HIGHLIGHTS AT A GLANCE: We are located near the Town Lift in Old Town Park City. SKI-in SKI Out, We are a 5-10 min walk to the ski hill, then ski back down to our driveway. Ski Kings Crown Run, Creole Gultch or Quitten Time back to our Condo. We are a very short walk to Main St. where you’ll find Great Restaurants, Boutique Shops, Art Galleries and more.. Enjoy our 2 Bedroom, with a Comfy Kind Bed & Comfy Queen, with Flat Screen Smart TV’s, fluffy robes etc. and two en-suite fully equipped Baths. With shampoo conditioners body soaps and lotion and Hair Dryers. Fully equipped Kitchen & BBQ with lots of extras, for cooking a great meal. World Class Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding, Biking & Hiking right out the door, not far we have cross-country skiing, tubing, ice-skating, tennis, golf, movies. VAIL, has just bought PCMR, so now you can ski Canyons with your Epic Pass. Park City Mtn Resort & the Canyons are now connected so you can ski over to the Canyon's from Park City Resort. The skiing is incredible, we highly recommend skiing over to the Canyon's, there are lots of new fun long runs & terrain to explore. Just take the Gondola over the top & your in the Canyons. My adult kids and I had a great time skiing Park City and that was made so much better staying at this great spot. It had all the amenities you could ask for and was right under the Town Lift. A brief walk up to ski down to the lift and start your day. Then, at the end of the day, you can ski in to the condo. Hosts were very communicative and very friendly.

Great location for ski in/ ski out, access to main st. Communication with owners was excellent. Only small issue was the shower in the second bedroom didn’t work. Not an issue for two people but might be for more. We didn’t mention the shower to owner during our stay as it didn’t effect us. Would definitely stay here again.

Leslie/owner is great....extremely responsive, and always happy to give recommendations about where to go. Even when fireplace stopped working, with a few instructions from her we were able to get it working in minutes. The guys who plow/shovel the condo driveway and walkway seem to always be there working to keep it clear, even when it snowed day in/day out for the 4 days we were there. A big plus was the under the condo / covered parking, although when it snowed 6+ inches we were unable to get our suv up the steep driveway so was able to park in front of the condo. The bathrooms are a bit small but Leslie has everything there that you could possibly need. The location is great....walk up a small hill to 'ski down' to the town lift or walk/ski down to the main resort lift. Ski in is a breeze. Also, walked to the town every day, which was about 1/3 mile and an easy walk down a series of steps that run between the condos for several blocks.. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!!!

We stayed in this condo in early January for skiing. This was one of the better 2 BR condos in PC I have stayed in. We had excellent communication with the owners at every step and all aspects of booking, check-in, and departure were seamless and easy.
The unit is small, but comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen in particular was well-equipped and the furnishings were comfortable and nicely done. The unit is toward the top of the hill which requires climbing stairs to get back. It's very manageable, but is something you should expect.

This condo was perfect for two couples. Walking distance from a short run down to town lift and close to hiking trails for those who didn't want to ski. I imagine it would be even more accessible when there is more snow! Would 100% stay again. The hosts were attentive when we needed them

After a little hiccup with our check-in, our stay was very nice. The condo has everything that is needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with quality pots and pans (a rarity in a rental) and there were nice touches everywhere that were appreciated (decorated for Christmas, my daughter forgot her toothbrush and one was provided, robes for the hot tub and lots of extra blankets and towels). Be advised - this is only a ski in/ski out home IF the runs to the town lift are open which was not the case during our stay due to lack of snow coverage so plan accordingly.

The place was perfect for a long weekend with a wedding on Sat night. So easy to get to restaurants and hiking trails and the Silly Market on Sunday. Clean, well-equipped with space to spread out.

The property is exactly as listed and great communication during the visit which we did not need anything. A lot of little things on site for cooking, laundry, internet and TV (We connected our computer via HDMI for movies). Beds are comfy and location this is very close to town. Nice trailhead 100 yards away and great access to town lift, PCM is just down the road as well. We would stay again!

This property is peaceful, yet close to the attractions of Main Street. We spent most of our days fishing. This condo was a perfect spot for relaxing after our days spent outdoors. The condo was very clean and had easy parking.

Everything is within walking distance and although a small space, everything was well furnished and the mini AC unit helped greatly during our 85 degree day time temperatures. The owners were very responsive and timely with any and all questions. Great value

Loved this unit. Hosts really have thought of everything and were very responsive to questions. We loved being able to walk to the Silly Sunday market downtown and a quick drive to the Olympic Center for their summer activities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Leslie and Mike’s place is great and the location is hard to beat! We enjoyed multiple hikes and bike rides up into the mountains and downtown Park City provided many options for eating and refreshments afterwards.

Nice, cozy condo exactly as described. Location is perfect with short walk right onto and off the hill, right under the town lift. Walk down and up to Main St. is very easy. Lesley was very responsive and accommodating. Was perfect for 2 couples.

Our host was amazing. Great communication and even assisted with us having Instacart groceries delivered before our arrival. We were staying with a 5 month old and she made sure the pack and play was available and even sent over a picture of the design before we arrived.
The location is amazing as you can ski home right to the front of the condo from creole trail.
We ended two of our days with a soak in the hot tub which was clean and well kept. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot, got to ski in and ski out of the property with a short walk to the slopes! City Lift is right there and you can buy lift tickets, rentals, check in w/pass purchased online!!! Restaurants, shops, grocery all within a nice short walk. Owners were excellent and quickly answered any questions and could help with finding stuff! Gonna go back soon

We had a great time at this cozy condo. It had everything you needed with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was a plus! But the best thing about it was definitely the location. Easy short hike to ski down to town lift. Having a ski in and ski out condo provided a lot of convenience. And the walk down to Main Street for dinner/night life was easy peasy too. Thanks Leslie, we hope to be back!

The Condo unit is incredibly close to everything on Main Street Park City. We were able to park the rental in an underground garage so there was never an issue with snow or ice on the windshield. We were skiing Deer Valley instead of Park City, and there were many options for transportation up (we elected to drive our car) which is a testament to the ideal location.
The condo was clean, and had everything we desired, including a coffee grinder that we made great use of., The fireplace was very cozy and my wife and I enjoyed our evenings in front of it.
The property manager (Leslie) checked in on us to make sure that there were no issues, and even gave us some great local tips.
We liked the place so much we are already making plans to return before the season is over.

The apartment was very quiet and comfortable with a fantastic location. The owner provided the best instructions and helpful ideas (i.e. pickup groceries closer to Salt Lake City before joining the fun and busy Park City area.).

Location - it was 1/2 mile from the base of the mountain and 1/2 mile from town lift
Cleanliness - I couldn't ask for anything more,
Amenities - beside having all that you would expect, it's the small things I was so happy with, large coffee cups, place to store all your items, extra towels, soft linens, comfortable beds/pillows, cozy fireplace, ect

This condo was very clean and the location was amazing! The kitchen was stocked and had so many nice extras for us to use. They also had many extras in the bathroom that were really handy. The beds were comfy and the rooms had plenty of space to store all your belongings. Nice TV's in each room and a cozy family room. It was so easy to walk downtown and to the ski lift. The owners had a great guide book that explained how to use everything and had some great local restaurants listed. They were very easy to get in touch with during our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again. We had a wonderful vacation!
