Inutile j'ai perdu de l'argent.

Nous n'avons rien aimé car nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à l'hôtel. Nous avons tenté de les appeler mais ils n'ont pas répondu. Des emails pareil. Par contre mon compte a bien été débité. Je n'ai rien aimé de cet hôtel. Ils vous prennent de l'argent c'est tout !

Je n'ai pas apprécié que l'établissement ne répondre pas quand on leurs envoie un email leur disant que l'on s'est fait refusé la frontière. Mon compte en banque en revanche a bien été débité. Aucune aide de la part de l'ôtel comme booking.

Supermooi hotel op een centrale goede locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was schoon en ruime badkamer met goede douche, bedden wat aan de kleine kant, maar sliepen er prima op.

Kamertemperatuur was wat aan de warme kant. Kon het niet regelen met de airco

Je retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Tous les employés étaient très aimables et serviables. La location est parfaite et nous avons utilisé le métro facilement avec une station de métro à 2 coins de rue. À notre arrivée, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consignation gratuitement afin de visiter NY en attendant que notre chambre soit prête, de même qu’à la journée du départ en attendant notre vol d’avion.

Pay too much for a hotel that’s supposed to be four stars

Sadly, only been a few years old it seems a shame that it’s already beginning to look used and abused. It’s not very clean especially in certain areas and the furniture it’s already showing signs of wear and tear!

All around the property was okay. The view from the room is fantastic but apart from that, nothing really special.

Odd payment system

Helpful staff. Clean and well presented. Nice snacks in the lobby.

Has the weirdest payment system. All the staff joke about it being outdated but no one seems to have done anything about it. If you pay debit card, the hotel continues to 'grab' money from your card - grab was the staff word. This meant they locked us out our room and I had to receive a call from my bank. Which was quite embarrassing.

Je n’ai pas aimé qu’on nous fasse payer 45 euros en plus par chambre pour aucune raison en nous disant que l’on peut ke dépenser dans l’hôtel et comme ça se ne sera pas de l’argent perdu.mais en réalité si tu achètes quelque chose, ils ajoutent les taxes et le service et ça dépasse toujours la somme. C’est du vol . Dommage

The stay was great beside late night noises. Close to a lot of restaurants

All the staffs I spoke with were very helpful and friendly!

Disappointing

The view from the room was amazing and the decor in the lobby was great

Our room wasn’t cleaned during a 5 night stay. I would expect at least towels changed once per day and the bed made up for the cost of this hotel but I had to specifically ask for any sort of room cleaning. We were given no information on check in about the hotel. Timing of breakfast, room service availability etc. it is supposedly 24 hours room service but every time I called I was told nothing was available. The AC in the room desperately needs to be updated it swapped between cold and hot air and was incredibly noisy. I was lied to by the staff, when I booked a taxi they told me the flat rate to JFK wasn’t applicable when pickup was from Manhattan so instead of paying 75 I was charged 110 and it was not a taxi at all, the driver wasn’t able to read the satellite navigation and took several wrong turns on the way to the airport. There’s no room service and also no fridge in the rooms I was really disappointed considering the cost of this hotel. I won’t stay again.

Overpris for god beliggenhed. Levede ikke op til forventningerne. Har ikke taget billeder af værelset, det var for trist

Beliggenheden er god og central, meget tæt på flere metrolinjer og Path’en til New Jersey. Gratis vand i foyeren. Voucher på 30$ om dagen til at bruge på hotellet. Venligt personale.

Værelse på 7. etage med udsigt til baggård. Det er alt, alt for dyrt, når man betaler over 4.800 kr. pr. overnatning. Næsten ingen skabsplads, vi måtte beholde alt i kufferterne.

Nice hotel, location could be better and wouldn’t advise taking babies.

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfy, good size TV, the shower was great and invigorating. The cleaners did a great job everyday of making the room up. The receptionists were great and always very helpful. The location was useful for the subway.

The location felt quite run-down. There’s a goodwill across the road and it seemed to attract plenty of crazies. The room service, whilst delivered quickly was both expensive and a limited choice. There were no breakfast options. The $30 per day allowance was great.. but when breakfast is $35 each it feels a bit meh. We travelled with a baby, I had messaged the hotel twice via Booking.com to request a cot and they never responded. I ended up having to call from the UK, spoke to reception and they said they’d make arrangements. When we checked there was no cot and we had to ask again. The cot that was provided had no mattress so we had to cobble something together from blankets. The room storage was pretty measly, with a tiny single wardrobe and only a few drawers.

Comfortable room, good view, convenient

Breakfast ridiculously expensive, even with the $30 credit, no hot water one day due to gas line problem in area, told we were notified but we’re not.

Excelente, pero empañada por el robo de mis airpods.

El servicio del Sr. Alejandro, Sr. Phoneix los cuales fueron muy amables y brindaron un excelente servicio al husped, da gusto tratar con gente asi.

El personal de limpieza ME ROBO LOS AIRPODS de mi mochila que se encontraba en la habitación.

Bad experience

We didn't have hot water for two days! No matter was the reason, a hotel must have a contingency plan for this kind of event, very disappointed, we have to make our plans to have a shower in other place!

No hot water !! After a day walking around the city, you expect to have a warm shower, but instead we have to take a shower with freezing water

A beautiful hotel spoiled by being very noisy at night

It was very noisy at night till extremely late. There’sa nightclub behind the hotel and it was loud in my room on the 31st floor till well after 1am. I asked for ear plugs and the hotel didn’t provide any.

Amazing stay and location to visit the city!

It’s in a great location and the staff was amazing and welcoming!!!

The only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge. Other than that no complaints and I booked here again to bring my kids back for Christmas.

Nos gustó:instalaciones, ubicación, limpieza,equipamiento de la habitación, excelente tamaño para estar en Manhattan, vistas increíbles,atención de todo el personal, buen desayuno.

Tiene una discoteca en el roof top y se escucha el sonido en las habitaciones superiores desde el jueves al sábado y a pesar de que tiene entrada independiente los asistentes se instalan en el lobby del hotel incomodando a los huéspedes

Muy buena ubicación

Nos gustó la ubicación, cerca de todo y del metro, la limpieza, el tamaño muy bueno para ser NY, la atención del personal, las vistas, la decoración del hotel y habitaciones y la dotación de la habitación.

No nos gustó que en el último piso funciona una discoteca y a pesar de estar hospedados varios pisos por debajo se escucha durante toda la noche, además ocasiona que el lobby los días juaves a sábado se siente demasiado ruidoso y congestionado.

Fabulous hotel and staff!

Breakfast - both food and service were amazing. Staff were super friendly with my active toddler. Staff on check in could not have been more helpful, finding me a room on the same floor as my family at an hour's notice. Staff printed out documents for me at the check in desk, and couldn't do more to help. Room service food from the restaurant was lovely and staff were super friendly.

Boa localização mas apertado para uma familia.

Localização. Decoração do espaço. Oferta de 30$ de consumo por dia e de entradas para museus incluidas no quarto.

As camas são pequenas para um casal, mesmo para um padrão europeu. têm menos que 140cm de largura. Muito barulho da rua mesmo com as janelas fechadas. O equipamento de ventilação do prédio em frente faz imenso barulho. Ar condicionado gelado nos espaços comuns e impossivel de regular no quarto.

Nice place, good location. Thin walls

Good location. 2 blocks from subway.

When the reviews (which I rarely give muxh consideration to) say the walls are thin, BELIEVE IT! Unless you’re a very heavy sleeper, you will clearly hear the next rooms conversations. Ear plugs and you’ll be fine. That shouldn’t be necessary in a spendy hotel, but it is. Otherwise good place in Chelsea

Locatie: Chelsea is een geweldige startplek om de stad te verkennen

When i arrived they did not verify card i made reservation on so i mistakingly used a different card and had a hold on 1

I had minimal lighting in my room for first two days lights would not work they repaired on last day. Room was very dark.

Enjoyable stay

Great location, just outside mid town so much nicer environment. Good location to walk down to meat packing district or SoHo, lots of subways stations near by. City view room was awesome, amazing to wake up looking at Empire State Building and Manhattan.

Night club boom boom boom can be heard in higher rooms. I was on 32 and could hear it, get a room lower than that if you like sleep. To be fair check in staff did tell me about it and I changed from 34 to 32 to start with.
