Now available is this 1st floor gem. No more climbing flights of stairs carrying your things. This very large, quiet end unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can easily sleep up to 6 people. Free wireless high speed internet allows you to watch your favorite streaming services after a long day at the beach. Relax on your private balcony and take in the sights and sounds ocean living provides. You can even see the ocean while lying in your bed! The complex offers easy, private access to the beach as well as a large swimming pool.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable KING size bed. A private full bathroom, beautifully designed with tiled shower, direct balcony access and large window looking out over the ocean will make this the bedroom of your dreams.

In the living room you will find wall to wall views of the ocean and another door to the balcony. The airy, comfortably furnished living room features a flat panel TV with a full compliment of cable channels, along with a DVD player and a large DVD library. Fall into a comfy chair or sofa after a day on the beach and watch your favorite show or movie with the relaxing sound of the ocean just over your shoulder.

The fully equipped kitchen (with coffeemaker) will let you effortlessly prepare meals during your vacation and a full size dishwasher will give you more time to enjoy your stay. There is also an outdoor grill on the property should you feel the need to do some serious grilling. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with room for 6.

The second bedroom features two brand new twin size beds, meaning everyone can find a quiet place to relax and unwind during your stay. The large bathroom includes a full tub/shower. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Surfside Beach is known as the 'Family Beach' and is less crowded and congested than other nearby locations. Condo is quiet first floor location with easy access to major roads for groceries and meals. Nicely updated kitchen and flooring. Spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and peaceful waves.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect. Great location, short walk to the beach, and beautiful views! The condo was very clean, loved all the extras provided such as blankets, pillows, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed for our stay. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was also a bonus. We definitely will be staying here again on future trips.

We really enjoyed our stay in Surfside Beach, and the VRBO was great. It is right on the beach, and we waking up and looking out the window at amazing sunrises. The condo has new floors throughout; although some of the furniture is a little dated, the decor is cute and made the place feel special. It was a great place to stay with our dog with easy access into the unit. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk on the beach to restaurants and bars but yet quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned, but after calling Peter, he immediately got someone to clean the unit, and he graciously refunded us for that day. He even offered an extra 3 day stay without payment. Although we couldn’t stay due to previous scheduled Dr appt we had a nice relaxing week. Views were awesome! Restaurants close by & neighborhood was quiet. I definitely recommend staying here.

After a long drive from Ohio, we arrived for this much anticipated vacation with such excitement. I brought my 91 year old Mother, my Son and his family, including a crawling one year old and a four year old. We entered the condo to find dirty linens, filthy conditions and complete disarray. We reached out to the owner who notified the cleaning and management company. Long story short is they never cleaned it. They were supposed to come back and clean it but they never came. So, My 91 year old mother, my Daughter in Law and I began to clean it. It took us 3 hours. It was obvious that this condo had not been properly cleaned for a long time. We had no mop, Swiffer or vacuum. We swept and disinfected all counters. We washed all the bedding that was thrown all over the floors. We were unable to get under the beds to get the plates, pop bottles and bra pads left behind by other renters. I called the owner cleaning company many times. Day two they sent Ginger from the cleaning company. I had her get the trash from under the beds and mop and vacuum the place. Day three had to have a plumber come out to install a new flange to the toilet because it was moving. Three days of vacation totally lost. I was on the phone much of the first three days trying to get help and it was very upsetting. I was told by the owner that they didnt clean it because the vacuum and toliet was broken.But, after the cleaning company owner investigate this he said they dropped the ball. Twin beds worn out.

This would be a great place to spend a week if it was better taken care of. It needs a deep cleaning. Floors and living room furniture need some heavy duty cleaning. Views are awesome. Location is great. Can be a five star rental if it was better taken care of. Pass on linens package it wasn't worth the cost.

Great condo right on the beach. Condo was well appointed with everything you could need. I accidentally double ordered linens. I added them at booking so a reminder that we had them would be nice. Great communication with owner. Package arrived with instructions and parking passes in plenty of time. It’s great having a washer/dryer. I’d love to be able to use outside storage closet for chairs and umbrellas. It was a perfect condo for a great vacation. When we come back to Surfside this will be our first choice. Thank you!

The condo was nice, well arranged, furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The rugs needed to be cleaned better and floors swept more throughly but overall we were pleased with the condition of the condo.

My mother, husband and myself had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The dolphins were wonderful to wake up to and enjoy my morning coffee. The beds were so comfortable and the whole condo was very clean and cozy. Mr. Spina was very easy to speak with and his directions were easy to follow. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We just love this place! The view is phenomenal and the neighborhood feels safe and is great for long walks. There is a dog park a few blocks away for our Lily and a farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday. We found the condo to be extremely clean this visit and stocked with some spices and coffee pods (don't drink regular coffee so didn't use them)! We have already booked our next visit in the fall. Thanks Peter for another fabulous week!!

This was our first time and we're definitely going back. Great location, first floor balcony right on the ocean, well stocked kitchen (utensils, pots and pans) with newer appliances than what is in the pictures. Owner was great to deal with. Highly recommend this unit.

Neat as a pin upon entry, but after a closer look and usage, floors would benefit from a heafty wash; in general, could use a spring spruce up. Furniture a tad tired as well. So a modified face-lift would make this ideal condo a full 5 stars.

Just gorgeous views of the beach. Even saw dolphins. Kept the window open to hear the waves and have never had a better sleep. Weather was perfect. Really enjoyed Murrells Inlet. Lots of restaurants and many are pet friendly. We shall return!

Pictures were as described. Beautiful place right on the beach. I loved the windows in the bedroom overlooking the beach and hearing the ocean waves and spectacular sunrises. Neighborhood was nice and close to everything. The owner made everything very simple to get in and out with ease.

Loved waking up each morning to a beautiful view and magnificent colors of the sun rising on the horizon, seagulls gliding over the ocean and waves rolling toward the window as they broke into the sand. Cooler temperatures certainly don‘t affect the view, The location was perfect. The accommodations were neat and very comfortable. We had a great stay. All communication with the owner prior to stay was thorough, clear, concise, and timely. Easy entrance and departure. We would definitely return.

So much to take advantage of in the area from wildlife cruises to waterparks and rides, the boardwalks and piers, many quality eateries and interesting shops. This property is always clean and quiet and couldn’t be more convenient to Surfside Beach, which is a clean and quiet family beach that we’ve never seen crowded. Last year was our first year at this property, we returned this year and we intend to return each year indefinitely. The view is awesome and one morning we watched a dozen or so dolphins swim by, breaching as we ate our breakfast. The owner is polite and responded quickly when we accidentally misplaced our key. Recommend without hesitation.

Awesome location and even nicer than the pictures. The condo was equipped with everything you need. The only thing we had to buy was toilet paper. There were condiments in the kitchen and a newer washer and dryer in the laundry room All the beach equipt you could ever need in the closet. One of the best stays we have had. Thank you Peter.
