About this house rental

This great beach house is in the most central location being right alongside the Peregian village, on the high side of Plover Street and overlooking the park and out to the ocean.
The beach, cafes and everything that you need that Peregian has to offer is literally at your doorstep.

This is a great cosy house for close family and friends to come together and enjoy a quiet stay by the beach.

At the entry is a hallway with room to store things you don't want to bring all the way inside.
Entering the main living area you find the dining suite plus a comfy leather lounge suite and a flat screen Tv with some entertainment provided.
Adjoined to this living area is the spacious kitchen with lots of bench space, a microwave, range hood oven, large fridge and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and broom cupboard.
Out the back of the house is a great sized deck with an outdoor setting another seating area and a good backyard space as well.
Down the hall from the main living is the bathroom with a separate second toilet. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub. On the other side of the hall are two bedrooms. One with a king bed. The other is a fun little room that has one single bed and a bunk bed with a single bed on top and bottom and also a single trundle bed stored in the room which can be used for an eighth guest.
Beyond the hallway is another lovely living room which is a great space to quietly read, play some games, enjoy quality time together and soak in the views. It is combined with a dining room also.
There is also another balcony off this room to sit while looking at the ocean.
Next to this second living area is another bed room with a king bed and views out to the ocean.
There is Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

At the ground level and front of property there is a remote controlled lock up garage with enough space for two cars (height restriction for 4WD) and more parking available on the driveway. The house is surrounded by nice tropical gardens and there is an outdoor shower at the side of the house, perfect for rinsing off after the being at the beach.

This house, with it's quirky features and prime location ensures a fabulous holiday experience.

Linen and bath towels are included.

Lock your car away in the garage! The beach, the cafes, the shops (including the IGA and bottle shops) are all just a sort walk away. The house is well furnished in simple beach house style. There is no air conditioning but we found that the house catches great sea breezes and felt very comfortable even on muggy January evenings

We loved our stay at 47 Plover. Beautiful property, great layout and perfect location. Property Managers were excellent. The only disappointment was the photos show a BBQ but when we got to the property there wasn’t one. We will definitely be back if the owners get a BBQ. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Just love this place. Second time our large family of seven have stayed. Our “beach bums” get their fill in the surf, those that aren’t chill out at the home. Plenty of room, airy and spacious.

Amazing stay! So close to the beach and surrounding popular Sunshine Coast areas! Right next to local shops and the house was big, breezy and beautiful! Everyone had a blast and will definitely stay again!
