Welcome to Beached Inn, a beautiful stand alone house with a large 12x24 PRIVATE POOL. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large closet and a huge bath with walk in tile shower. The second floor master has a king bed, front facing balcony and huge bath. The family suite on the second floor has a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk room off to the side. A large full bath and closet with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. The third floor studio has a day bed with trundle and a Queen Bed. It has a half bath and large front facing balcony with gulf view. There is even a wet bar in the studio.

All floors are hardwood and tile with an abundance of area rugs for that warm cozy feeling. The bathrooms are all large and spacious. The decor speaks for itself.

The kitchen should have about anything you will need to prepare your favorite recipes. The granite counter tops, and stainless appliances provide all the comforts of a fine home.

The laundry room is equipped with a nice new set of extra capacity washer and dryer. A half bath is available just off the kitchen.

The two King rooms and 3rd floor bedroom have TV's as well as the living room with free cable and high speed WiFi for your entertainment. The doors are set up with keyless locks to make it easy for the entire group to gain access at any time during your stay. No keys to pass around or lose. Convenient and safe.

Cleanest house we have stayed at in a while. It would be nice to have a wagon as it is across a major road to the beach, but the walk is truly not bad. Close awesome restaurant- outlaw bbq - good barbecue and great live music! Blender - no base Crockpot and coffee good Home owner super - very responsive!!

There are plenty of beds for multiple adults. The family room is great for families. We like that it had more real beds instead of multiple bunk beds. The only thing needed is more seating in the living room.

Overall a very nice house. Maybe an err on our part in bringing family to a city known for college spring breakers but we had parties on each side of the house which ended up keeping us up. The beach was not far at all, which was a plus for cheaper than beachside.

Everything was great! The property was nice and very clean. Pool was warm and the kids really enjoyed it. There is a lot of steps but we expected that. We would stay again just wish it was on the beach.

The location to the beach and main street was great. Great space for multiple family members, the kids had the 3rd floor to themselves. As others mentioned in previous comments there were issues with heating the pool. Speedy responses from the owner when contacted. Overall, house was great would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very open. Our party of 8 adults and four fit very comfortably in the house. The only complaint I have is everything is up way too high for a short person. The main bedroom bed is so comfortable but I needed help getting in the bed. Would stay there again.

Payed $350.00 extra to have the pool heat turned on. Went last week of April 2023 so it’s still cool. Had 3 kids under 3 and if it hadn’t been for a neighbor who helped us turn on the heater we wouldn’t have had it at all. The pool guy didn’t show up until the day before we left. Even after talking to the host the day we got there. But they gladly kept our $350.00 for a heated pool. Wouldn’t rent from them again. A lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

The property was perfect for our group of 13. It was within 5 minutes walking to the beach and the area was not as crowded as the main parts of PCB. Owner communication was great. The pool was used by the kiddos daily. Overall a great trip for 7 days and we will be back again.

The house was so pretty and fit our group of 11 perfectly! The walk to the beach is about 6 mins I’d day and Pineapple Wille’s is only a 3 minute drive. Communication with the renter was amazing. They respond quickly and even came when we requested more towels. If we came down again, we definitely would want to stay here at this beach house!

The property was just as we expected it to be from the listing. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Nice, clean and relaxing after our long drive in from Illinois. Bill was wonderful to work with and we will be working with him again on future trips to Florida. Location from the beach within walking distance and the beach access wasn’t crowded. We had a small sewer issue but Bill was right on top of it. The heated pool was a nice plus to our trip. Added in our relaxing at the end of the day. Our group would like to give a great big thank you to Bill and his lovely wife for everything he did to make our trip as wonderful as possible. PS the beds are all super comfy as well. You will certainly enjoy this home.

We had all of our Grandkids and our kids at the house for the week after Christmas! It was great the kids loved the pool in the back yard and the short walk to the beach! Would recommend it lots of room and plenty of bathrooms for 14 people!

There was plenty of room for our extended family. The location was excellent. Furnishings were nice but outdated. Small inconveniences were: soap dispensers that did not work, very scratchy/pilled sheets on one bed, and lack of quality/adequate number of towels. Place could use a lot of minor repairs.

Arrived an hour and a half early and the property was already available for us. It’s completely stocked with most kitchen items needed to cook anything you could want. Only issue is that there is one a/c until and thermostat for all 3 floors. This is fine if some like it cold as it will be on the 1st floor and some not so much on the 2nd and 3rd floors without it being really cold on the 1st. Pool is small but enough for 10 or so if needed. Enough parking for two crew cab trucks and two cars.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Beach! The location was perfect for our group, two blocks from the beach and a 15 min drive to Pier Park. We were not in the crazy of Panama City , and that is what we wanted! There is an amazing BBQ restaurant across the street, great food and service! We watched the NCAA tournament there due to the fact we couldn't get the main TV to work. The set up of the house fit our group as well! Lots of stairs, but we welcomed the exercise! The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated our meals in. The pool area was a nice place to hang as well, especially since is was quite windy a couple days we were there and the beach wasn't the place to be. We had a few questions and a couple minor issues and Bill responded very quickly and gave us the help we needed. Thank you for a providing a place so us moms and our seniors could make lasting memories!!

We rented this house over Christmas for a baseball tournament. We had 9 people and the house had plenty of room. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners and the location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to the fields. The property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We haven’t been to the beach during this time of year. The weather wasn’t the best but being with family and friends and this house made things fun. Plenty of space to move around, we didn’t get to use the heated pool because of the weather, but it was a nice plus to have available. Thank you Mr Bill for being so nice and prompt about any questions. We had a blast! Plenty of room for sleeping, very clean, and had plenty of the necessities. Super Nice place to stay, highly recommend it!!
