Our Short Term Rental # 200003.
In the spring 2015 all new appliances, furniture, beds, linens, kitchen ware with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. 3 Queen beds sleep 6 adults, a pull out sofa will accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. Gas fireplace, AC, cable TV , DVD player and WiFi. A few local antiques round out the decor. Small sitting balcony and lower level deck. 2 1/2 baths with updated fixtures, lighting and layout. Adirondack themed decor and quilts. Comfortable, relaxed, clean. Board games and a Foosball table in the lower level, along with a full laundry center make this your home away from home. In 2018 all new windows were installed.

This property was fantastic! The townhome was located in a quiet, peaceful community. It was very clean and had all the extra amenities we needed. It was close to the town of Lake Placid with easy access to roads in and out of town and perfect for 3 middle aged friends vacationing together. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I return to Lake Placid.

Everything was awesome
We stayed here in mid-August - two adults and three kids, ages 7, 10, and 13. We have stayed at dozens of rental properties over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was one of our favorites. It’s incredibly clean and well stocked. Family friendly kitchen. Spacious laundry room. Clean and comfortable bathrooms. Cozy family room. The townhouse complex is quietly set back from the main road. The neighbors are super friendly. And the location is perfect for getting around Lake Placid and the Adirondack region. With the construction on Main Street in Lake Placid, we just left our car and walked into town, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. If you enjoy cycling, it’s a great launching point to many of the popular routes around the area. Highly recommended!

The property is perfect for any event or vacation in Lake Placid. I was there for Ironman. Close to downtown. The property is spotless. I think the owner may have bought all new kitchen items or the cleaning company she uses is fantastic. She is easy to contact. If you are doing the race next year book now. This one won’t last.

The property was perfect. Clean. Easy to find with step by step directions. the kitchen was decked out with anything you could possibly need for cooking. My kids loved having their own bedrooms and they loved the foosball table! Beds comfortable. I truly felt at home here. couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owner was communicative, ahead of our stay, so we knew everything we needed to know when we arrived.
My wife kept commenting on how clean it was. Everything we needed, to make meals, was there for us. The place held our five adults and three kids fairly comfortably - it's probably better for seven people, but we made it work.
The kids loved the foosball table downstairs. With the door closed, we couldn't hear the noise on the top floor, which was a bonus.
Heat was good. Parking was good. It was a short drive into town and not a bad drive to Whiteface, either.
For about the same price as a hotel, this was a great solution for our family meet-up.
I would stay there again.

Our family has stayed in this unit twice---we love it so much! We came to ski Feb 2016 and returned to see the fall colors in October--both beautiful times to be in Lake Placid! We return to this particular unit because it's so clean and easy to use! Love the Adirondack decor! We feel like we are the first guests to use everything: beds, dishes appliances, etc. We came with a gang and just as a couple and the condo works for both situations. We LOVE parking the car at Pinehill and walking everywhere! We'll be returning soon!

Our stay could not have been better! The kitchen has brand-new appliances and the bathrooms are gorgeous. We loved the Adirondack theme of the unit, but we especially loved how close the unit was to town- walking distance of everything including the lake, shops, and restaurants. The fall colors during our visit were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was extremely clean and our bed was SO comfortable! The owners are very accommodating and left a list of recommendations for us upon our arrival, as well as instructions on how to work everything in the house. My husband and I are already planning our stay for next summer!

Stayed in this unit before the remodel; it was great then and better now! Convenient (and walkable) to downtown LP and great restaurants, close to horse show grounds, ski jumps, Mt Van H, Ironman, and is a head start to Whiteface! Great place and awesome, cozy upgrades!
