Great location. Handy to Pacifica, San Fran., and Half Moon Bay

Very clean house

We had a great stay. We rented the Park Pacifica room which was close to family for Christmas. Nice to have somewhere close and still have our own place.

Edwin was a warm and welcoming guest that made us feel at home. He checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very easy to communicate with. The room was quiet and cozy and very comfortable. The location is superb! Not far from downtown or the beach or the coast highway.

Very quiet and pleasant location in an upscale residential area. Apartment clean and very well equipped. Very nice host. We really liked it and we are happy to recommend it.

No counter space to prepare meals. No sink. Nowhere to eat. TV trays would have been helpful. Sat on the floor at small coffe table. It was too cold to eat outside. Outside furniture could have been cleaned to make more inviting. Backyard is gorgeous; lots of pines. Bed was very comfortable. Brody the dog welcomed us and was never a problem. Sarah who was taking care of things made sure we had everything we needed. Very sweet.

Close to all the cool places to eat and great beaches. We were even close enough to go to the mall to charge the car. Great amenities including coffee, a fridge, and microwave. Better then a hotel and cute as a button. The toilet was amazing!! Host was kind and helpful. Will stay here again.

My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Pacifica. The rental was very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and towels. Everything we needed was included. The kitchenette was well stocked with teas and coffees in addition to the basic appliances. The issues we had were that the refrigerator was not working. It was stuck on the highest setting causing our farm market produce to freeze :( , and we would have preferred the tv to have been cable. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Edwin the owner had great communication. It was about a 25 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. We would stay here again if we return to Pacifica.

The address was hard to find given the odd ordering of the houses' addresses on the cul-de-sac. Called the host. No response. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice bathroom remodel. The "kitchenette" was hidden behind some curtains in the photo. It was actually a closet with hangers right above a mini-microwave and refrigerator that was accessible if on our knees using a flashlight to see the buttons. Food prep had to be done on the bathroom counter as the kitchenette had none. Not enough power wall outlets so there were a lot of extension cords with multi-plugs on each for appliances. The fire extinguisher was on the floor next to the mini-frig. The instructions to turn on the TV didn't work. Called the host who showed up and he couldn't make it work so he left to get his password to log on. He got it to work. He was a very nice man.

Perfect little getaway spot. Quiet and comfy. Nice deck and treetop view. Everything is easy.Lovely hosts. Good location. We'll be back!

Comfortable place near our family!

Nice room, great light, relaxing environment, with a water feature on the deck.

We have stayed here before and it is perfect for two people. Edwin is a great host and we will be back

I loved my stay in my private ensuite in Pacifica. It was very peaceful and loved the tree views from my windows. Easy to get to biotech campuses from this location.

This studio was a comfortable place to stay with every convenience for travelers provided by our amiable host. I appreciated the coffee pot, toaster, microwave and refrigerator for good start to each day. The shower was great and the toilet washlet an added luxury. The neighborhood is quiet.

Easily accessible to San Francisco and UCSF which was our reason for traveling. Comfortable bed and very quiet. We did not see anyone else during our two day stay although we did hear the property dog once (which we didn't mind at all - we love dogs.)

Would stay as one of our choices whemn going to HMB . Only Critizism bed was too soft for my liking!

If I am ever in the area again, this will be THE ONLY place I stay. It was PERFECT. Everything my husband and I needed was already provided. Edwin does out of his way to ensure his guests feel welcomed and at home. Quiet neighborhood, nice and clean space, a few snacks, water and coffee already provided, beautiful scenery, and it was nice and warm even with cooler temperatures outside. THE PERFECT STAY. Don't look any further.

The accommodations, location, and owner (Edwin), were all very nice. Perfectly clean room, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Everything was perfect, until the local electric company shut the power to about 2 million customers, us included. (this was due to wildfires in the San Francisco area....no fault at all to Edwin or his house). The power was shut on our 2nd day, at which point we relocated to San Francisco, where power had not been shut off. Edwin graciously refunded the money for the remaining days of our trip. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay. The room is quite comfortable and has everything you need. In a great location and central to everything you might want to do while visiting the Bay area. Edwin is great as is Brody (the four legged friend we made). We would definitely stay again.

Clean place, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom shower. Sun tunnel in the ceiling of the bathroom, very nice - at first I thought it was a light fixture and could not find the switch for it. Outside the sliding glass door entrance to the unit, there is a hydroponic plant grower which produces a gentle running water noise when the water circulates in it; I found that noise relaxing when going to sleep. Edwin was friendly and interesting to talk to. I would stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay with Edwin in Pacifica. The room is nicely appointed with everything we needed to get our days started. Love that he provides a coffee maker and the fixins. We enjoyed the breeze on the deck just outside our room and gave nice pets to his awesome dog Brody. Edwin also gave us some great tips on where we should visit and made us feel very welcome. The space was accurately described and we were very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend staying with Edwin and loved our stay in this beautiful area.

We had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The owner provided everything we needed and was available with advice on where to go for dinner. Pacifica is a great beach town. We will definitely plan to return and would love to stay with Edwin and Hedy again.

I found the property easy to locate, nestled in a small bedroom Community just south(20 min. drive to Downtown and The Golden Gate Bridge) of San Francisco on US 1. Excellent central location to go north, south and east, to Muir Woods, San Jose, Monterey, and other great spots. Edwin and Hedi were very gracious hosts. Highly recommend either of the two rentals. had I known more about both, I would have gladly paid the extra cost for the downstairs apartment.

It exceeded expectations

For our purposes you couldn't beat the location and the neighbourhood was very safe. We found the room comfortable and quiet. We were visiting our son and his wife and 4 granddaughters and we took most of our meals for the 9 nights we were there, with them. The effeciencies offered by Edwin were adequate for a shorter stay, but the addition of a small toaster oven would have been a bonus. Though you are in a neighbourhood it is one of many elevations within a naturally treed area with a variety of bird life including some very pretty hummingbirds. Watching squirrels running the trees was an added bonus. A real gem.
