About this house rental
Gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you could possible want for your getaway! Located 3 miles from the Grand Canyon Railway and one block away from the Elephant Rocks Golf Course, you will have the best of everything. Williams truly is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. The home has everything you could possibly need from King Beds in 3 bedrooms to a hot tub and your own private putting green in the back yard with putter and balls provided. There is plenty of entertaining room inside and out.
Please note...there is no garage access at this time. There is room for 3 cars on the driveway though. There is no street parking allowed.
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes you would need to cook and even many spices. All of the King beds have memory foam toppers. There are TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. They are hooked up to DirecTV and access to Netflix. There is WiFi available throughout the house.
There are so many adventures waiting for you!

This property was everything we needed and more. All the comforts of home were available, which made things a lot easier for our extended family of 13. Each of our 3 adult children and their spouses appreciated the king size bed and large bedroom with adjoining bathroom for them and thier kiddos. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside space was amazing. Many hours were spent on the putting green! We would definitely stay again!

Location was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home. Located in a nice secluded housing addition just a short drive from one of the cutest, quaintest downtowns I have went been to! We really enjoyed the putting green and golf. Nice lake and park a nice short walk. Only an hour from the Grand Canyon.

Perfect location from Grand Canyon. Really cute home with everything we needed. We’re able to spread out. Short drive to Williams. Cute little town with a lot of Route 66 shops. Bearizona is a fun place to visit very close by. We would definitely recommend this home.

Very clean, well equipped. Megan was easy to reach and took care of a minor problem immediately. Super nice furnishing and the outdoor space is great.

This location is close to the freeway. The neighborhood is quiet and has a children’s park. The house looks like a custom build and has a lot of upgrades. The backyard is just like the photos with an outdoor bar, hot tub, putting green, and fire features. It is rare to get a rental with 3 x King size beds. We also used the Murphy bed for our young kids. The inside fireplace was toasty. I was glad there was plenty of room for our food inside the pantry. The owner got right back with us on our few questions on the property. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, beautiful, & comfortable! The backyard was soooo nice…hot tub was great & putting green was so much fun. Plenty of seating was available outside. The neighborhood was quiet & relaxing. Location was perfect for catching the train in Williams to the Grand Canyon for a day! Williams is cute and fun with tons of shopping and restaurants..loved it! Bearizona is very close by..and is definitely worth visiting..small but nice park. The house is within an hour drive to Sedona..we did a Pink Jeep tour there—highly recommend! Host was helpful and responsive to questions. We had an amazing stay, & we hope to have the opportunity to visit again!!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for 2 nights on a Grand Canyon/Route 66 Trip. From booking to checkout, Meagan’s communication was extremely efficient. She was attentive to our every need beforehand and during our stay. She made huge efforts to accommodate us in every way.
The house has a great open feel. We enjoyed the deck, patio and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there were washing machine and dishwashing pods for our convenience.

We were very impressed with this property…the photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and for a family of 8 it was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped. The home was very nicely furnished, so we really enjoyed our time in the space. Sunrise over the desert in the back outdoor space was quite beautiful. Would definitely go back!

We had friends from Texas and Tennessee come out to Arizona to visit the Grand Canyon. This home was perfect. So comfortable, all of the amenities and also quite beautiful. Very close to the town of Williams, the Grand Canyon, Bearizona and the I-40 for our out of state guests. Meghan is a fantastic host, easy to reach for questions and just a delight to talk to. Wonderful property! Location was great and house was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Jacuzzi and golf were a big hit with both kids and adults. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This property was a perfect location to explore the Grand Canyon and the other State Parks. It was clean and very convenient. The hot tub was nice after a long day hiking. The putting green was also a lot of fun. The only thing that would be nice is if it had more kitchen utensils for cooking.

This is a great house! Very clean! Nice touch with the coffee, coffee pods, popcorn, and laundry pods. Very spacious and will rent again in the years to come when we make it out that way from North Carolina. The owner was very responsive when we ran into an issue with the internet being down and had one of their friends in the neighborhood come over and fix it right away! Thank you again for such a wonderful house

Place was great to stay in for a large group with nice furnishings that felt lived in. Had a small issue with some items left out but Meagan was very responsive and had it taken care of very fast. Was nice to have lots of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning with a large group.

The property manager was wonderful. She did everything to make our stay the best. The hot tub was at a great temperature. The house worked great for a family of 8. We just had the most wonderful time.
