I had to come out for a weeklong business trip and my wife came out to hang out by the pool. This location was wonderful. It was convenient to downtown Boise and convenient to my office in Nampa.
The furniture and accommodations were great. The beds were soft. The apartment had everything and anything you could think of the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores nearby and some wonderful quaint restaurants and cafés too, but we cooked several dinners at the apartment which was nice to have all the Items in the kitchen to use.
If we come back as a couple for a week or several days, we definitely would use this apartment again. Communication with Stacy was great ability of getting in and checking out was extremely easy too five stars all the way around. Also, my wife spent a lot of time out by the pool and it was extremely nice and clean and well maintained, and there are actually several ducks that were floating in the pool at the same time. The apartment complex and pool are all very family friendly.

The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside.
Things you should know:
The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well.
The beds are pretty firm, but the couch is very comfortable.
I am not sure if the rest of the apartments are rented out, but I’m pretty sure they are. I didn’t have many interactions with the residents, but it should be noted that the apartment above this one has kids and, what I assume, is a big dog. There will be a lot of noise from running children and a big dog who is very active (but doesn’t really bark).
The neighbors behind this have at least 2 dogs who bark quite a lot.
I understand that this isn’t the owner’s fault, but I do believe that people who vacation here should know that the other units are rented by locals and may be noisy if the same people are occupying those units when you visit.
Lastly, when looking for a reservation for our trip, we specifically looked for a place with a hot tub. This place does have a hot tub, but it’s communal. So, you would either have to drive or walk there due to the unit being almost at the very back of the lot.
But, overall, this is a very good location, very nice unit, and very affordable.

Quiet area, close to everything
We stayed here just a short drive away from downtown Boise. The complex was quiet and everyone was very nice. The dedicated covered parking spot is great, but unfortunately didn't our SUV with roof rack. We managed to get the open parking spots which is a nice option to have! Pantry and kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are huge and spacious. Very nice and comfortable stay.

Good Enough for the Price
Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Neighbors were pretty loud above us. The showers were very clean but needed some maintenance as there was a crack in the master showers floor and the rails were a little loose. Overall it was good for a couple nights but wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than we did.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. Everything was very comfortable, with a seamless check-in and check-out. I would have liked to know about the basic cable TV and especially the DVD player, since there were few channels to watch and we brought no DVDs with us. Everything else was awesome! I'd definitely stay here again.

It has everything!
I used the gym and definitely enjoyed the entire house! I loved the dining room and living room area. It was very open and comforting. I would’ve used the jacuzzi if it wasn’t freezing outside. I stayed alone as my plans changed, but it wouldn’t been a great family home.

Great 3 Bedroom condo... has 2 bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher. Non-smoking, but there is a little hint of evidence in the air that someone had previously smoked in the unit.

Great property owner and the apartment was very clean. Great comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location is very central and convenient. The neighbors upstairs were very noisy the last day we were there but the owner was responsive. Otherwise a great stay.

Short Stay
Common areas need maintained. Not bad for noise until the weekend, on Saturday night upstairs was so loud with banging hollering and running that lasted till past midnight. Unit in E building furthered from pool and grills. No parking for guests. All full. These are apartments with full time families

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! The accommodations we spacious for the two of us, we each had our own bathroom with a room to spare. The location was perfect for us to visit nearby family. Parking was okay, the reserved parking spot was a bit tight. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay here again. Accurate listing, easy process,
Very pleasant stay in Boise. The listing was true to its word. Fantastic DirecTV, but bad internet. WiFi only works in master bedroom. Bottom floor of apartment—you can hear the neighbors, but generally quiet’ish. Hot tub was nice. BBQ was a bit of a walk and in disrepair, but that’s the property manager’s issue. I should dwell on the negative, this place really delivered for the price. Good central location. My 5 person family and dog enjoyed it!

Perfectly Located
We came to Boise to visit family Meridian but also wanted to be close to the parks and downtown area. This location was perfect with really easy interstate access. We were only 10min from downtown and 15min from our family. The apartment was well stocked with pots pans and dishes, there were plenty of towels and blankets and was well cleaned. We had two cars and parking was a bit rough. You get one guaranteed covered parking space with the rental and then there are a number of unnumbered parking spaces that are first come first serve. Every spot in the complex filled every night so if you get back late you will probably have to park a few blocks away and walk. If you only have 1 car then you have nothing to worry about.

Girls trip
We enjoyed your rental, it was the perfect size for us. Only thing we would change would have been to have a cutting board in the kitchen, and updated info about the pool and laundry. The email said to start a load and the paper at the apartment said not to, so we weren’t sure. Over all fantastic experience and we would definitely come again. Thank you!!

Perfect location. Good size condo.
Throughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for 5 nights. Me and my 4 kids, ages 13-20, were in tow. The bedrooms are nice sized. Allowed for everyone to spread out in their rooms, and I had my own nice master bedroom, closet, and bathroom. We were able to use the grill by the pool whenever we liked too.
We were 5 mins from the mall, and 10-15 mins away from everything else, ie. dowtown Boise, waterpark, Freak Alley, grocery stores, restaurants, parks.
The only downfall is Covid related, and out of the owner's control. Would have loved to use the pool more. Limited hours to when the office staff was there. 6pm was the latest it was open.
Will be staying here again for sure. It was quite, we had everything we could need. Easy to find. Clean too (I clean houses for a living, so I look at everything). It was hard to leave.

We enjoyed this property. Although the pool was closed, we met some full time residents and enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Apartment complex
The pictures for this property are of the office of an apartment complex. In would not have booked this if that was the case. Also, there is a number of pets in the apartments around the property we stayed in and the actual property smelled terrible of cats and dogs. It was clean, but did have an awful smell.
