Located on the 14th floor where gulf/beach views can been seen from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom, our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This condo has all the comforts of home such as Flat Screen Smart TVs with Free Netflix and charging stations in every room.

Beautiful tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen features granite tile countertops with all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. New furniture throughout the unit, including new Sealy mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. The condo is equipped with stackable washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. Outdoor balcony has a lounger, chairs and a table.

The condo is a middle unit on the east end of the building, giving our guests the best of views... the glistening sand and the vast blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. Plan your day in paradise as you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the sunrise as it shimmers across the crystal clear water.

Pelican Beach Resort is first class with its amenities. The location is right across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, and near many great restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools, one strictly outdoor (with waterfall) and an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, kid zone(child care) sauna and a hot tub.

There is an extra large sun deck, great for tanning and socializing, located right next to the Tiki Hut, adjacent to the pool. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis and basketball court, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.

The condo was beautiful! We had an ocean side view from the balcony that you could access from the master bedroom or the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and I’m pretty picky so to say the least, it felt like I was at home, but with a better view. There were no complaints from me, nor my family. Everybody loved the condo and it was a great experience.

Comfortable, clean, great location, and SO much to do in the area. Pictures are accurate. Well stocked kitchen (although could have used more TP add trash bags) and beach supplies provided. Master bathroom shower was very nice. The second bathroom tub is unusually high. Would be good for bathing children but not for elderly getting in or out. We would rent this condo again!

2nd bedroom mattress not good dipped in areas. Door in bathroom really needs fixed getting into bathtub was a little too high for someone older. Bed I’m master really good. Liked the selection of pools. And exercise center. Remote control in master needs replaced. Only way to turn channels was to be right up on it. Loved view very clean

Great condo! Our only negative for the condo unit itself was the showers The water pressure in both showers were not great at getting sand off. We always felt that we had sand on us even after showering. The beach access was not what we thought we would have. Prior to checking in, We were told we could rent chairs and umbrellas for a day. We weren’t told there was a price for that (as in not free). We weren’t told that you can’t set up chairs/umbrella in front of the ones you rent so we had to set up our stuff way behind the three rows of chairs/umbrellas from the company. So in fact we were not right at the shore. Not only that but the rentals went all the way down so we had no choice. If I had known that prior, I would not have booked this particular place since we had a child wanting to build sandcastles at the shoreline.

Amazing property and views! Owner is very easy to work with. We really enjoyed this property and spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the views and relaxing. The property has amazing beach side drink and food service that really came in handy. The beach was a very short walk away. Some past places we have stayed at, had long walks to the beach I used to dread.

Property was easy to get to and parking was convenient. This condo was as just as it was represented on VRBO. Little glitch with the condo not being cleaned upon our arrival, but the owner responded immediately and took care of getting that handled for us in short order. Thank you!! Enjoyed our stay there. We enjoyed the condo. Very clean. Great amenities. The only complaint had nothing to do with the condo but with the resort. If you don’t rent the beach chairs you have to sit behind them and your ocean view is obstructed all day. You are also not allowed to go outside if the private beach on either side to obtain a better view.

Condo is nice but it’s a side view of the gulf. The building is under construction which I wish I would have know about because it was noisy during the day from 8-5 when sitting on the patio.Condo was not cleaned when we arrived but someone came immediately to clean it. Owner gave us back our cleaning fee and said that he would pay for out lunch but he did not. My niece visited for a few days and there weren’t any sheets for the pull out, she brought her home. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes.

The property looked just as shown in photos. Very spacious, well stocked and taken care of. Two full baths and laundry. Air worked great as did all appliances. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Beautiful beach, pools and nice friendly staff.

Before our trip even began the property manager was excellent at communicating! He kept us up to date with all of our check in information and even gave great dinning tips for the area. The condo was exactly as described! The resort itself was wonderful. The only thing we were disappointed about was the arcade area had removed a large portion of the games. The Cafe and tiki hut were amazing though! The drinks were perfect and they even have waitresses thay come through the pool areas. The food at the Cafe was wonderful as well! We enjoyed all of our vacation and would highly recommend this condo again!! Thank you for being such a great host!

Comfortable furniture, awesome sunrises and view of the gulf from the living room and balcony, and easy access to the beach to walk. This condo has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bing your own hangers for clothes We loved having the washer and dryer to use. We also loved the colors used in the condo, beachy and soothing. Oh, another plus, everyone we met at Pelican Beach was so friendly! I was thrilled to see dolphins several times offshore when I walked on the beach.

This beautiful property was just as described in VRBO, or maybe even better! The view of the gulf was breathtaking. We found everything we needed for preparing meals if we wanted to cook. The location of the property was close to a big choice of restaurants as well. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for our post Thanksgiving stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to make a return visit.
