Je vous recommande sans réserve ce havre de paix.

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit.

Comfortable and peaceful haven with swimming pool and welcoming host

The best thing about this place is it's peaceful location with such a beautiful terrace with swimming pool surrounded by jungle. The next best was the super host who made us feel very welcome. The home was very tidy and had many features to make us comfortable.

This isn't a criticism of the place itself. Only that the city nearby Fort de France, wasn't very nice. Still, this home was a great starting off point to explore the island and the host made it a wonderful stay.

My stay was quite positive and I would stay with Fabrice again without hesitation.

Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, yet not far from Fort-de-France, this chambre d'hote was wonderful. The bedroom was quite comfortable, and I appreciated the air-conditioning on hot days. Fabrice is a good cook, so I asked him to cook several dinners for me. It was great to come back to a home-cooked meal after a busy day of exploring. I also appreciated having access to his swimming pool, and a large deck where I could practice yoga in the morning. I also enjoyed conversing with the other guests who shared breakfast and dinner with me. I spent a full week at Havre de paix and felt quite "chez moi" by the end.

I had a friend pick me up and drop me off at the gate at the top of the hill a few times. Walking up and down the steep hill was more exercise than I anticipated, especially after having a few planteurs! I suspect most guests will come and go by car, however, so this won't be a problem.

Exceptional

Our host was very kind and helpful by getting is from and to ferry terminal. We rented a car from him in very best condition, almost new! Location was very nice and cosy, nice room,clean and comfortable, A/C working perfectly. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and the best fresh baguettes.

Amazing place with nice host in the middle of the forest but still in the city

Fabrice is great host, making great breakfasts, fabulous dinners and delicious drinks. He will give you great advices where to go and what to visit and is willing to pick you up and drop at the airport for very fair price. His house in the middle of nature is just oasis of relax and chill. Was lucky to try both of the rooms he offers, both are spacious and clean with comfy bed and mosquito nets. The terrace and pool are amazing and you can watch birds and small lizards.

Missed a hairdryer a bit :). Steep driveway was a bit challenging for me. :)

Nice, quiet place in Fort de France

We felt very welcomed to Fabrice's Havre de Paix. Awesome location, far from the noise of the city, but very easily accessible by car. Fabrice is very kind and he cooks amazingly. Everything is clean and neat, there is a small pool where you can chill and enjoy apéro. I highly recommend it!

Fabrics was the host with the most, lovely, clean and tidy home, Fabrice was very welcoming and showed us around the guest house. The bed was super comfy, air conditioned and protected with a mosquito around the bed. Breakfast was amazing!!!...I would highly recommend...

Wonderful stay in a wonderful setting

The setting is very peaceful and private. The host, Fabrice, makes sure that you are comfortable and is ready to answer any questions and help with details to make your trip enjoyable. He is an excellent cook who prepared wonderful meals for the guests to enjoy. The hosted dinners are a terrific way to relax and unwind from a day of travel adventures. I had dinner at the property both nights along with the other guests at the property. Magnifique!

It would be nice if the bathroom were a bit bigger, but that is a minor issue that had no significant reduction in the enjoyment of my stay.

Superb

Well Fabrice is a indeed a professional host. He offered me to pick me up at the ferry dock and bring me to the airport next day for a really reasonable price, but more important I didn't had to spend time to search for a taxi or a shuttle service. The room was clean and nice. Fabrice offered me also dinner for a small fee which was perfect (BBQ). The communication was excellent, minutes after I made the reservation, Fabrice called to welcome me.

Amazing

Fabrice is an incredible host. He showed me around on the island and he helped me where he could. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, WiFi is strong. Breakfast was delicious and I felt like home. Merci beaucoup Fabrice !
