Its customer friendly and customer driven Hotel.

The place was extremely poorly maintained. They didn't even have towels to give us. The ones that they gave were damp and had multiple holes in it. The windows open to the kitchen area which is not kept properly. There was a hair found in breakfast paratha. Had to go beg for a bottle of water 4 times at 10pm at night. The manager would just not stop looking at his phone. Overall a very bad experience, I suggest find better place to stay. The only good part about this place is that it is located next to a mall and the blue metro.

Disappointing

Room A/c not cooling, despite complaint no action was taken, washroom not clean , mattress quality was very poor, breakfast timing too late, we left without having breakfast. In morning you can't even get cup of tea. Room intercom non operative

Nothing at all. It was very stressful and frustrated stay in this property.

Overall hospitality was pathetic. The staff are very rude and unmannered to guest. Front office manager was very rude. He misbehaved with us like anything. They don't have breakfast options other than Puri sabji that too they offered completely burnt food to us. Kitchen was not in operational half of the day. They don't have door locks and having issues with WC. Top on that they are not ready to accept their mistakes. We got the bedsheets which are full of patches, stitches open and in torn conditions. Seriously this is not acceptable at all after paying hefty sum of amount. Would recommend everyone not to visit the property and please don't prefer to stay there at all. It's just complete wastage of your time and money.

I found hairs on pillow and bathroom has no glass windows.. all kind of moskitos and smells including cigarretes was over there. Pretty noise also.. hardly could sleep

Overall good stay comfortable was able to rest for a few hours due to journey nice stay
