Welcome to Dolphin View! Our beach home is located on Destin's East Pass and the Destin Harbor. It is central to the most popular Destin activities and the harbor. The view of the jetty from our Lanai will occupy guests for hours. You can watch pods of dolphins herd schools of fish along the rock barrier and watch the deep sea fishing boats race toward the gulf in the mornings and return in the afternoon. Take a stroll to Norriego Point, the local beach just beyond the gates of the East Pass Tower complex for the fireworks show every Thursday night at 9 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day, or watch the fireworks at poolside. You'll find our condominium is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, sleeps 6 and has a spacious Lanai accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The Water Taxi (seasonal) is only steps away and will take you across the harbor to your favorite location - NO TRAFFIC!

Really enjoyed our stay at dolphin view. Melissa was great to deal with. The complex had a problem with the air conditioning in the building for about a day but the room had portable air conditioning units in it that we hooked up and kept the condo comfortable. Melissa was very easy to get in touch with and very prompt on answering any questions we had. She even paid for our meal one day because of the air condition problems.

The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need! It made cooking each sight so easy. The host was so wonderful with communication when we had some A/C and power issues that were totally out of their control. We loved our vacation, and we were so sad to leave!

We loved our stay here only wished it could have been longer. Melissa was a great host and communicated very well. The views were gorgeous and convenient to lots of restaurants and activities. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend the condo!

The condo is beautiful, with a nice view, and well appointed. Snorkel beach was a great place to put on some goggles and swim with fish, crabs, even a sea turtle. The boat taxi picked us up at the marina across the street and we were on the boardwalk less than 5 minutes from the time we walked out the door. Melissa checked on us, and when there was a slight issue, she was more than accommodating. We would love to come back and stay again :)

We had 4 adults stay and we all agreed the location, the view and the condo layout was just what we wanted. The water taxi was great to get front place to place. Plenty to do from fishing to relaxing. We all agreed we will be back.

Had a wonderful time in the Destin Area. Condo was very nice and safe. We brought our boat over and was able to use the dock for short term parking during the day and use Harbor Walk Marina overnight. We will definitely be coming back!!

Loved everything about our stay. Everything we expected and more. Our favorite place we have stayed at by far at the beach. Room accommodations were excellent, beautiful and clean. Just felt like being at home.

We enjoyed the location. The kitchen is fully stocked with well kept supplies our youngest baked cookies and we had all we needed. Beds slept wonderful and and sit right over the pool. Melissa was the perfect host checking on us and our needs and updates about the property. We will book again for sure!

We just stayed for a week in October and absolutely loved this place! It was close to everything we needed and we loved the water taxi that took us over to the harbor walk! The condo was very clean, quiet, and the beds were great! We will definitely be back again! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

This condo was in an excellent location. Loved the view, the cleanliness and the fact that everything that a traveler would need was provided. We only had to purchase food. The host provided check-in instructions and all codes necessary for the condo. I have no complaints and would love to return in the future.

The whole family enjoyed the stay. The views were great. The location was perfect for us. The area was very family friendly. The hosts had everything we needed at the condo, from detergents to beach towels and sand toys. Everything was great.

I really enjoyed the location as it is on the harbor and not on the ocean. We located a public beach (O’Steen) nearby and we’re able to walk there from the property. The condo had everything we needed and more.

Stay was great the condo had everything we needed. The owner was very informative and quick to respond. My boys enjoyed fishing off the wall. They found if you use squid at night you can catch catfish pretty easily. We saw dolphins and even a sea turtle when they were fishing. The condo was very surprisingly not crowded at all. The pool only had a few people at a time or none at all. Short walk to Public swim area and short drive/ good walk to Osteen Beech. That is the same area they take people to snorkel, so bring your mask. We would stay here again!

Condo is nicely decorated and has a great location. The pool is wonderful with a great ocean view. Perfect place to watch fireworks.
