About this apartment rental
Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club residences. While staying in the residences, you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include, but are not limited to - 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, children's wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for it.
Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies/patios overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Some of the best snorkeling can be found right off the beaches.
Don't worry about the kids. There's a lot for them to do on the resort property as well.
Hungry? There are plenty of options. You can eat at one of the four restaurants, make your own meals in the residence’s gourmet kitchen, do some grilling on one of the resort's top of the line gas grills or get takeout and delivery service from one of the restaurants on site. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while looking out over the ocean and the lights of St. John.

We own nights in two 3 bedroom residences. Each residence was renovated and refurbished after Hurricanes Irma & Maria and is 1900 s.f. with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, powder room and 3 ocean view balconies/patios. My other 3 bedroom listing is #1512177. We also own nights in three 2 bedroom residences which are listed under VRBO#508231, #1032304 and #1843727. If you need multiple residences for a large party, this can be arranged.
Please note - The 3 bedroom residences at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths, but any time a stay extends through a Saturday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Saturday is changeover day in the Ritz residences. This will be the case no matter who you rent from.
Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 fee per stay for non-members renting at the Club. This fee is per residence, not per person, and it covers your entire stay, whether you're staying one night, one week, or longer. In addition, the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence, not per person, Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare rentals. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

My family stayed in two of the 3 bedroom units. Both were lovely. Bathrooms are quite large and nice. Condo was perfect for the family. Had food delivery from Moe’s that was there when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked. The pools on the Club side were great. They also had lots of games across the lawn for guests to enjoy… ping pong, pool table, kid size soccer goals, bocce, etc. it was a nice touch. Pool had floats and floating seats for guests to use. The Club also had daily activities such as bingo, free snow cones, and drive in movie at the pool. The Club has a wonderful family atmosphere. We did go to the hotel one morning and used those pools, too. The staff are all very friendly and eager to assist. The only negative issue we encountered was a power outage. Power was off for several hours during the day, and on and off in the afternoon and evening. I would definitely recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our experience. The property is gorgeous, the view is beautiful, and the unit is spacious and clean. Even though it's booked through VRBO you still receive all the amenities through the Ritz including concierge service and housekeeping. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends!

Fantastic property. The unit was super clean and conveniently located. I thought we would go to the Hotel side of the property more often, but we primarily stayed on the residence side. It was much quieter and less crowded at the residences, but we had access to all of the amenities of the Hotel. The staff was great at check in, and any time we needed anything. Really cannot say enough good things about our experience.

My family and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Residences St Thomas in December of 2023. I've never rented a time share through VRBO, so I was curious as to how I would be treated as a subtenant of an owner. The check in process was incredibly smooth, the unit was beautiful, and there was no difference in the service I received versus that of the owners on property. I can not recommend this unit highly enough.

The St. Thomas Ritz Carlton is one of the most beautiful resorts on the island! Our 3/3.5 residence was very well kept and very well situated in the complex. We definitely plan to go back.

This is a Gorgeous property! Enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises from the terrace. Staff was always helpful if anything was needed. Plenty of restrooms in the unit which was great for multiple women when getting ready to go out. 5 star stay!

Beautiful condos
We just returned from a week stay in St. Thomas and loved this property. I am very particular about condos or hotels, and this property is top notch. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you need. We rented two condos here..a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom to accommodate our family. Both were great and everyone loved it.
The concierge at the property is very accommodated and helpful. Views are beautiful and property is lovely.
We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel here several times, but after staying in these condos, I would choose these over the hotel even for 2 people. You won't be disappointed here !!

Perfect Stay for Our Group
Excellent experience at this property! They called a few weeks in advance to go over the property and see if I had any questions. We pre-ordered groceries and they were delivered shortly after we arrived. The unit was perfect (just as described) and the resort was outstanding. There was so much to do -- our group had a blast! Now I need to come back here with my wife!

Family vacation
We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again! The property was immaculate, both in the unit and the grounds. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and anything you need for a long stay. Food at the restaurants was great and the drinks even better. A short 5 min walk on a path along the beach takes you to the Ritz Hotel which has even more restaurants, pools, a fitness center and is of course more opulent. It is important to know that the sargassum seaweed is a real problem right now. The beach can not be used and the odor is pretty bad. You can't smell it from the pools but you could definitely smell it from the balconies. This isn't unique to the Ritz, but is an issue everywhere on that side of the island and in the Caribbean in general right now. The only thing I wish we were aware of was regarding the room change. If you stay through a Saturday you might need to change rooms which we were aware of. As I understand it this is because these are Sat-Sat time shares. What we were not aware of is that during this change we would not have a room at all from 10a-4p on Saturday. If we didn't have a 2 year old this would have been less of an issue. Otherwise an awesome family vacation at a beautiful location.

Not what we booked!
We booked and paid in full for a 3 bedroom villa at the Ritz. A few weeks before our trip we were notified that our booking was cancelled! After purchasing 7 airline tickets from Texas and getting requested vacation days we were locked into the dates we had booked. We could not find anything available at such a last minute notice. The property manager gave us a small credit for the change to a 2 bedroom unit. With five adults and two young children, the trip was not at all what we had planned it to be having our four year old grandson on a rollaway next to our bed and my 80 year old mother on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Fortunately the master closet was large enough to accommodate the baby crib. We had maintenance come several days to repair the different air conditioning units that stopped working as well as spray for roaches. Doubt we will try this route again. With the Ritz Carlton name behind the listing, we were so disappointed in our accommodations. Fortunately, the new pool with the water slide was a big hit as well as the hobie cat rentals.

Couldn’t get in the ocean, seaweed everywhere. First day they were not cleaning it up. They did the second day, and dayarted very early. We could hear the tractor and bobcat before 7am going back and forth by our door.

Fantastic Experience
My husband and I are so glad we rented this property. We wanted enough space for my husband and I, our baby, and her nanny to all have our own rooms and be comfortable but still have a 5-star hotel experience. That's exactly what we had. The villa was exactly as pictured. The amenities on the resort and the level of service were what you would expect from The Ritz-Carlton. The host was very responsive. We would rent this property from her again.

Wonderful family vacation
Beautiful property and perfect set up for a vacation for family of 4 adults and 4 older teens. Food choices are somewhat limited but we figured it out. Wonderful time!

Property manager was great, but Ritz management was less than responsive. One of the showers wouldn’t drain and it took 1 1/2 days and 3 calls to get someone up to fix it. Also, WiFi didn’t work for my kids iPads and laptops and it took several hours to get 2nd level tech support to change a setting on hotel WiFi to slow then to connect. Was unfortunate because I had to spend an hour of my time on phone with tech support and even then they could resolve. Also, my kids they were supposed to be doing remote schooling and missed part of the day due to the issue. WasFinally fixed around 3pm. Front desk is quite unreasonable regarding checkout. They told us after the fact that checkout was 10am even though VRBO listing says 11am. Front desk said they would be charging us $250 per hour after 10am. If they attempt to do that we will dispute it vigorously.
