Quick midweek stay
The decor was very cheery. The standard king room was pretty spacious, comfortable & very clean.. The pool facilities and staff were terrific. Loved our stay.

Disappointing
Few blocks to Broadway. Big spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice pool with a nice pool attendant. Starbucks in lobby.
Rude staff. I was told we could get a late check out until 1pm and then there was space to work on the 2nd floor as my fiance needed to work remotely. They charged me an extra $200 to stay late and there was nothing but couches on the second floor. I asked if there was access to the conference rooms to which I was told no because they were giving tours. Parking is $57 a day. Shower design is poor and water floods the floor as there is no door. I stayed from a Thursday to Monday and they were out of conditioner the entirely of my stay. When I asked for it, they just said they were out of it. The floors in all common areas were sticky and dirty. Homeless people were constantly in the lobby and using amenities. It is misleading that the highway music row happy hour was at the hotel… it’s not. It’s many blocks away but website makes it seem like it’s on site. We asked twice for new towels and bed sheets- we weren’t given them. This hotel is definitely NOT worth $400 a night

Not worth the money. You get Holiday Inn service at a luxury hotel price.
Excellent location. Friendly staff EXCEPT housekeeping.
1). Housekeeping was rude, did not speak any English, and you had to ask them to clean your room. We were at the pool for 4 hours and they never came. I politely asked when they were coming and said we could go back to the pool for longer and she motioned that they had a list of rooms and were not cleaning our room that day. For what we paid, that’s AWFUL. 2). The service elevator is the same as the guest elevator (2 out of the 3 main elevators also open from the rear and you see a filthy work room). Staff would push giant carts of trash or dirty towels onto the elevator, push guests up against the wall, the stench was disgusting, and most of the time they made guests wait while they stopped at several floors. For what the hotel costs to stay there, it’s truly shocking and many guests lamented to each other over this insane decision by hotel mgmt. 3). The hotel is a beach (Buffet) theme, but there are only 3 hooks in the entire bathroom to hang all your bath towels and wet swimsuits. The door to the bathroom is a barn door (lacks privacy), but the worst part is there’s no towel bar or any way to hang hooks on a barn door. 4). Not enough chairs at the pool. Impossible to get a chair. Hotel is too expensive to not offer chairs at the pool.

It was ok. But for the price the other hotels around offer better custumer service.
The rooms are nice.
They had no Bellman to help with Luggage for the price they dont make custumers feel welcome.
