Breve sosta in un posto molto molto bello

Meravigliosa l'accoglienza, pulita e notevole la camera con vasca! Comodo il letto, molto gradito il bollitore in camera. Buona posizione, vicina a bar e ristoranti.

la tenda sul piano dove c'e' bagno e stanza: ma e' solo un dettaglio

Una camera pulita e confortevole, bagno pulito ed ampio. Posizione perfetta. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Ottima posizione. Molto facile trovare parcheggio. Struttura calda, pulita, accogliente e ben arredata.

Gli ospiti non si accolgono con il mobilio, ci vuole ben altro. Delusi.

Arredamento di qualità e nient'altro.

Diversamente da come proposto fra i servizi disponibili non ho trovato la cucina. Trovo una macchina da caffè con due sole tazzine e un solo cucchiaino. Una sola copertina per la notte soffrendo il freddo. Pavimento sporco con impronte di scarpe in tutte le stanze. Mezzo rotolo di carta igienica. Nessun servizio Wi-Fi.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres avec salles de bains privatives. 2 des 3 chambres ne sont pas équipées de salles de bains privatives. Faible débit d'eau aux robinets. Eau chaude très tiède dans la salle de bains commune. La cuisine est un débarras de linges salle et autres détails. Absences de chaises dans les chambres. Une chambre sans télévision pourtant annoncée. En clair, la description annoncée des prestations ne correspond pas à la réalité. Annonce mensongère . Une prestation prépayée. Nous demandons le remboursement de cette prestation de très mauvaise qualité d'un véritable marchand de sommeil qui a essayé de marchander une réduction de 20 € lorsque nous avons exprimé notre insatisfaction à l'arrivée. Booking.com devrait exclure de sa liste des propositions cette offre qui est une véritable escroquerie ! Nous aurions aimé que la prestation soit conforme à la réalité vécue ! Nous avons été piégé.

Carino, proprietario molto gentile

Il proprietario della struttura è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche fornito le biciclette per poter andare in giro per Parma senza chiederci alcun corrispettivo. Un plus è la possibilità di poter parcheggiare l'auto nella via della struttura senza problemi. La stanza era pulita ed ordinata.

La colazione non c'era, abbiamo trovato soltanto una teiera e alcune bustine di tè da poter utilizzare. La stanza era calda e purtroppo il ventilatore disponibile non faceva molto fresco. Accanto al palazzo in cui vi è la struttura c'è una villetta con 3 cani piuttosto rumorosi.

Una comoda sistemazione, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un appartamento arredato in modo semplice, ma funzionale. Camere ampie e bagno comodo. Molto gentile il proprietario. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione non centrale, ma adatta alla nostra esigenza.

Nessuna nota negativa. Tutto bene.

Very good

The place is elegant, spacious and remote. There are bus stops close to the apartment.

There is mould above the window in the bathroom. There was a strange persistent smell in the bedroom, that I couldn't locate.

Great Place in a Slightly Out of the Way Location

The location isn't bad as far as getting to the main historical/cultural area is concerned--by which I mean Piazza Garibaldi, the Duomo/Baptistery etc. It's a straight shot walking in from the B&B and will take you about half an hour. The neighborhood itself is pretty interesting--multi-cultural and earthy and not at all touristy. Same with the walk into the center but you'll feel safe. Nothing as far as restaurants and cafes are concerned in the immediate vicinity of the B&B but plenty of everything on the walk in with more and more available as you approach the center. The B&B itself is lovely--spotlessly clean and so spacious. The bathroom was by far the nicest of any B&B I've stayed at (the towels though were a bit skimpy). No breakfast to speak of except a coffee machine to make a morning expresso. The owner--a very friendly guy who is unfortunately a Juventus fan--basically just meets you there, takes you through the place, gives you the keys and leaves you to your own devices re. coming and going. This is how I like it though. Great value for money.

If you're walking from the train station it's a bit of a schlep and you might find it somewhat maddening if you're using Google Maps (which struggles mightily with 4-5 point intersections). I just had a small backpack, so the walk wasn't too bad beyond Google Maps snafus, and I would recommend taking a taxi or bus if you have a bag with wheels or have quite a bit of baggage, because it's not always a smooth walk and you might arrive feeling a bit hot, tired and frustrated.

Superb

Bathroom perfect, bed comfortable, everything very clean, owner is nice person. Feels like at home. It is in a good and silent district of the city.

Parking is not always easy (but walking 100 meters is not a tragedy, this is true). Neighbours are a bit loud (the wall must be very thin).

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

The room was very nice, decoration etc and was in a quiet residential area. It was very clean, with good amenities in the bathroom (robe, hairdryer, big shower with hydro massage, towels etc) and others like coffee machine and TV. The bed was comfortable as well. Half an hour walk from the centre but there were nice restaurants and bars at about 15 mins away too. The hosts were quite responsive and helpful, very nice people!

I had not realized that the kitchen was not included for the single room and I was planning to cook but it was ok since I could pick something up and there was plenty of space to eat comfortably in the room. I was a bit cold at night and would have been nice to have a quilt or a thicker blanket.

Very good

Nice and comfortable room and bathroom. We borrow bikes to reach the city centre. Sideseeing the Parma from the bike was an excellent experience. Everything would be perfect, but the lack of air-conditioning was a hard experience, especially since the night was sweltering.

this is a large and beautiful space and it was a pity I stayed one night only, because it is very cozy, with a large kitchen and a nice lounge. totally worth the price.

the bed is a memory foam and not very firm but I guess this is just my preference.
