About this house rental
Built in 1947, renovated in late 2017 with additional updates in fall of 2021 including the addition of a large Master bedroom second story deck and full bath, Anna's is a great retreat for a family vacation, friends gathering or anniversary celebration. Upstairs, Anna's Lakehouse has a King room, second bedroom with two Queen beds, original 1947 hardwood floors, fully renovated bath, and deck overlooking the lake with pub table and steps down to the lower level. Downstairs is a kids room with bunk beds, a living room with king size pullout couch, Full bath, and Kitchen. Don't forget to spend some time at the puzzle/game table to relax, slow down, and enjoy the lake pace. Outdoor areas include a large sectional, beautiful dining table that seats 6, fire pit, and Weber charcoal grill. Kitchen has quartz counter tops, subway tile, and white cabinets just off the inviting dining area. Enjoy the day sitting on the downstairs patio reading a book, kayaking the lake, or get some serious sun on the upstairs deck overlooking beautiful Lake Webster. We also have a large dock for fishing or swimming. Please take time to enjoy the pictures of Anna's Lakehouse that are included in this post. We think you will come to appreciate this special place as much as our family has come to cherish it. To simplify your stay, bedding is provided including indoor towels and wash cloths. All outdoor beach towels, blankets, etc. should be brought by our guests. With the consistent lake breezes, temperatures are normally very comfortable but should you need to adjust the indoor temperature, Anna's Lakehouse has Central Air Conditioning and Heating. Ceiling fans also provide good air movement throughout the house. Anna's Lakehouse is available for weekly rental and does have the option to include our 23 foot Bennington pontoon boat at an additional charge for experienced boaters, damage deposits and waivers are required. Weekly pontoon rental may not be available for all guests based on reservation dates and past boating experience.

We use VRBO all the time for vacations, and you won't find better hosts than Steve and Lori. They went out of their way to have some deep cleaning in advance because my son is allergic to pets (it's a pet friendly place). Even so, the place was very clean to start!
When you walk into Anna's Lakehouse you first realize it is a home and not a house. All the personal touches gives it instant warmth. Additionally, they have thought of everything in terms of items you may want/need - it's all there. We were especially grateful to have access to the lake toys - paddleboard, float pad, tube, and kayaks along with a very nice pontoon boat (for a reasonable extra fee). What we love most was the deck - the two-level deck provided perfect cover in the day on the lower level with plenty of seating with the couch and table. We spent most of our time there talking and being with one another. One of my sons had some friends up for two days and two other days my older sister and 80-year old mother came up. We relived old memories and created new ones - priceless. Steve and Lori were extremely accessible and pleasant to talk with. There are larger houses on the lake but likely none better as far as set up.

We had another relaxing week at Anna’s Lakehouse sitting on the covered patio overlooking the lake. Weather was a bit chilly and rainy, but that did not keep us from having a fun week together reading, playing games and corn hole. This place always provides a relaxing atmosphere, no matter the weather! Loved our week again this year at Anna’s!

This place was exactly how it was described. Very comfortable, decorated very nicely, very clean. The outside porch was a favorite place to hang out! We had beautiful weather, so we weren't inside much at all. Renting the pontoon was also a huge plus! We went to the island right close by where there was a sand bar and swam almost everyday. Our dog loved the water as well. I would highly recommend this place!!

Hot Fun In the Summer Time
Our family had a fun week on Webster Lake. Boating and swimming right outside the back door. The patio area was the hang out with plenty of shade for our 90○ days. The house was well prepared for our 6 1/2 person family. Very comfortable, enough baths and beds.
Lake life was had by all.

5 stars all the way
We loved our week at Anna’s Lakehouse! Our family of our three small children, my parents, and my wife and I loved the house, the location, and the lake! The house is beautifully decorated in a lake theme which also includes old photos of the home and the many memories that the owners had made there throughout the years. It was neat to see the history of the house and how it evolved over the years. The furnishings were wonderful, the beds comfortable, and the views amazing off the upper porch located just off the master bedroom and the patio just under it. We spent a lot of time on that patio relaxing and spending time together as a family. The owners were super responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. On the lake itself we had fun all week boating and fishing with some of the best fishing in the whole lake being right off the pier of Anna’s. We caught tons of yellow perch, bluegills, and bass! We took the boat out every day for boating, tubing, and skiing and also went kayaking often. At night we would wave to the Dixie boat as it passed right by the house. We also had fun going to the island to swim on the beach located across from Epworth Forrest. We went into town for antique shopping and a puppet show for the kids as well. To sum it up it was one of my favorite vacations ever and hope to do it again next year. Even my 7 year old son says it was second only to Disney World and that’s saying something!

We had a great time at Anna’s!! Our 3 and 5 year old grandsons had a blast fishing off the pier. The 5 year old used the kayak like a champ. The house was very nice and we especially loved sitting on the patio overlooking the lake. The host and hostess were very nice and accommodating. Great trip to Anna’s.

Family Getaway
We had a great time at Anna’s!! Our 3 and 5 year old grandsons had a blast fishing off the pier. The 5 year old used the kayak like a champ. The house was very nice and we especially loved sitting on the patio overlooking the lake. The host and hostess were very nice and accommodating. Great trip to Anna’s.

Steve and Lori have a beautiful lake house that I would highly recommend for anyone looking to just get away from the hustle and bustle of "city life". North Webster is a very small town. I would definitely not recommend this vacation home for a family who is looking to go to amusement parks and other various family activities. However, if you enjoy a gorgeous view of a lake and are good with family game nights, fishing and roasting marshmallows this is the place for you!
The house is equipped with everything you need and is very well kept. Steve and Lori were fantastic hosts and responded promptly to any questions we had. If you decide to rent this house, I hope you have as nice a time as my family had!

Relaxing getaway 😌

This is just about the perfect lake spot! The house is clean, fresh and gorgeous! You can bring your boat and maybe even rent their pontoon! I would ask to do that next time! The lake is quiet and I felt safe with my teens out there driving our boat. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and boating to Pizza King! The TV was easy and the WiFi worked! My only challenge was the charcoal grill, but my husband did fine with it. Would definitely recommend this place. The king room with the balcony was the icing on the cake!

Great lake vacation spot. The house was very clean and the owners were great to work with. We have been taking family lake vacations since I was a kid and this is by far one of the top places we have stayed. Unfortunately, 3 days into our trip a tornado came through the area and damaged the house pretty badly. The owners were very responsive and went over the top to help us maneuver through the night and get home. We are so sad about the damage and hope they can repair the house so we can rent again next year.

Great lake vacation spot. The house was very clean and the owners were great to work with. Beautifully remodeled vintage cottage with a fantastic view of the lake. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Comfy beds, good wifi reception. Could use a bit more space for storage of pantry items and clothing in double queen and bunk rooms. Great place to relax and enjoy family. Overall, a very well-kept property inside and out.

Anna's Lakehouse
Our stay at Anna's lake house was an amazing experience. We have been renting lake homes for the past 35 years and I must say this was the best overall experience. Just a beautiful home with great views of the lake from a very comfortable covered patio. The home was well stocked with the necessary items for a carefree vacation. Steve and Lori were very accommodating. Would very much consider another stay at Anna's Lakehouse.

Anna's Lakehouse is a wonderful place
We had the pleasure of staying at Anna's Lakehouse for two weeks. Our stay was nothing but fun and relaxing. It is a beautiful place with an awesome view. Much of our time was spent setting on the patio enjoying the view, or out on their pontoon boat enjoying the water. Our 8-year-old daughter loved to wave at the Dixie boat and get them to honk back. So many good memories. We plan to do it again next year. Thank you Steve and Lori!

This lake house was so nice, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The view from the deck and balcony is amazing! Steve and Lori were very responsive and easy to rent from. We will be going back this summer. Wonderful place.

Relaxing, cozy weekend at a beautiful, charming lake house.
Enjoyed a long weekend at Anna’s. The house was wonderful and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Explored the area and did some hiking at Chain O’ Lakes State Park. Grilled out and enjoyed wine on the deck with the serene views of the lake. A true gem of a home and a welcomed experience.
