Our family just spent the weekend at this beautiful house, that has an amazing view right on the water. Our kids loved it and spent all day playing in the sand and searching for seashells. The house was impeccably clean, and the fixtures are all new. The property manager, Meredith, was extremely helpful and available, at all time. Incredible Stay. We will be going back!!!

The house has a beautiful view. It fit everyone great. Even with all the rain, it was an incredible back drop and a great weekend. The host was sp nice and so responsive. We were here before wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I don't have enough words to describe just how beautiful this house is and how great our stay was! We rented this house along with the accompanying cottage on the property for my wedding weekend and everything was perfect. My family all wanted to buy the house thats how much we loved it.
The host, Meredith, is accommodating and also just the sweetest! We will for sure be back.

We were so truly happy with our stay, from start to finish. The property is stunning - we spent most of our time enjoying the back deck overlooking the water, while our kids happily played in the sand, which was lovely. We kayaked and paddle boarded right from the house as well, and there is a creek close by with lots of beautiful wildlife and fish to greet you along the way. It was magical and the stay itself was so relaxing, it felt like we were away for much longer than a long weekend. We were very lucky that this property became available for the dates we needed, and we already have it bookmarked for the next time when we can hopefully return back again! Thank you, Meredith, for being such a wonderful host and providing such a beautiful getaway for our family!

We spent a delightful week in this gorgeous home. The attention to detail was spot on. The view was absolutely amazing! Also any questions we had were quickly answered. The kids had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. The warm water outside shower was a nice surprise..
This was our first time to the North Fork and we all loved it!

Meredith's home is the perfect family vacation home! On a private 3 acre lot, situated on beautiful Peconic Bay, this home offers all that you could want for a summer beach vacation. The views are spectacular, the deck perfect for an afternoon read and a barbecue dinner and the house is well equipped with everything you need. You will truly feel like you have been invited into a good friend's home. Meredith is a gracious and responsive host who is focused on making sure your stay is the absolute best. 5 stars. All the way.

Just came back from a week-long getaway over July 4th at this beautiful property! The kids said they wanted to stay forever so that probably says everything.
LOCATION: It was a perfect jumping off spot for vineyard tours, visiting farms, seeing Mattituck downtown or running over to Greenport, and being right on the beach was wonderful. We had a lot of fun fishing, and we took the kayaks and kayaked over and up Brush's creek multiple times which is a beautiful, serene location.
HOUSE: The house was perfect for our extended family. I liked the multi-level living idea as the kids could tuck away in front of the TV on the higher level while the adults could hang out on the lower level. Some of the bedrooms in the basement are on the smaller side but it wasn't a problem for us given we spent so little time in the rooms. The kitchen is well-stocked. The house is very clean. There's lots of great beach equipment, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the kayaks and paddle boards were perfect for use. At low tide, the bay gets very shallow and you can walk out safely pretty far out so it was great for our young kids (5, 7, 9 and a 1.5 year old). At high tide, it was great for fishing! The kids 'caught' some baby pufferfish which they had tons of fun looking at in buckets before setting free.
COMMUNICATIONS: Meredith is uber responsive. She and the property manager jumped on any hiccups immediately.
Highly recommend North Fork doughnuts and Harbes Family Farm for families!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the house (and adjoining cottage) this weekend. I can't recommend this property enough!
The house and cottage were both spacious, modern, and very clean, and there were more than enough beds to fit myself and nine friends. The kitchens and bathrooms were all renovated (the primary bedroom and bath is especially nice). Most important, the outdoor space was absolutely stunning, with lots of comfortable places to sit on the decks looking out over the bay, hammocks to relax in, and a beautiful private beach with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, kayaks, paddleboards and more.
The area is beautiful and secluded, but only a short drive from the town of Mattituck or Greenport, and minutes from wineries. Our host Meredith was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. We'd be thrilled to come back!

This was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. So much room in the common area for adults to relax and take in the water view. Beautiful kitchen. Having our own beach area was amazing. You don’t even have to leave the property to have an enjoyable getaway! Hope to be back again.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations! It has several different gathering areas, inside and outside table seating fir 10! It was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. They thought out all the details and included them. Even an outside shower and feet washing area! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family! The deck has a lot of available seating and was so enjoyable every morning and evening! So quiet, relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful stay here. We were 7 people together for a sibling and mom reunion and the house was very conducive to living and cooking together. The kitchen and living room are one space and connected to the deck which is where we stayed most of the time. The view of the bay was beautiful. It was so quiet here - not a sound from the road and you feel secluded on the property. We took advantage of the kayaks and the hammocks. Everything was clean - beds were comfortable - bathrooms were beautiful -we had an issue with the ice maker and the property manager was immediately there to remedy the situation. The location is central to everything on the north fork so there was lots to do within a short drive. There is a little nature preserve across the street and a creek with wildlife right there, and much farmland nearby, so my morning walks were interesting. Do not hesitate to stay here - looking forward to coming out here again in the future.

Recommendations for local restaurants and things to do were appreciated. Check-in information came early and was clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property. What a beautiful property together family to celebrate a wedding (no, the wedding was not on site but in the area). The property is simply divine!! The light and view made it perfect for the getting the bride and her small number of bridesmaids ready for the wedding. The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable and simply beautiful!!! What a wonderful weekend we all had!!!

Meredith, the property manager was beyond accommodating throughout the entire booking process up until check out. Everything in the home is extremely well thought out and planned for guests. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated - not to mention the beds are quite comfortable. The flow of the house allowed for myself and guests to socialize comfortably throughout many parts of the house, including the outside deck. Would love to come back.

Truly a wonderful vacation, can not complain about one thing - From the pre-arrival communication, the responsiveness of the owner who could not be nicer, to the beautiful and really well stocked home and of course the awesome beach views! The pictures in the listing do not do the house justice.
My husband and I, our 2 adult children, spouses and 3 grandkids ages 6 weeks to 4 years old, had a memorable time. We had more then enough room and spent most of our time hanging out on the large sized outdoor deck and down at the beach enjoying the sand toys, floats and kayaks provided. Meredith was super responsive and helpful and all her recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot on. She even arranged to buy baby size life preservers prior to our arrival.
Add in a perfect weather week and you come up with the perfect beach vacation. We hope to return to this beautiful spot again and again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The amenities were high-end with plenty of space for our group (toddler to senior) to enjoy the house and outdoor space and still have privacy. The location was ideal for day trips to vineyards, farms, and restaurants. Meredith was a joy to work with before and during our stay. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. This home is both comfortable and luxurious, ideal for everyone in our eight-person group of Boomers, Millennials and toddlers. It's exquisite, thoughtfully stocked from kitchen to beach equipment and superbly located, steps from the bay with amazing views of the water and convenient access to tons of fun, North Fork activities for all ages. It has the most gorgeous master bath you'll find anywhere, pretty and super-comfy bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen that opens onto a vast living-dining space, with all bedrooms out of earshot (great for toddlers' naps and early bedtimes). The living space is exceptional, with lots of places to curl up with books, play games, do art projects with grandchildren, watch TV or have long conversations. We first stayed here last summer and loved it so much that we didn't consider looking elsewhere for 2022. We had an even more magical time this year, meaning we'll be going for three in 2023. Meredith is the most attentive and welcoming property manager possible. She was camping in a national park during our stay, with poor wifi access, but somehow managed within minutes to text answers to every question we had. In short: You can't go wrong with this house.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house is even better than what the pictures show, and every detail has been taken care of to ensure we were comfortable. Meredith was also excellent every step of the way from the moment I made the reservation, through check in, and during our stay- easy to c-nectar with and very responsive.
We felt fortunate finding this large rental right on the bay in this part of the North Fork, as there don’t seem to be many others like it. Mornings and evenings were spent on the spacious decks and huge family room overlooking the bay and beach, and we cooked in the well equipped kitchen several nights during our stay.
We will definitely plan to return for another week next summer!

AMAZING!
This property was amazing and I honestly have zero complaints. The home itself is stunning and has the perfect layout......we didn't feel crammed! It was my husband and three children (7-13), my parents, plus my brother and his girlfriend. The home was supplied with all of our needs- plenty of plates, utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware and very comfortable bedding. All of us went home feeling like we truly enjoyed our four day get-a-way! A bonus that the host was very kind and responsive. Of note - there is a grocery, liquor store, and Starbucks 7 minutes away, a ton of wineries, Greenport is about 20-25 minutes away, and the bay is right there! The host also recommended an Italian restaurant, Amano, which was delicious!

A wonderful week on a beautiful property.
A beautiful house and property with a private beach on Peconic Bay. It was secluded but only minutes from everything we needed. More than enough room and space for our 7 adults and two young children. We especially enjoyed barbecuing and hanging out. The view of the bay is magnificent. Two hammocks and numerous chairs for relaxing. Finally, Meredith was very responsive to all our questions and any questions we had.

Beautiful stay right on the bay
We had a lot of fun here. The view is beautiful, it was so much fun using the kayaks and paddles boards. Our young granddaughter loved the sand and water and all the beach toys.

Perfect Beach rental!
We have stayed at this beautiful rental twice over the last 9 years and loved it both times. The beach is perfect for families and young children and the house is perfect inside for a wonderful family getaway! We highly recommend this property fir anyone looking for a North Fork vacation!

The amenities were amazing - beds pre-made with comfy pillows, sheets, & mattresses; plenty of bath towels; chef's kitchen with supplies; fireplace; toilet paper and paper towels; soap; trash bags with easily accessible outdoor receptacles; two living room spaces; washer & dryer; 3 bathrooms (1 with gorgeous soaking tub)... I could go on. It just felt like they thought of everything, the finishes even felt higher end. Traveling from all over, we so appreciated not having to bring linens or TP or pots and pans!! They really tried to make it feel like a luxurious beach 'home away from home' getaway. We appreciated that the bedrooms were on different levels so we could spread out; 1 bedroom is an ensuite, 1 guest, and 1 a few steps from the master, but is accessible without having to go into the bedroom. Parking was easy with space to turn around, just watch the trees and grass. Meredith was accommodating for our group and easy to get ahold of throughout booking. Before leaving they only ask you to pick up after yourself, empty the trash & fridge, and place the used towels in the restroom -- couldn't have been easier. BOOK IT! We hope to return someday.
