About this house rental
This beautiful four bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the heart of famous Sea Pines. Centrally located, it is a short bike ride to Harbor Town or to the beach!
Paradise awaits in the back yard. After a long day on the course or the beach, relax at your private Tiki hut! The Tiki hut features a bar large enough for eight people to sit comfortably, a small stove top and fridge, propane grill, plus a TV for watching your favorite team compete. The very large pool has a shallow end of about 3 feet and deepens to approximately 10 feet and gets a lot of sun. Rafts for the pool and other pool toys are provided so you can enjoy the pool. There is a hot tub that easily holds 6 people and it can be heated for an additional charge. Please note that the pool and hot tub are not fenced in and there are no additional safety measures provided - renters swim at their own risk and must watch small children around the water at all times. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on and three tables with seating for lunch or dinner under the stars. The back yard is completely fenced in and totally private.
Upon entry into our home, you walk into a open living room with a leather sectional and chairs. This area is open to the dining room with seating for 8 making it perfect for family evenings together. A stereo system and music library is provided for entertainment as well as board games for family night! There is also a selection of toys for smaller children. French doors will lead you to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table for four to six and is completely stocked with everything you would need to make dinner. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room and den. The den has a large screen smart TV with easy hook-up for video games. The den also includes a DVD player, sofa, chairs and a wet bar. The wet bar has stemware and serve ware for your use. There is also a slider to a small deck overlooking a small waterway that is often inhabited by Sea Pines birds and other wildlife. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a queen bed, TV, an in-suite bath with standing shower and a slider to the back deck and pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Bedroom two features a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower. The third bedroom has two twins and has a connecting bath with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also is accessed from the hall making it your guest bathroom when entertaining. The master is down the hall and features a king bed and a smart tv. It has French doors leading out to the back yard pool area. The in suite bathroom is absolutely huge. Remodeled in 2020, it is the ultimate in luxury with a stand alone soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanities.
Bike paths are directly across from the house and put you on the path for five minutes to the beach, ten minutes to Harbour Town or ten minutes to South Beach. Centrally located, it is ideal! There is a bike rack by the garage. Sea Pines regulation ask that bikes be stored neatly on the property so we ask that you use the bike rack provided.
Parking for vacationing guests in Sea Pines is limited to driveway parking at vacation homes. Commercial vehicles (ie., vehicles that advertise a business) are not allowed to park overnight in a driveway without being covered. Our home is limited to 4 cars in the driveway.
Our home is managed by an island management service so you have local individuals to contact with questions or concerns. The management service provides towels and starter items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Bike rentals are available within walking distance of the home or you can call and reserve ahead of time and have the bikes delivered to the property.
This is the perfect house for your next family vacation or golf outing.
The Town of Hilton Head Noise Ordinance is in effect from 10 pm to 7 am - please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down in the backyard after 10 pm. Outdoor lights should also be turned off after 11 pm.

This was our family’s 3rd time staying in this spacious ranch home. The single level makes it easy for the great grandparents to navigate in the home as well as the pool and tiki bar area The covered porches along the back of the home allowed us to enjoy being outside while the Tropical Storm Debby poured rain on us for 4 days.

Beautiful location, had issues with AC, fixed ASAP, pool was dirty and trash was not picked up for several days. Tiki hut not clean and several pool chairs were ripped. Needs updating. Area and home were nice.

The home was lovely with plenty of space for all. Though we spent most time on golf courses, beaches, in shops and resturants...while at the house the huge dining room table was perfect for the entire family to play games, and the privaye pool was a dream!!

We loved everything about the home! We usually spend most of our days at the beach but this year we stayed at the house in the pool most of the time! The house has a great layout for multiple couples or a large family. Our annual family vacation with our adult kids was extra special this year because of the vibe of the house. We spent most of our time together relaxing in the yard and the pool and then riding bikes to see the sunset. We will be back!!!! Thanks to the owners for sharing this slice of Heaven!!!

This house exceed our expectations and then some! We particularly loved that the home offers ample privacy for everyone while also having plenty of comfortable common spaces to hang out. The backyard is your own little resort. From the tiki bar to patio space and the large pool and hot tub...you really haven no reason to leave the house if you don't want to.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thank you to Margaret and Island Getaway Rentals for making our family vacation a memorable one!

The property was amazing. We enjoyed every asset. We did pay to have the jacuzzi heated but it did not work for us. Needs maintenance. House is fully stocked, clean, so accommodating and close to everything. Would recommend The Oasis to all who need a big, comfortable place to relax. Thank you.

I've stayed at this place twice before, many years ago with my parents and sister's family. This time, I brought along my own family and it was just as wonderful as before. I really love how dog-friendly they are, and this house is really the only one I've seen available on any of the property apps that is completely fenced in. Which, with a pool and a dog, is really necessary for me. The place is clean, laid out well with all the bedrooms and so spacious for so many people. Close to the beach and Sea Pines community is wonderful. We went biking, to the beach, but mostly hung out in the wonderful backyard. Such an enjoyable stay, hope to come back soon!

Overall, we had a great time. House was well appointed and the backyard pool and bar area were a hit!! The bedroom setups and private baths, with access to the outside sitting area/ deck, was a plus!! Good location with in Sea Pines! Would return again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sea Pines in general, but the house in particular was in a great location allowing us to bike or walk to the beach or Harbor Town (about 1 mile to either, but lovely walks/rides on the trails.) The backyard and pool were the best part of the house by far! The pool is large and the shallow area is great for toddlers/ kids. The patio furniture could use some cleaning, but the pool was very clean.

Home was lovely--as was the pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs, tables w/umbrellas and pool accessories. Heating the hot tub was a good choice. Pool water was refreshing! Great weather; everyone really enjoyed the trip. House was beautiful.

It’s a beautifully appointed and comfortable home with four ensuite bathrooms and a TV den with door. The back yard tiki bar has a refrigerator and TV. It’s a short walk to the Stoney -Barnard ruins and Harbourtown. Bike trails are everywhere.

Have rented many houses in Sea Pines, 91 Barnard Cove was perfect for our family and pets. Highlights were the pool, hot tub, location, and the fantastic golf museum in the TV room. I would love to get in on one of the owners golf trips!! I guarantee you that you will enjoy this house if you decide to rent.

We had our family vacation at the above address from August 20 through August 26.
We loved the inside of the house. It accommodated my family very well.
However, I am very disappointed regarding the outdoors. When we arrived, the pool did not appear clean at all. We put a phone call into your office and the pool company came. By that time the pool was much worse. When the pool company came, they did not clean the pool or add chlorine. They said the filter was failing and it needed to be replaced. The pool got much worse and we were unable to use it. The pool was the selling point to selecting this property as our family vacation home.
In addition to the pool, the outdoor cushion furniture was very dirty and smelled and we were unable to use that as well.
I am sure the house is priced the way it is because of these additional features that we were unable to enjoy.

This home is amazing and really has something for everyone!! The property owner and management company was pleasant and very responsive with any questions or with a few issues we had, they got resolved right away!!
Outdoor living area is spectacular that you almost don’t won’t to go anywhere. The spa is most relaxing if you pay extra to heat it. Bike paths right across the street literally with a short ride to the beach.
Kitchen well stocked and furniture very comfortable. We have been coming to HH for 30 years and this home is in our top 3.

The house is exactly what the property listing shows. Great space for a family with several bathrooms. Outside area was great as well.
Our only small issue was the floors hadn’t been cleaned super well prior to check-in, so we cleaned them ourselves. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Amazing Stay!
We spent a week at this lovely home with friends and our dogs. We were pleasantly surprised a how well stocked the house was. The layout was ideal with plenty of space for our group relax and enough privacy for our husbands to get some work time in as well. Most amazing was the beautiful outdoor space - the pool, tiki bar, and large private yard was where we spent most of our time - it was so nice we almost didn’t want to go to the beach! The owner was great to work with as well. We will definitely be back for another visit!

We enjoyed the vacation and the property had everything you need for a family vacation. It was a little chilly, so didn't get to swim. Wish we'd opted to heat the hot tub but know better next time. I recommend this property and hope to return soon.

This was our 21st year visiting Hilton Head and our first stay at Baynard Oaks. The home was perfect for us, we loved the rooms, pool and tiki bar!! And the “golf” room was a special place!! We didn’t mind the bike ride to the beach everyday, we looked forward to it! Sea pines is wonderful and the house was very special, we plan to make more trips to Baynard Oaks. We just hope they the owner “Peg” will adopt us as an extended family!!

Loved the house!!
This was our 21st year visiting Hilton Head and our first stay at Baynard Oaks. The home was perfect for us, we loved the rooms, pool and tiki bar!! And the “golf” room was a special place!! We didn’t mind the bike ride to the beach everyday, we looked forward to it! Sea pines is wonderful and the house was very special, we plan to make more trips to Baynard Oaks. Great House
My family enjoyed are stay at this house. The layout was great. There was plenty of room for us. The pool and bar area in the backyard was wonderful for entertaining. We stayed at the pool half the week the other half we biked to beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice. The master bath was recently redone. The owner and management were very responsive any time I had a question. We would stay here again.
The only disappointment was they came to heat the pool to drain the gas tank due to a gas leak. We smelt gas that was leaking during the week. We called the emergency hot line and they immediately came out to double check it. However, that is when we found out why. I couldn't understand why the pool was hot all week. It was kinda of frustrating but understand they had a gas leak and were replacing it soon. Just wish that didn't have to happen during our week. We had this place booked for over a year and were really look forward to the pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish the gas leak had already been fixed.

Perfect House
We just spent our third year at this beautiful house and we’ll definitely be back. The house is large enough to accommodate all eight of us and our dogs. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the tiki bar is the best. The master bathroom was remodeled since our visit last summer and it is gorgeous. We love this place.
