"Sandy Feet Retreat" is a Comfortable Beach House only a Half Block from the Beach. This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers many extra amenities; Weber Gas Grill, Beach Chairs, Cornhole, Outdoor Shower, Beach Toys, Rolling Cooler, Boogy Boards, and an optional Golf Cart available to Rent. It is perfectly located in Surfside Beach, only 1 Block from the Playground and walking distance to the Surfside Pier and many great restaurants.
Sandy Feet Retreat offers comfortable bedding and Flat Screen televisions in all bedrooms. We also have a "Beach Life" Golf Cart available to rent for $225 per week and variable rates for shorter stays. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and tile flooring. The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, Keurig and standard drip coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, steam-pot, toaster, blender, Crock-Pot...Perfect for cooking in any style.
The living area offers an open floor plan, a Large Smart TV, a DVD player, Wifi, and two couches (one is a sofa bed). There is a Laundry Room with a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The sleeping accommodations offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have comfortable bedding, Flat Screen televisions with Roku and Spectrum Cable. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a 'Jack and Jill' full bathroom with the third bedroom. There is also a desk and chair in the second bedroom for all of your remote work and school needs. The third bedroom is perfect for children but also comfortable for adults. It has a full-size bed, a bunk bed (with a full-size bed and twin bed on the top), and a twin trundle bed. We also have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Outdoor amenities include a front porch, covered parking, picnic table, Weber Gas Grill and Charcoal grill, Cornhole Boards, Beach Chairs, and outdoor shower. Pets welcome!! We also have a security camera placed on the front porch for additional security while the home is vacant and during turnover, however, we do not keep it on while you are occupying the home.

Sandy Feet Retreat is conveniently located close to many of the area's best attractions. The home is only a few blocks from the neighborhood park/playground. The Surfside Pier is 3/4 mile from the home and offers pier fishing, ice cream, and an oceanfront restaurant. There are several other excellent restaurants in this area; River City Grill (Excellent Burgers), Pizza Hyena, Chimichanga Lama (Great Mexican), Gracious Pig (Yummy BBQ), and Neil and Pams (Fun Karaoke and Great Breakfast). Garden City Beach is directly South of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Café, Garden City Pier, Original Sam’s Corner, and Sara J’s Seafood Restaurant.
Just a few minutes South of Surfside Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the 'Seafood Capital of South Carolina". Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a half-mile boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 business. Brookgreen Gardens is also located in Murrells Inlet and features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo. This has been our 4th year at this house. So enjoyed the stay! Always clean. The beds are so comfortable and the house has everything you need. We love taking the golf cart out in the mornings for a spin around the neighborhood. The neighbors on each side of the house actually live there year round and are very friendly. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Our family had a wonderful time here and we would strongly recommend this property. It is a very short walk to the beach. House was clean and provided everything we needed. The surrounding neighborhood/community felt safe and friendly. The golf cart was a nice option as well.

We had the most amazing stay at Sandy Feet Retreat! This place has everything you need for an easy, relaxing and fun time. Great location to beach, pier, and restaurants. Rent the golf cart for extra fun. Hosts were amazing to deal with, cannot say enough good things about this experience!

Our stay was great and the house was great for our family of 6! It’s a very quick walk to the beach and we used the golf cart mostly for evening rides with our kids (ages 6-11).
The house was set back from the road and very quiet. It was also very well stocked- lots of trash bags, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ect- much more than is typical for a rental.
There are also so many things close by- a shaded playground a few blocks down, lots of local restaurants, and two piers within golf-cart distance. Will definitely stay again!

House was clean and well stocked. Comfy beds. Perfect location. Very close to the beach...376 steps from the front door to the water at low tide...my husband tracked it! Close to great restaurants as well. We were able to take the golf cart almost everywhere we went...such fun! Hosts were fantastic with communication. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We had a great time staying in surfside. This house was exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. We ubered to the Marshwalk for $11 and walked to Neal & Pam’s in 10 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Would stay here again.

We came for a Jeep event. Never having been to Surfside, we really didn’t know what we were in for. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Location to the beach was an easy short walk, which we did often. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance (if walking is your thing, if not there is a golf cart onsite for rent which would give you more options). The house was comfortable, giving us everything we needed. Only downside was we didn’t want to leave. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

This is our second stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. It very much feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Very quick and easy walk to the beach. The golf cart makes carrying chairs and umbrellas so much easier. Great property for a fall getaway.

We brought my mother for her 80th birthday. The property was “as listed” and we had a great time. It was even closer to the beach than we expected. We walked on the beach every morning to watch the sun come up. Nice property.

We have rented this beach house for the past 3years and plan to rent it again next year. The house is always clean and stocked with whatever we need in the way of kitchen and beach items. We love riding the golf cart around Surfside and to the local restaurants. We bring our Boxer and have plenty of room to put up his Ex-lg kennel in the living room. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the big dog.
Ashley is so easy to work with and very quick at answering questions.

Great little house in a great spot. Honey and beachy, didn’t feel like we shouldn’t be there. Wanted to have a week of family time before dropping our daughter off at Costal Carolina for her freshman year. Easy access to Conway, where her school was. Easy access to Murrells Inlet, which had great dining and shopping. Tons of stuff close by to do. And super easy access to the beach! Rent the golf cart! Beautiful sunrises, super clean neighborhoods, and super friendly residents. We vacation every year down south (we are from Cape Cod) and this house, by far, was the best stocked with linens and kitchen wares that we have ever rented. I've rented several homes in Garden City over the years and this is a great vacation home. It's conveniently located, welcoming, CLEAN, and has lots of efficiencies. Beautiful home, short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Lots of extras included. The mattresses were the best that i have ever slept on during vacation. They are usually horrible. We actually got good sleep. Nice neighborhood to walk our dogs in. My family and i had a wonderful vacation

The property was as described and just a short walk to beach. Having golf cart was a plus as it was fun just to drive the kids around the friendly area. Host was very easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We just finished an absolutely terrific stay! From the onset of booking, Ashley has been more than wonderful to work and communicate with - a genuine pleasure. The home and location were just as advertised. Home was very nice, clean, spacious - felt like home. Location was ideal with super short walk to the beach and simple golf cart rides to golf, grocery store, gas station, coffee, ice cream, restaurants and bars. Golf cart was ideal! Neighbors were wonderful - Tom and his wife were a huge asset from the moment we arrived - friendly, smiles, great advice! Our adult family of 4 and Golden Zoey had an amazing time and kudos to Ashley for the home, set up and communication. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommend!
