2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Private Top Floor in the Heart of Downtown Nashville! Includes an additional office space with more beds. This beautifully restored loft boasts brand new amenities, rustic yet modern decor, as well as a star-studded view of historic downtown Nashville. Located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a historic building on 2nd Avenue N, just seconds from Broadway, our loft delivers a truly unique opportunity to put yourself directly in the heart of Music City!
Rest assured - no car is necessary to experience all Nashville has to offer, as there are endless entertainment options right outside your door! This loft is surrounded by an array of decadent restaurants, museums, music venues, country music-themed honky-tonk’s, and shops. Nashville also has several bike rental stations around downtown if you wish you expedite your downtown travels. If you decide to explore outside of downtown you can easily utilize one of the rideshare or taxi options since they are often just minutes from your location! However, if you do decide to bring your car, or rent one in town, there are several parking garages you can pay to use (including one a block away) and limited metered street parking since we do not offer parking.

This loft comes outfitted with 2 spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and a bedroom that has been converted from an office to offer 2 additional full-sized beds.
- BEDROOM 1: has a queen-sized bed, complemented with an elegant headboard, side table, and ceiling fan.
- BEDROOM 2: is as versatile as it is beautiful. A hand-made, wood bunk bed occupies the room featuring a twin over full-size setup.
Both standard bedrooms come equipped with private full-sized bathrooms, in addition to the main bathroom. The granite counter-tops, intimate lighting and elegant finishes will ensure your utmost comfort.
Additionally, we also offer a third sleeping space with two full-sized beds and full bedding. Originally, this room served as an office so it is open to the hallway. However, it offers a comfortable sleeping environment for larger groups. If you are still in need of some extra sleeping space, we also have a large couch that is equally as cozy!
The diversity of our loft is evident in our spacious layout. Whether you residing alone, traveling with a small group or packing a full house, we’ve got you covered. Our dining room features a hand-made picnic-style table with seating for 6-8. The lighting, artwork, aged brick and restored barn-wood each play a significant role in the calming ambiance of the dining room. The kitchen gives you all the conveniences of modern-day cooking in your own home. Hard wood cabinets, gas stove with hood, and fully stocked dinnerware make large and small scale cooking a breeze. There is also a neighborhood grocery store located within 2 blocks. Our living room features 10-foot ceilings and plenty of seating for everyone so our loft will surely accommodate you and your guests.
The loft also has an elevator that will take you from the 3rd floor to the 1st and opens into Mike's Ice Cream and Coffee Bar! The elevator has a key that will allow you and your guests exclusive access to the 3rd floor so no worries there! You are welcome to use the Mike's Ice Cream's front entrance during business hours, 8am-12am 7 days a week (Summer Hours - Memorial Day to Labor Day) and 8am-11pm Sun-Thurs, 8am-12am Fri & Sat. (Winter Hours - Labor Day to Memorial Day). There is a separate entrance to the stairwell when the shop is closed, or to use at your convenience!

This is my second time here and I love it. Close to Broadway and easy

Perfect location if you are looking for a place in the heart of the action, about half a block off Broadway. There was a lot of construction on the front street, part of the rebuilding effort after the 2020 bombing. It is a little weird going into the ice cream shop to get to the elevator; plus you have to use the stairs off the back alley after midnight because the ice cream shop closes. All in all, we really enjoyed or stay.

Girls golf trip, there were 3 of us that stayed at this loft and it worked out great. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The loft was perfect spot to Broadway not too close and perfect walking distance. Would highly recommend this place.

The loft is amazing! So much character, ample space, and PRIME location combine to make this one of the most enjoyable properties I have ever stayed in. What really pushed it over the top is how amazing Sarah was! She was available and accommodating and truly made us feel like guests rather than renters. 100% would stay here again and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Nashville.

The loft is in a great location. Short walks to restaurants, shopping and Broadway. Its also really cool inside… the pictures don’t do it justice. There were 9 of us on our girls trip and we had plenty of room to sleep, to all get ready at the same time and to all just hangout in the living room or kitchen. Sarah was always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place!

Nicely furnished and comfortable. Broadway less than a block away. Wild Horse Saloon directly across the street, so this is a pretty happening location. Luckily bedrooms not on street. Thoughtful host. Great communication.

My husband, myself and 2 adult children stayed at the loft during CMAFest 2023 and cannot say enough good things about this rental. The location was amazing! So close to Broadway and all the activities during the festival. The host was very accommodating and always accessible. The loft had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of coffee, snacks, even creamers and milk in the fridge! We will definitely return!

Beautiful historic building, perfectly redone with 3 full bathrooms and a terrific open kitchen, dining, lounge space. Having the elevator open to the 1st floor coffee/ice cream bar adds even more awesomeness to the stay...

We’ve been going to Nashville for about 8 years and have always stayed in different vrbo’s. This was by far the best one! Location could not be better, decor and architecture is very unique and authentic. Had a few small inconveniences pop-up and the host was extremely attentive, also allowed us to check in early as our drive ended up being quicker than we expected. I HIGHLY recommend this spot if you want a genuine Nashville experience!!!

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, so close to everything. The beds and furniture were comfortable. There were all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. The pictures didn't show this but there's a large dining table that was great for dining and playing games.
I recommend the ice cream downstairs, pizza at Stillery, blues music at Printers Alley and breakfast at Another Broken Egg.

We are frequent visitors to Nashville, and prior to the bombing in 2020, had primarily stayed in rentals on 2nd Ave. Over the years of trips and stays in several different 2nd Ave. locations, we had somehow missed this unit in our planning. We're so glad to have found it for this trip to enjoy some music and the Bengals/Titans game on Sunday. The loft is clean, cozy, comfortable, and better-equipped than any other rental we've stayed in downtown. Access to everything is super convenient, it has good hot showers and very comfortable furniture, and you get full advantage of network and dish options for the time you just want to hang-out and watch a little TV. The view from the loft overlooks the south end of 2nd Ave. Will you get some noise? Sure.... that's true of anywhere downtown that is in the vicinity of the honky tonks. But even in such close proximity to the nightlife and crowds of Lower Broadway, it's not enough noise to make your stay uncomfortable. We got great sleep each of our three nights in the loft. Sarah, your host, is fantastic to deal with, will make sure all your needs are meet during your stay, and is there to greet you on arrival and walk you through all the important details regarding the unit. Did I mention the loft is positioned above one of the 2nd Ave. ice cream shoppes? It was chilly in town during our stay, but warm in the loft, which made for a perfect afternoon to enjoy a milkshake as we watched OSU/Michigan the Saturday of our stay. The ice cream shop is a nice bonus to staying in this unit with tons of great flavors and superb service, but the personal touch from Sarah really set our stay apart from our other trips to town. This was the first time ever that we actually met and spoke to a property host thru any other means than e-mail. It's hard not to appreciate that. Thank you Sarah! We'll definitely be back and look forward a a future stay(s) with you.

The place was adorable, clean and great location. The only issue is noise. Which only makes sense because you are in the heart of the party. There is also noise from back alley from trash trucks and construction. It was worth having the music and party noise to be so close and able to walk everywhere!

I went with my girlfriends to Nashville for my Bachelorette party. We stayed at this property and we loved it! You have no neighbors, so it’s quiet when your ready to sleep. It was clean and she left snacks and a few drinks for us when we checked in. The location is perfect to walk to everything in the lower broadway area. I highly recommend this place if your going with a large group!

This was our second time staying in Nashville. I was bringing my young adult girls with me this time so I wanted to make sure we found a spot close to Broadway.

Great Nashville girls' weekend
Interesting property in a great downtown area. We had seven ladies, all family members, ranging in age from 23 to 69, in Nashville for an overdue birthday weekend. The music was pretty loud into the night, but we could walk to everything. It's a great location.
