About this house rental
New in 2023: Expanded first floor living space includes two brand new bedrooms and adjoining full bathroom. One bedroom has queen size bed with vaulted ceiling and large windows and sitting area, the second bedroom includes two sets of Bunkbeds: twin over full-size beds. This room has a walk-out door to stone patio. Main house now has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Detached Guesthouse sleeps 2-4 and has full bathroom.
This central air-conditioned lakefront home and property has up-to-date furnishings, including linens, dishes, and all indoor and outdoor furniture. It is just awaiting couples and families who want a place to get away from it all, have fun, relax, and enjoy a view of the lake from almost every room and sitting area indoors or out.
This home has ample space for outdoor fun in two yard areas, including a large deck for eating, relaxing, or soaking in the 6 person hot tub. As well, the 100’ stone beach provides walk in access to the lake to swim, fish, or take out one of our kayaks, canoe, or paddleboard during the day, and a natural stone firepit with Adirondack chairs for nighttime fires and smores. Our large, permanent dock has a round picnic table for 6-8 and a double Adirondack chair for the best views of the sunset.
Inside, the first floor has a family room with a large sectional that includes two recliners and a pull out full size bed with upgraded mattress. There is also a 55" HDSmartTV and high speed wifi throughout the house. The adjoining lakefront room provides another comfy sitting area with a spectacular view of the lake from the wall of windows. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with Wolfe stove and SubZero fridge also includes a table by the windows that seats four. The large dining room seats 12 and provides a great space for game playing or guests who need to set up laptops and stay connected while still viewing the lake. The first floor also includes 2 queen bedrooms, a double bunk bed room with all linens included,2 full bathrooms, and laundry room with front load washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.
The second floor boasts a large queen master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake, generous sized bathroom with jet soaking tub, walk in closet and
39" HD Smart TV. There is ample space to set up a crib or air mattress. The second bedroom upstairs also has a comfy queen bed and study area (for work addicts).
Our final bonus bedroom with another queen size bed and full size futon is in the detached, air-conditioned guesthouse in the side yard and includes a full bathroom, TV & cable, refrigerator, and Keurig machine. This area is perfect for another couple, small family, or teens. The picture window provides a gorgeous view of the lake all day.
Another awesome feature of this home is the over-sized screened porch with couches and a table that seats 4 for meals. This room provides another perfect viewing of the sunset and relaxing “outside” even on a rainy or cooler day.
Also available outside for your use is our custom made wood fire Pizza Oven. Create and bake your own pizzas or breads.

I can not say enough positive things about our stay at Serenity Now! The home and landscaping are truly beautiful. The kitchen is amazingly stocked. The amenities amazing even though we didn't use many of them. Laura was wonderful to communicate with and if I had a question she answered it right away. I would highly recommend this home for a special gathering. We will be back!

I took a group of friends and family, 11 in all, to stay at this beautiful house in early April. The house is right on the lake, so the views are beautiful and you can hear the waves lapping on the shore if a window is open.
The hosts were very easy to work with and helpful. The house had most of what you need, and they were clear about what you needed to bring, like shampoo.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a more premium experience in the Finger Lakes region.

This house out does the pictures by a country mile. It's even better than what you see. Spot on as shown. I've rented several houses in the region, over the last several years and this one out does them all by a landslide. Clean....everything you need there.....just a solid 10+ There is not one thing that i can remotely complain about.....oh yes there are 3......They need to install an indoor pool, a sauna, and a Festivus tree....LOL Not that there is anything wrong with that...!!!! The communications with the owners couldn't be any better. A 10 + place to stay with 12 adults and if u need than 10 adults and 4 to 6 kids, A wonderful stay at a wonderful house. Everything you could ask for in a VRBO rental .. Wonderful view, plenty of room for a group of 12. Bedrooms are good size, kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed. Awesome deck. such a great place to make great memories! We all loved our stay. We wished the weather was better, but it did not interfere with our trip. Thank you :)

This property is beautiful and perfect for a family getaway. We loved the time spent at this property. Laura and Mark were wonderful with communication throughout the process of renting and checking on us during our stay. Plenty of room for my family and my sister's family. We were a group of 4 couples visiting the Finger Lakes for the first time. We found this house to be an almost ideal location and the house itself almost defies description. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped….just perfect. And our hosts could not have been more gracious and helpful. We actually stayed in more than we planned because we enjoyed the property so much! How can you summarize perfection? This was our 2nd time staying, with future plans already being thought of. Laura and Mark have thought of everything to accomodate every age. Even though there are many wineries to visit and other area attractions, the call of the deck, lake, wild fowl and those gorgeous sunsets were much more appealing!!

The stay was fantastic. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to communication. The house is very open, and easily accommodated 10 people. Lots of space to spread out, both indoors and outside. You are right on the lake, with beautiful views. The house was well appointed so no need to bring sheets, towels, or kitchenware. We will be booking again.

Check in was very easy. The house is consistent with the description - we were a group of three couples and each essentially had their own bathroom - two were en-suite and one was directly outside the bedroom. The beds were all comfortable and the house was very clean, well equipped, and well organized. . We did not need to use the guesthouse which was another en-suite bedroom. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked ready to go. We did grill and use the lakeside fire pit. There are several places to gather as a group - both inside and out. The dining room table easily handled our group and could have accommodated more. The location is perfect for getting to Geneva with easy access to both Cayuga and Seneca lake wineries. Highly recommended place to stay for couples.

This is a beautiful property and the hosts have literally anticipated your every need. In the unlikely event that something has been overlooked just ask and they will quickly and cheerfully respond. Our family was so cozy and comfortable we rarely left except to get groceries. Serenity Now was the perfect place to reconnect and renew our spirits.

This house is exquisite and immaculately clean! The location, neighborhood, and the property are amazing! This house has so many perks - the views, the amazing beach area and dock, the deck, the house, and the guest house - ALL top notch! Lots of things to do - paddle board, kayak,canoe, enjoy a campfire, sit on the deck and enjoy the views, take a soak in the hot tub - you could have a fabulous time without leaving the house! But if you choose to venture out - many, many wineries, distilleries, breweries, as well as state parks, waterfalls, and other fun things within an easy drive. Very kid friendly as well...toddler bed, high chair, playthings throughout and around the house. Highly recommend and hope to stay again myself!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was so well cared for and the owners were very prompt with any communication. This home is impeccable in every way. It’s clean, comfortable, gorgeous, and well appointed. There are so many nice “zones” to spend time in we didn’t even get to use them all. It has every amenity you would hope for. And the location is amazing! Kayaking, hot tub on the lake, sunset views, fire pit on beach, screened patio, etc. So nice!!

super fun place to stay on the lake
The property was beautiful and the amenities were endless. We had a blast and really enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub, pizza oven, and the kayaks were so much fun to use. We would definitely stay here again! The location was absolutely perfect and close to so many great vineyards and breweries. A few notes just to be aware of when booking: the sound downstairs carries upstairs so if you have light sleepers I'd recommend earplugs as well as eye masks if you are used to sleeping in darkness as the sun is bright in the mornings. Also the shower in the guest house takes quite awhile to heat up and isn't the warmest. These were just minor inconveniences and did not impact our trip or the wonderful time we had.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family absolutely loved this house for our Lind weekend getaway. Everything in the house was even more beautiful than expected based on photos. The house was larger than expected and a perfect setup for our group of 7 adults, 2 children. We loved the view from the large windows along the entire front of house, and the hot tub was a nice way to relax and enjoy the view even further. The house was incredibly equips with everything we needed during our stay, fully stocked kitchen, towels, soaps, etc. We had a blast making pizzas in the pizza oven one day! Highly recommend this property. We hope to be back soon!

This property was perfect for us. The views were amazing and so peaceful. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was an easy drive to restaurants and wineries. Laura and Mark reached out regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The washer and dryer were a bonus! We highly recommend this property!

The home and setting were more beautiful than depicted in the pictures. Gorgeous lake views from the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Beautiful deck and beach with fire pit. Great sound system and fully equipped kitchen. The common areas were all fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little less nice, but still fine. We are a somewhat fastidious group, admittedly, but we found the cleaning to be a little substandard -- some dust in corners and on some out-of-the-way surfaces, and the oven could've used a good scrubbing.

Very nice Geneva rental
We enjoyed our week at Serenity Now! The house is very large and could seat a lot of people, much more than the 8 of us needed. The large deck and screened in porch is where we enjoyed most of our visit. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also fired up the pizza oven and sat around it and ate the pizza as it came out of the stove. It was a little tricky at first, but each pizza we made was better than the last (tip: leave coals on the area you want to cook until your are ready to put the pizza in to keep it up to temp). The yard was spacious and flat, perfect for yard games. The dock is very sturdy and great for swimming off of and sunset watching.

From the booking to easy check-in and check-out Laura was fantastic. Well manicured property, a house to die for and oh ya the Lake steps away from a deck to take in the views or a snooze in the fresh lake air.
We needed a place big enough for the extended family to come up and enjoy the Hobart and William Smith graduation festivities and this property did not disappoint.
Overall great experience and I would recommend for anyone visiting the colleges to stay, easy 12 minute ride to campus.

The house has a beautiful view and even though we had bad weather it was so nice to have a beautiful view of the lake all weekend. The house was super organized and had all the kitchen tools and linens we needed. The hosts were great to work with, let us check in early and check out late, and were very responsive. The guest house was a nice feature for those that wanted to temporarily escape the group for a bit of peace and quiet (ie. This house was perfect for a stay on Seneca lake. Minutes from three brothers, zugibe, bottomless, and ventosa. A short drive to downtown Geneva and wegmans.

The guest house was a nice feature for those that wanted to temporarily escape the group for a bit of peace and quiet (ie. Me, the pregnant one on a bachelorette trip).

The house is extremely well maintained and a separate guest house makes it excellent for two families to have their own privacy when they need. They provide Kayak, canoe and even swim jackets which is great. Kitchen appliances were functioning well with had dishes, cups, mugs and pots & pans. The house is on a quiet street.
We were very happy to have found this property and we will come back someday. This is an excellent house with super hosts!

A gem on the lake, Thanksgiving getaway
Laura's place is one of a kind, perfectly situated on Lake Seneca, we enjoyed every second from when we stepped into the house, so welcoming, very clean, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything else you can think of, this place was one of our best rentals yet.
We enjoyed the hot tub, the view, the fireplace, the blutooth sound system, kids and adults loved it, bottom line we didn't want to leave.
Communication with Laura was great, and there's a How to booklet for everything.
