About this apartment rental

This renovated top floor unit offers stunning views of both the Caribbean Sea from your substantial private balcony and the pool area from the balcony or the side window. This unit has been professionally finished with luxury and elegance, including therapeutic walk-in shower, high end appliances and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has stone counters, wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Includes induction stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.

The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 65" flat screen television, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a 55" smart TV in the main bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the guest room.

The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have large pool with swim up bar, on-site restaurant.

The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.

After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "Lazy Lizard" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.

Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. I am local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.

If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.

There is also security guards on premises and CCTV.

Bill was incredibly friendly and responsive whenever I reached out, and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in #320, one of Bill's properties, and it was fantastic. While renting a car isn't necessary, we were glad we did. It allowed us to easily explore the island and conveniently shop for groceries. Plus, the August heat made it more comfortable to drive to nearby restaurants. Walking to some restaurants means navigating a busy road and highway, which was another reason we opted to drive. The condo has a spacious open-concept layout with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a queen and a twin bed. The two full bathrooms were convenient, and the kids especially enjoyed the one with a tub. Having the washer and dryer in the kitchen was a huge help. Bill also provided essentials like sunscreen, snorkels, plates, silverware, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and towels. The kids loved the large TV in the living room with numerous streaming services. My husband enjoyed some comedy shows! The Wi-Fi sometimes faltered when the big TV was on, but otherwise, it worked well. We appreciated the on-site restaurant with a swim-up bar, the large heated pool with a hot tub, and the enclosed, warm ocean. Spending time on the spacious private balcony each evening was a highlight of our stay.

Bill's condo was conveniently located, very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in the welcoming and relaxing space. Highly recommend this for any getaway in Cayman.

This condo is simply amazing! The pictures show just what you get, but don’t do it any justice. Our teenage boys were very impressed when we walked in the door and were sure the pictures I showed them ahead of time weren’t the same place! Bill is an excellent host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had before our arrival. We enjoyed the cove outside the condo that allowed easy entry into the ocean without an issue with rocks. There were a few snorkel masks, a floaty and beach toys we were able to use. There were also a couple beach chairs we used when we ventured further down to Governor’s Beach. We highly recommend this condo for the value, location and amenities. Thank you, Bill, for a wonderful week long stay!

From the moment we walked into the condo, we fell in love with the place. It was clean and inviting, and the view of the beach was breathtaking! The place was also well stocked with everything you might need and the grocery store just moments down the road. My sister is a little skittish in the water so the protective cove out front, made for a perfect snorkeling experience for her. We were out there twice a day! The pool in the evening was a joy and swimming up to the bar was a special treat. It would be a very nice place for extended families to meet up for vacation....we're hoping to do that next time. High recommendations from my sister and I!!!

Our time at Sunset Cove was perfect! We enjoyed great weather, beautiful waters, and gorgeous sunsets! The condo was awesome - everything we needed right at our fingertips. Everything was as advertised and condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Condo is close to everything with anything you need within walking distance. Private beach and pool were not crowded at all and very peaceful. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Property was clean. Great location. The owner, Bill was quick to respond to any questions that we had. There were floats to use and access to the beach was easy. The protected area of the beach made snorkeling easy for even a beginner swimmer.

We just loved our trip to Grand Cayman! The cove in front of our condo provided great snorkeling, floating, and swimming right outside our door. The beach was lovely and quiet too- so relaxing! The condo was roomy and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. Bill was attentive and helpful. We would rent from him again for sure! The restaurants were excellent in the area and the island is so safe! We took the public bus or walked everywhere! Thank you for sharing your condo with us- we can’t wait to return! We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The lagoon was great for kids to swim. We came right after Xmas and the pool or beach chairs were never too crowded which was fantastic. Only tiny complaint was the cleaners used “aroma boost” laundry detergent which made the sheets very scented. I’ve never been sensitive before but we all remarked on it.

Bill's place was the perfect base for our holiday. Really convenient central location with it's own private beach and sheltered swimming cove. The condo was exactly as listed, very spacious and comfortable. Bill was an excellent host :)

The condo was beautiful and i don't think the pictures did it justice. The grounds are well cared for, the place was clean and well stocked. It was a great surprise to see the property decorated for the holidays!! Bill was great and attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!! We can't wait to go back!

The condo is really beautiful, very clean big and bright. It was much bigger feeling than expected. I was very happy with the overall look and feel of the unit. From what i gathered talking to people, this is the nicest newly renovated unit in the complex. The beach is surprising. I didnt expect to have as much soft sand as we did. This area is typically rocky, but not in front of sunsetcove which was really special and very appreciated. The owner obviously cares a lot about his guests and his efforts were not missed by me. Would stay here again immediately if it wernt already booked out for months in advance.

Two adult couples in our party stayed at Bill's place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and in a great location. The balcony was spacious with comfortable furniture, kitchen was well appointed with all the appliances we could need. Our bedrooms and closets were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend! Bill is a wonderful host and provided helpful information for restaurants and tours. Thank you for making this a great home away from home for us!

My wife and I recently stayed in Bill's condo at the Southern portion of SMB. It was everything as advertised, but better! Bill was a super host and our communications on various needs were great and very timely. We love to snorkel, and the reef in front of our beach area was great. Maybe about 50-60 yards out, but very swimable for medium to good swimmers. Location was excellent for anything and everything on SMB or Georgetown. We can't wait to go back to GCI and would definitely rent Bill's condo again ! Gene & Sue Krismanits

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional. We encountered a minor bathroom sink issue, but Bill promptly came to address it. The complex's pool and bar offer fantastic options for leisurely days, and there are numerous places within walking distance if you prefer to explore. We rented a car, and everything was conveniently within a 4-7 minute drive. Bill provides a helpful guidebook that, if you take the time to peruse, can greatly enhance your stay. We highly recommend this place and eagerly anticipate our return visit.

It rained for much of our trip. So, we were thrilled to have such a beautiful condo since we spent a lot of time indoors. The kitchen is fully stocked (both a drip and a pod coffee maker) as well as cleaning and laundry supplies. They also had rafts and snorkel equipment on the patio. And the views were perfect! It IS on the third floor. So, it may not be ideal for those that cannot climb stairs. But, we loved the top floor!!

I can’t say enough about this condo or the location. The condo was beautiful and the owner answered questions for us about the area. The location on the beach is absolutely fabulous. You can sit on the balcony and see the beach and listen to the waves. The walk down to the beach was just down the sidewalk. We loved it.

The property was in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach and the pool. The beach always had chairs and umbrellas available. You could relax in the cove or do some snorkeling outside of the manmade cove. The unit itself was clean and well-stocked. Bill was always available to answer questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had all of the comforts of home with amazing views of the ocean and pool. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you want to explore more of the island and other restaurants, I would definitely suggest renting a car for a few days. You definitely don’t need one for the whole time you’re staying there. We did arrived early before check in but we were able to leave our luggage in the room while we waited for it to be ready. Bill was very responsive to any concerns that came up. I would highly suggest staying here! The cove in the ocean was definitely a bonus on this trip with our kids! They were in it every day snorkeling and finding all kinds of sea life!

This was a great place to stay with our 2 kids, 9 and 7! They have everything even extras with towels/beach towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies. It’s such a great location and love the pool restaurant, Lazy Lizard. It was very clean and comfortable furniture and beds! I will definitely be back! The view is awesome from the deck and you can see the pool as well so best of both worlds! The beach is great for kids being very calm and have the little swimming area. It was a nice place to teach snorkeling and it wasn’t ever crowded which was great!

Bill was so responsive in helping me with any questions I had leading up to our trip. All of the photos online are completely accurate and in addition, Bill supplied extras such as laundry detergent, soap/shampoo and towels. It was so nice being able to wash and dry! The property itself is older but well kept. It was nice to have the pool restaurant and bar, as well. The food deliah and the service was great. A few recommendations for first timers like us: definitely rent a car and don’t forget they drive on the left hand side of the road. We could walk to a few restaurants but we definitely needed a car to explore the island. Do a stingray/snorkel tour! Just beautiful. We loved eating at Anchor and Den (inside the Marriott and can walk to it), Ms. Pipers (in back of the Hampton Inn and again can walk to it. Such fresh food!) and Paradise Pizza. Enjoy your perfect, quite slice of Caymans at this condo. Thank you, Bill!

As soon as I stepped in the unit, and greeted the owner Bill, I told him I plan to return next year. The unit is updated and clean and centrally located with a nice view of the beach and the pool. Bill was very engaging prior to and during my stay, and he promptly responded to my questions.

The condo was as described. Great location and the beach area with the lagoon and water surrounding the jetty was beautiful. Having the restaurant & bar on site was very convenient. We didn’t rent a car, however, we should have as a lot of the restaurants we wanted to try weren’t within walking distance. It also would have been nice to get to the north end of the island without taking taxi’s. Taxi’s do work great on the island though! Very friendly & easy. Highly recommend this condo as it was very comfortable & modern. Bill, the owner, is great too!

The property was wonderful and our host was fantastic. The unit was well laid out with everything we needed. Loved the view and the bar/Resturant. The entire property was well kept. The beach was beautiful and groomed nicely. I have vacationed in many places including Florida, but this has become my favorite. I hope to return again soon. I think the only draw back was that it was on the third floor. This made for a bit of a strain moving luggage up and down. At 71, I am in pretty good shape, but someone who can’t move their luggage around very well, or have someone who can help them, might not like it. That said, I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Ward and Dhyana Huffine PS. My wife’s Daughter and family stayed in another unit with small Children. They were also on the third floor. They had a blast and loved the pool and the beach.

We loved this property - from the ease of check-in and great communication with the owner, Bill, to the location at the end of Seven Mile Beach. The location is great - easy walking distance to several good restaurants and Andy's rental cars, a great pool with a poolside bar, and a private beach and protected swimming area with good snorkeling just outside the rocks. Bill was incredibly helpful, arranging for us to leave our bags in the unit when we arrived early, and suggesting a last minute boat charter that was wonderful. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condos and beach. Great for small children and awesome snorkeling for better swimmers outside the breakwater between the buoys. GreAt pool bar. Liquor store 1 minute away. Grocery store a little far. Easy walk of 10 to 15 min but take public bus back. Loved our stay. Condo beautiful and comfortable.

We stayed in this property for a fantastic week. We have nothing negative to share. The host was helpful, responsive and genuinely cared that we were having a great stay. The home was AWESOME! The pictures online don't do it full justice. It was clean, furniture all in good shape, delivered a beautiful view. What was amazing was how the host had thought of everything you might need and already had it there. The kitchen had everything you need and bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, TP etc. The grounds of the property are well maintained and the pool with a swim up bar is a great amenity. The location has many restaurants near enough to walk. Highly recommend!
