About this house rental
Nestled in Pine Knoll Shores, this attractive house for $1,386 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 2024 is filling up FAST! Saturday-Saturday bookings only during prime season. July 4th Week & Memorial Weekend just opened up for 2024!! Grab it while you can! (Owner's gave them up for guests!!) 7 BR, 8 Full BA home in Pine Knoll Shores with 2 Master Suites and a Game Room!! Pets are allowed. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per night pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking. The pool can be heated during late Spring or early Fall months for an extra 650.00 per stay. The pool opens April 1, and is closed up November 1 each year. The pool heat fee is a taxable fee. Please add this fee at time of booking, or ask Property Manager to add it. This home has an elevator. The elevator runs from the ground floor to the 2nd floor only. The elevator is outside of the home, and goes from the carport covered area to the main level floor front porch area. After walking through the front door of this gorgeous home you will surely be impressed! The fully stocked kitchen is on the right as soon as you enter. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a 50" Led TV. Enjoy views of the ocean right from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Exit out the back door to your private shaded deck that leads to either the beach or the private 8' deep swimming pool. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level/main floor. Down at the end of the hall is the spacious Master Suite #1- This room has a king size bed, 32" TV, ocean and pool views, a private front balcony, and a private seating area for reading or recapping that perfect day at the beach. It has its own private full bathroom with a nicely tiled walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is a pool/ocean view room with two twins, 32" TV. It has its own private bath across the hall with a tiled walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is a pool/ocean view room with a queen size bed and 32" TV. It also has its own private bath across the hall with a stand up shower and a garden tub. The living room upstairs has a sitting area overlooking the beautiful beach. The room has a sitting area for reading and a large table and chairs for overflow dining or a game of cards. Heading down the hall, there is a day bed with a twin pull out that could be used for small children. Bedroom 4 is an oceanfront bedroom and has a queen size bed, private balcony that overlooks the pool and the ocean, and a 32" TV. Down at the end of the hall is the 2nd Master, bedroom 5 . This is an over-sized bedroom with two private balconies. The ocean side balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. This room is complete with a sitting area, and a desk. No one wants to work on vacation but for some, it is a reality to tie up some loose ends or check on some things to ease your mind. Back downstairs on the 2nd floor in the living area are stairs leading to the first floor. This room has bedroom 6, with a queen size bed and 32" TV. Across the hall is bedroom 7 with two twin size beds. This floor also houses the washer and dryer in a separate room. Finally, the Game Room with a ping pong table, a fridge, and a gaming area with a tv to either watch movies or play some video games. Bring along your own gaming console. Bonus: There is another room at the end of the hallway past the laundry room, with a queen size bed and a full bath. For security reasons-especially during the off season, owners have installed outside cameras at the front entrance, and back porch area including the pool. No cameras are inside the home. Parking for 8 cars. No smoking allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit. Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info after booking so you can get them reserved now. Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am.

The house was perfect for our family new year’s gathering, which included our adult children and a few of their friends. Plenty of bedrooms with 2 upstairs, 3 on main floor and 3 downstairs. Everyone had plenty of privacy but also the main gathering spaces, both inside and outside, were roomy enough for all. In the summer the pool would be amazing, but we did not use it this time. Also our dogs enjoyed the proximity to the beach! We will definitely go back!

Home was as described. Pool was wonderful. Beachfront was very convenient. Communication with Heather was fast and efficient. Kitchen was well stocked.
Only suggestions would be new mattresses in some of the rooms as we felt they were too soft. Also a comfort height commode in master suite on main floor with some safety bars in shower would be helpful for senior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea’s the Day in early August. Heather made sure that we were prepared and the management staff was amazing. The house was **** and span clean, and had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the swimable size pool, and the outdoor porch. The boardwalk, shower and steps to beach were sturdy (just a long last step down to sand). The walks to pier and other direction were good and uncrowded, as sitting on beach and paddle boarding in the ocean. We also had good walks in the PKS Oakleaf neighborhood shade. There are plenty of things to do in the area, but we usually send someone to Willis’ or the causeway for fresh seafood to cook. We’ve been coming to this island each year for 51 years. when our parents first built on EI. Our second visit to Sea’s the Day proved to be “we wish we could stay longer”. (16 yrs ago “‘Bout Time”)

Beautiful home with room for our family! 7 adults and 3 children. Even in June the beach was not busy, and we love that! The pool was great! We did end up heating it because the weather had been chilly before we came. We were really glad we did!
We had one issue with the oven and Heather sent someone over right away.

The property was great. Very Spacious. Super close to the beach! Property was clean upon arrival and had many things provided that typically aren’t. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Heated pool was amazing and being attached to the house was perfect - we were able to easily get out of the sun, get drinks and grandparents could easily come sit by the pool with us. Great family gathering house
Lots of bedrooms and baths, most of which were en suite. Full sized refrigerator in downstairs game room very helpful. Would help to have a floor plan to figure out sleeping arrangements beforehand, but property manager was very helpful explaining the layout.

Go Sea’s the Day
Fantastic house with room for our 12 to stay. Private beach access made early morning shell adventures for kiddos so easy for adults. The pool was just as described and a family favorite hangout. We had one glitch with the living room TV but the rental company was swift in response and keeping us updated until it was resolved. The house is top notch. The rental company was top notch. All around great rental!

The views are spectacular, the pool is great, the table and chairs on the patio were used alot...it is great to sit there and watch the ocean while enjoying a nice coastal breeze. The kitchen is truly stocked with everything you could need and the elevator makes unloading and loading your car so much easier. Heather was so great to deal with from the get go. She was so patient with all my questions I had and the couple issues we had she took care of immediately. All 15 of us give the home and her a 5 star rating!

Nine years ago we stayed in the same house and this year we were happy to see the updates that were done. The weather was perfect all week and it was the first time in a year and one half that our family had all been together due to COVID. Lots of swimming, fishing and relaxing. Perfect vacation!!
