Great location. You can walk anywhere in town.

Great location. Did not like open bathroom concept.
5.0
Everything was clean and nice. We loved that we could get groceries easily. The hot tub reservation system was easy to use and it was nice to have it to ourselves.
The only thing I would change about the condo layout is for the upstairs bedrooms to have enclosed bathrooms. Depending on who is in your travel group, an open bathroom can be awkward.
I would definitely be happy to stay here again. We had a great time.
5.0
Warm and comfortable. The two apartments worked well for 2 couples plus 2 additional adults. The loft rooms were fine for us because we are all family or close friends. Loft rooms without doors on the toilet is uncomfortable if you aren't family. We were all happy to use the main bathroom downstairs during the day.
5.0
Beautiful condos in the most convenient location! Lots of codes to get used to but we did so quickly - they seemed daunting when we first arrived.
4.0
The place was as advertised and perfect for our stay. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us check in early. The only issue is with the open toilets and bathrooms in the lofts. They're not overly usable due to the lack of privacy, especially the toilets that are adjacent to the beds. Nobody was comfortable using them. Even makeshift walls/stand up dividers would help. Aside from that, definitely recommend this place to all.
4.0
Amazing views, easy access to everything, and plenty of space for the group.
The 2 condo units are basically identical, which was great as our group was easy to split, but may not be so easy for everyone.
The furnishings were quite nice, and eclectic, but also very delicate. It was too cold to use the hot tubs, or ski, but we enjoyed our stay in the havens.

Wonderful experience. Ideal for 2 couples or a small family unit!

Well appointed condos, with pretty much all one would need for cooking including basic spices. There were six of us staying 3 to a condo and we all gathered in 402 (the bigger more practical table) for meals regularly. Centrally located, steps from two big grocery stores and 20 minutes to Banff. Relatively quiet at night and hosts were responsive.
Small areas of improvement: The hot tub was not hot (warm) and the jets did not work. If this would have been a huge deal for us, we would have contacted the hosts who were always responsive. The loft open air bathroom situation (half wall separating toilet from sleeping area) took some getting used to. 4pm check in is awfully late in the day. We would have appreciated an earlier check in time and with a 10:30 check out time (we were out by 9:15 and informed the hosts) it seems a 1 or 2pm check-in should be achievable.
All in all a great, nay memorable experience with plenty of instructions on how to operate, recycle, and take out rubbish. Perhaps the best part was the area weather which largely stayed sunny or overcast despite the impending Autumn season.

The townhomes are in a very secure building with a great location. Easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street in downtown Canmore. Close to several parks and walking/jogging trails. Plus grocery and liquor stores were located just across the parking lot. There were ample sleeping areas to house a large group and a great view of the mountains from the balcony. On-site parking was very helpful.
Of note, this property is on the 4th floor. I don’t know how frequently this happens but the elevator was not working for our entire stay. This was difficult for our group which included my elderly parents, a pregnant woman and a toddler. Additionally the key pad to enter one of the units lost power one night, locking us out of the unit until the property manager was able to arrive.
Be advised, the listing advertises it sleeps 12, however there is a flat fee up to 8 people then a per person per night charge after that.
5.0
Very comfortable and convenient for us. We could put the children to bed and then the adults all played cards. We made use of the hot tub. Designated parking is a plus. Canmore was so much quieter and less crowded than Banff. It was odd that the upstairs bathrooms were in the bedroom with no door for privacy.

We went to Canmore and Banff with our grown kids. Great location everything you needed was within walking distance for the most part. We loved being able to just walk downtown for a walk or dinner.

We would definatly stay again

Cute little town a convenient for our skiing trip.

I rented the 2 side by side condos for my family and it worked perfect. We had 8 couples between the 2 suites. The only thing that was weird was the loft bedrooms had a bathroom in it but no walls around them, just out in the open. Also, the suites were very clean but the carpets were all stained. But we enjoed our weekend.

The place is advertised for up to 16. We booked for 14 but ended up being 10 and we don’t think more than 10 people can be confortable in there. There are a sofa beds and extra mattresses but the space is just too tight for 14 people. You cannot open the sofa bed in one of the lofts because there’s no enough space for the bed and the sofa bed same thing with one of the other rooms, there’s a mattress under the bed but no space to pull it out. Also some of the mattresses are not comfortable, probably too old.
We really rented this place because it was last minute and was the only place available but it was way too expensive and some of their rules were ridiculous like having to take out the trash when you pay US$200 for a cleaning fee (supposedly due to a hazard but just get the appropriate equipment like people who work handling garbage do)

This was a good sized property for 8 adults

Property was appropriate for the time we spend in the condo. I thought they were connected. It were just next to each other. Glad we stayed in Canmore versus Banff due to the amount of people in Banff. Have us opportunities to explore and site see without crowds.

What a pretty property with great location in Canmore. The owners artistic furniture is very pretty. And how awesome to have a rooftop hot tub viewing the 3 Sisters while relaxing after a big hiking day. 2 condos made it easy for families to have separate time but all together when you want to be. Thank you.

Overall good value for two units in a great location. Missing some of the things that have become standard in VRBO, poor wi-fi (tv only has netflix), no sharp knives, towels smelled like a dirty dish rag, no washer/dryer, hot tub was not hot.
2.0
We were 4 couples who shared the two units. Both units were tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub in our building, and the reservation process was seamless. The units had everything you needed with regard to pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. The units did show a bit of wear and tear. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than 2 cars, as the parking in front of the buildings are for the retail stores at the bottom of the building. Otherwise had a great weekend.

Total of 10 family members stayed here as part of a ski / snowboarding get together. Using both condos worked well for this size of gathering. Well stocked, organized, and maintained.

The 2 condos we rented were okay but the landlord is a nightmare to deal with. There are many, many rules to follow which sucks the fun right out of your trip. We were a group of 7 people, all in our 50's and our low key company gathering was completely ruined because not only is there a noise rule (after 10PM) but any sound you might make is considered unacceptable. We played some not overly loud music in our condo (that didn't share a wall with any other tenants) and it was apparently not allowed. Even after we turned it down to the same level you'd watch TV at, the landlord called the RCMP on us! I've never experienced such a horrible stay anywhere in my life. Then the landlord tried to charge us a large fee just because she felt like it. The whole thing was beyond ridiculous. I would totally understand if we had been roudy partiers or something but we were not. When the police arrived at 11:20 PM, most our group was watching a movie with no sound on and 3 of us were watching a youtube video. If you're okay whispering to your friends/family and being asleep by 10, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

Great location, we walked everywhere. Groceries, supplies, supper, shopping. Needed some spring cleaning had some spots on the walls. But otherwise clean.

Wish the trip didn’t have to end so soon. The Condo was awesome and the mountains were amazing...!

A great location for our family ski trip.

Lovely view of the mountains and lovely windows. It was not as spacious as I thought it would be and will need more common room space for our family of 8 adults. The custom furniture is very unique and has a lot of character. The chairs at the dining table not practical but look great.

We enjoyed our stay. 3 generations in our group. We're not convinced that loft bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal. For reasons of poor privacy. Great location. Well equipped kitchens. Nice gym. Wifi helpful. Underground parking nice. Thank you.
2.5
This place is amazing! The owner also provides a discovery pass to all National Parks and access to the hot tub. The condos were fully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend you stay because it's only a 20 minute drive from Banff. Thank you so much for hosting us! You have a wonderful place in an amazing location.

There was some misleading information on the website although it is my own fault for not researching better. There seemed to be a lot of rules and expectations that were annoying. Most annoying was the person who contacted me 3 times prior to the visit to make sure I had the correct names of everyone that was staying there - and then had me pay for people on the list although I was unsure if they would come or not. The pictures make it seem nicer than it is. Fortunately the housekeeper was there when we got there, and she was very pleasant in helping us.

Stayed here with 2 families of 4. Perfect for that amount of adults. Close to shops and coffee and centre of Canmore . Great to have indoor parking spots and access to hot tubs ! You need to be comfortable with the open concept washrooms upstairs and you may miss not having cable TV to catch up on the news etc All in all, a great location with everything you need.
The owner is very helpful and prompt responding to queries and processing the deposit refund.

Our group of 14 had an awesome time here. It was great having the two kitchens to use, and there was enough room for all of us.

We enjoyed the condos. They were equipped with everything we needed, very clean and appreciated the parking garage and the gym right across the hall.
The location was perfect, everything very close within walking distance.
We will back!

We rented both condos and found that they accommodated our group of 9 adults well. There was no crib for our infant, which we did not expect, but there was a high chair and that was a pleasant surprise. There was a large table that accommodated our whole group for dinners and games.
The location is within walking distance of two grocery stores and several liquor outlets. We bought one growler and simply walked downstairs to fill it several times each night. We did the same when we needed groceries. Additional restaurants and amenities are within walking distance or a 5min drive.
Safe and convenient parking, one spot for each condo.
The official entry to the park was 10min away, although we had to drive further (20-90min for us, depending on day) to reach many of our destinations. This is not a knock on this location, it's clearly stated and driving distance can be easily estimated, but something that buyers should be aware of.
Overall, a well-kept and well-stocked rental with many nearby amenities and convenient access to the great outdoors.
1.5
The location was perfect! Right downtown Canmore. A little difficult finding the building, they are not well indicated. The units had everything one might need. Very well organized but really made for 4 max 5 per unit. The pull out couches were old and very uncomfortable and one unit had a broken one. If you are a small group, this works perfect.
2.5
Stayed with our friends and family for a week visit of the Banff and local parks. Location is easy to find driving from Calgary YYC. Location is close to grocery, fast food, and restaurants. Location was ideal for day trips we took to Lake Louise, Marble Canyon, Peyto Lake, Mont Sulpher, and Upper Hot Springs. Wi-fi fast enough to keep us connected. The photos of window views do not do justice to the inspiring beauty see outside, facing the condo. Hosts were responsive and helpful! Made a lot of good memories because of the experiences we could have together with our friends and family.
2.5
The location was excellent and the owner had everything we needed in the condo for a great trip. The condo was great. I would recommmend anyone to stay here and the owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating.

Our group of 9 enjoyed our stay at the Havens and skiing the Canadian Rockies. The beauty of the area is truly unbelievable with wide valleys and majestic white capped mountains rising straight out the valleys. The drives to Banff and the ski resorts are inspiring. Canmore is wonderful town to call your base as it is very walkable from the condo and not as touristy as Banff, but with plenty of neat retail shops and restaurants. The condo also has two grocery stores within 100 meters and a nature food store within a couple of blocks. That is a nice feature to not have to drive for groceries. We enjoyed the convenience of the rooftop hot tub which was one flight of stairs to access in addition to the wonderful views of the mountains. There was also a fitness room right across the hall with an additional bathroom and shower in the event we needed it....nice feature! Having the condos side by side was very convenient for our group....particularly for meals, getting together and coordination of outings. Both units were well appointed and had plenty of space to accommodate 4 to 5 adults in each unit.
At this time we are trying to figure out a time to head back since there are several things we missed out doing this time. The Havens will be our first call.
