Suited my requirements.

Clean , friendly service. Free parking , good price. Would definitely stay again.

Dark in bedroom, it is what it is.. single room downstairs, good price, another pillow would have been nice.

Terrible.

The woman at reception was very friendly/polite.

I didn’t like the place at all, smelly, windows don’t open, spider infested, dirty, stains all over the carpets, beds very uncomfortable. Not worth the money at all. The first room I went in smells of drugs. In my opinion this house is unfit for people to stay.

Hi, there was no hot water for 3 day og my stay. 4 day it was just a warm water. Place was very dirty and ask for the bedding to be replaced which they gave not. Stuff was not friend and not helpful. I also was burnt in the first room when the shower suddenly jetted out hot water which then I had the second room with above issues

It should be called "The crack den".

Everything. It should be called "The crack den". Filled with drunk rowdy contractors there was black mould on the bedroom windows and in the bathrooms, no toilet paper anywhere, my room smelt of old sweat, the hallways stank of cannabis, fresh towels were left in hallways on the heavily stained dirty carpeted floor and parking is atrocious - I was blocked in twice so I couldn't leave and upon complaining to staff they simply shrugged their shoulders and refused to look through paperwork to identify who's vehicle it was. The reason I was given is because they'd have to look through the paperwork to find out who it was...unbelievable.

so much potential - need refurbishment

shared kitchen ( but need more appliances ) washing machine and dryer very big room , you can not open the window for air circulation but is because the windows are amazingly insulated

room is very humid and unfortunately was only cleaned 2 times in 14 days of our stay I heard the cleaners on a Saturday morning walking around and then state : is not that bad . and walked out straight away this place has so much potential but is so dirty and stinky

Uncomfortable

Was in a good location on the A1 southbound.

The shared house looked like is hasn’t been touched up in years, outdated. Other people staying there were smoking weed so the house stank of smoke and drugs. The rooms were okay however it was mega stuffy. Understand you can’t help the weather but you can’t even open the windows to allow some fresh air in there.

No Breakfast, self cratering, do not leave anything in the fridge as someone else will steel it

if you like the crack den experience then this is the place to stay

not a great deal

noisy, not clean and not managed in anyway, can’t keep food I. the fridge as it will get stolen, people obviously smoking and taking drugs, the house has cctv but I guess it’s not looked at or managed. not a place to feel safe or relax.
