About this apartment rental
Look no further - you've found a little piece of heaven! This unit is a third floor east side corner beachfront unit with panoramic beach views...one of the best spots in the building! This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating and a 65 inch flat screen TV with streaming and live direct TV. Dining table seats eight comfortably with 3 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of extras compared to your standard rental unit. The wall of windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light and views. Take in the breathtaking beach and ocean views from the main living area. Access the extra large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom and enjoy seating for eight.
*BEDROOMS: The Master is separated from other bedrooms with King Bed, 42 inch flat screen, balcony access, water views & en suite bath (tub, shower, 2 vanities. The two guests suites have queen beds with 32' flat screen TV's with their own adjoining full bathrooms (tub/shower combos with one also having hall access). This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room off the main entry hall. Forget the sleeper sofa! There are three comfy twin beds for kids to sleep or lounge in and have their separate area. They can use the hall access to the full bath that is adjoined to one of the guest suites.
*AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

The condo was very nice and plenty of room for 9 adults and 2 small children. It was filled with everything you’d need in a kitchen and lots of games to play. Balcony was a PLUS! Excellent views. Very secure having to enter codes at several areas. Nice grilling area and pool. My only complaint is the beach area. You have to rent chairs if you want close to the water. The beach on each side is private. But we accommodated and had a wonderful time. The area inside and out was very clean

Nice condo with lots of rooms for a family. Kitchen set up was nice with plenty of cookware for family meals. Balcony was the favorite as it was a perfect view over the ocean and pool. We would stay again.

This unit was clean, has great views of the ocean & is everything that is advertised. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Only issue is that we had several small infants in our group that need shade & there are no tents allowed on the beach.

Positive - Balcony amazing for beach view. The condo furniture was nice.
Negative- A 12 inch dead rat laid in the entrance of the property for 3 days. The pool was cloudy the entire time we were there. We had to vacuum the condo upon arrival because there were pretzels on the floor and on the balcony. The rugs in the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. We moved them and did not use them. Bugs crawled up the wall behind the stove every morning when I would start breakfast. The microwave went out the 3rd day we were there, but the did replace that immediately.

What a wonderful condo. Exactly as promised. Great location and great views of the pool and beach. beach service was easy and efficient as well. Thanks for being such great hosts! Will stay here again. Plenty of room and a fantastic main room for relaxing. Patio was awesome too!

My family and I stayed here for a week. The property is beautiful in a fantastic location. Views from the balcony are priceless and the condo is right on the beach. All in all, we had a wonderful time the whole week until the last day of the vacation when I had to make a trip to ER due to the window in the apartment falling on my head. As I slid up one of the kitchen windows to open it, it came out of it’s track and came down right on my head. This resulted with me getting a concussion. My dad looked at the window and it appears that the mechanism that holds the window in place was broken. I communicated this to the property manager and still haven’t heard back anything. Not sure if that window is being fixed, it’s a serious safety concern.

Everything was great. I loved that the patio is truly beachfront. The beach is not too busy. The parking, elevator and carts made check-in and grocery runs really fast. We would definitely return.

Wow! What a view!
True to previous reviews, this condo is beautiful, very spacious, very well stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a true delight for both adults and kids for a week's vacation. The ocean views are spectacular, with the breezes off the ocean at times strong enough to drive folks inside off the porch. The pools is a welcome respite after a day riding the waves, with underwater lights for evening swims. Truly a great way and space in which to spend a week!
